Fantastic experience: First class treatment. Extended time in order to see me for emergency treatment. Good advice and did the cleaning of abscess and also removal of one of the problem teeth. Dr Hanna was very careful and even with very little to actually get hold of she removed it without me feeling much effect. Gave clear instructions on after care and made good suggestions for further treatment. I highly recommend this practice. The staff in reception were also very good both on the phone and when I arrived.

Fantastic experience: Dr Henna provided an excellent experience with a tooth filling. She saw me at late notice for an emergency consultation and performed the filling procedure on the same day. She was meticulous in her work and the result was flawless as far as I can tell. This is my 4th experience with the Melton Clinic and I'm always impressed by their professionalism and service.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic clinic, we needed a confirmation that my daughter was fit and healthy to compete in a world tournament of kyokushin, and Dr Anwar sorted this out for her, fast and efficient. Will highly recommend

Negative experience: My partner had a very poor experience with the Melton Clinic. He was told he needed 5 fillings and 2 root canals which took months to complete due to dentist availability. At almost all of his appointments the dentist was either running late when he arrived, or he was texted to request him to come later than his arranged appointment - on one occasion, he was asked to come in 2 hours later when he had already taken the morning off work for his appointment. After every filling he has had significant pain and 2 needed to be filed down again as they were misaligned. When he finally had the root canal done, he had to see an emergency dentist 6 days later who said the filling had been poorly done and was not sitting properly causing pain, and he also had 2 abscesses requiring antibiotics and further treatment. I am horrified he wasn't prescribed antibiotics in the first place or given better care. We are now moving dentists as we are moving house, and we are still waiting for the cost of the crowns he has not had (after his root canal) to be taken off his payment plan. I would not recommend this dentist as I feel we have been seriously messed around and I have never known someone to be told they need a root canal and then wait months for it.

I hated going to the dentist before, primarily because my nashers always needed something doing to them and I wasn’t really happy where I was… I don’t really like change either, so I was a bit nervous going somewhere completely new, but I went with high hopes that it’d change my dentist experience and it has definitely done that! From the initial consultation/exam to completing all work needed, Dr Henna went through absolutely everything in detail… She’s so thorough with what she does, and she’s done such a fantastic job with my nashers that a simple thank you doesn’t really do it justice. The reception team are amazing too, really friendly, and very helpful with booking appointments on WhatsApp which is perfect for me. Overall, 10/10 experience, and cannot recommend The Melton Clinic highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The Melton Clinic, Melton Mowbray. Going to the dentist is no longer a problem! I do not like visiting the dentist and perhaps not uncommonly avoid going until really necessary. Unfortunately, my reluctance is based historically on the indifferent and poor treatment I have received over the years from dentists, who in some cases, do not seem to be aware of how unpleasant they have made the experience or even when they have actually made my condition worse! In addition to them moving regularly from practice to practice and with some only being temporary anyway. This is no longer the case. I am now under the expert care and supervision of Dr Henna Rana of The Melton Clinic, Melton Mowbray. Dr Rana has a very refreshing approach with her patients. Dr Rana is very personable and communitive and this helps put you at ease and feel reassured that you will be receiving excellent treatment and care…and this is the case. Dr Rana will discuss the treatment in advance and often explain what she is doing during the work. She is extremely thorough and patient and the procedures never feel excessively forceful or invasive. I am very happy with the treatment received to date and am no longer ‘legging’ it out of the dentist’s surgery never to return until I’m in pain again, but booking return appointments to continue with the required work and this is all thanks to Dr Rana. Another positive is the dental assistants and the team who are all very welcoming and friendly and this is another reason for me to be able to thoroughly recommend The Melton Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment as I was in quite a bit of tooth pain , Morgan- Tilley organised an appointment very quickly for me with Dr Henna . On my appointment day I was greeted by Morgan- Tilley upon arrival who put me at ease and was very chatty while I waited to see Dr Henna . I had a short wait and was taken to the treatment room where Dr Henna greeted me with a warm welcome , I immediately felt at ease and I could tell I was being looked after very well. Dr Henna , asked me where my pain was coming from , how long I had it for , and then I had x rays taken. The result was I had an infection under one of my teeth , Dr Henna showed me x rays , clearly explained the issue , then she went through options for treatment. Dr Henna was extremely professional, informative,and the level of care that she provided was excellent, I was given a clear written plan of action to rectify my dental issue. I left feeling very positive about my visit and further treatment and would like to thank Dr Henna and Morgan-Tilley personally for a positive outcome. Fantastic experience: Dr Henna has been fabulous, very meticulous and you can tell she has great pride in what she does! I went in for braces and we throughly discussed every option over the course of months, I decided against braces after Dr Henna explained at least 4 different options and instead chose to go for composite bonding since I only wanted to correct my front few teeth. Dr Henna took the time to let me see what they might look like beforehand, and now they’re done I am so pleased with my teeth - they look amazing.

I attended an initial consultation, was given a thorough examination before having my mouth scanned for the device fitting. If I felt pain I raised my hand and worked stopped for a few seconds then carried on its been a couple of days now and mouth feels so much better and healing process is going well

Fantastic experience: Doctor Henna and all the staff made me feel at ease, I went into the melton clinic with toothache from a broken tooth, and after a full examination it was decided that the best option was to have an extraction. That turned out to be quite a challenge from a mis shaped root, but this was handled with skill and confidence. I would highly recommend doctor Henna and this clinic to anyone . Excellent service. Fantastic experience: Since Tuesday I’ve had toothache coming from my wisdom tooth, pain shooting through my face, the worst pain I’ve ever had. My partner after reading all the amazing reviews rang The melton Clinic at around 6:50pm, he explain when I’ve been going through and they booked me in for the next day in the AM! I was so happy. When entering, Morgan made me feel so relaxed assisting me to the room where she carried on being very attentive, approachable and kind. There I met Dr Henna woman is an angel, she took the time to listen to everything, done lots of X-rays and talked me though all the treatment I would need. If I carried on going to the NHS dentist who constantly told me my teeth were fine I would end up with non left! I now have a plan of treatment of all the work I’m going to need, thank you so much. Now the Wisdom tooth, well she pulled it out in under 30 seconds with about 0 trauma to my face, less than 24 hours later I have no pain and my gum has nearly closed up. I have now cancelled my NHS dentist and signed up here and taken one of there care plans. My partner will soon follow and sign up also as just watching he seen how good they all where.
