Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on a hard sweet last night! The following day I rang the Dental Hub, and I instantly forgave them for leaving me in a queue on the phone for 58 minutes because they found me an appointment that afternoon at 2pm.Was seen on time by Magdalena, who after examined the damage was very clear explaining my options, which are all arranged now. Great service and friendly staff made a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I visited the dentist today and I can honestly say it was a waste of time and I felt like I paid for nothing. The dentist was pleasant and I'm sure he did his job, but all the work seems to be done by the hygenist now, unless actual filing etc need doing. I was in for less than 5 minutes and despite having some gum bleeding, he just checked, did no cleaning etc.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction this morning and my dentist Jess and her assistant were amazing! Very reassuring and took very little time at all.

Fantastic experience: This was an emergency appointment due to a lost crown and broken tooth. I was given the choice of trying to have the tooth removed there and then, or being referred to the hospital, because the tooth was below the gum line. I chose to have it removed, and the result was excellent. Very good and quick service.

Fantastic experience: I was booked in for a deep clean with Ms Cara Makin who asked if I’d had this treatment before which I have. She explained exactly what a deep clean does and my examination began. It all went well, I didn’t require anaesthesia, always a bonus, and the whole experience went better than I could have imagined. I had a query that Ms Makin fully explained and made a referral for the necessary investigation. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Mr Hodur is the best dentist me and my family have ever had. We were delighted he is committing to the refurbished surgery (which looks brilliantly unrecognisable on the inside). He is a confidence-inspiring, caring man and if you’re his patient you are very, very fortunate.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant first time in years dentist no pain no after pain extraction love this dentist will go every six moths now if she’s on. I left it two years! Last one ripped a tooth out bled for hours in pain for days ! That’s why ?

Fantastic experience: I have been registered at this practice since I was a child, quite along time. It has changed hands recently, but the service it is just as good as before, even more so as it has expanded its operational capability to see more patients. I normally see a different dentist for my routine check ups but on this occasion I required an emergency appointment. I booked this at the practice and was put on the list for a cancellation if available. I was contacted three days before my scheduled appointment and seen earlier. The treatment I received was excellent and reassuring. X-ray, information about the problem, an initial course of action and follow up plan. Great service, excellent dentists and assistants, highly recommended practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for about 35 years and always found it to be very professional. The reception team are always lovely, smiley and helpful.My recent appointment was with Mrs Hodur who was lovely with a very gentle manner . She was very thorough and explained everything. I usually see Mr Hodur and again he is gentle and seems to go the extra mile to find the best solution to any problems. I would highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I am quite a nervous patient, and booked a hygienist and extraction appointment together to ‘get it over with’. The receptionists immediately put me at ease with their positive and friendly welcome. The hygienist was friendly, thorough and did a great job, despite my teeth not having been seen to for five years (!) I needed a wisdom tooth removed, which was not a pleasant thought. However, the dentist had such a calm, confident and thoughtful manner that I immediately relaxed. It wasn’t what I call fun, but nor was it traumatic in any way. I liked hearing that he loved his job, as it gave me confidence that he would not be cutting any corners or rushing to get finished. The surgery has sufficient car parking for patients, and provides a pleasant waiting room and toilet facilities. Patients with limited mobility are well catered for. Appointments run to time, in my experience.

Positive experience: I’m a little bit disappointed after my app. This was my first ever Hygienist visit. The whole appointment lasted about 12 minutes. I have a dental implant and wasn’t given any advice on how to clean around it but just sent on my way after a very quick clean. My partner is a Dental Nurse and informed me this isn’t good practice and that the hygienist should have spent more time and communicated better. I probably will go elsewhere for hygienist appointments in future.

Fantastic experience: My appointment today was an emergency one via 111. At the appointment I required an extraction and was very anxious and upset as this was not planned. The dentist and nurse were both so supportive and fully explained the procedure and checked how I was was during the procedure. The procedure went exceptionally well and I feel so positive about this experience despite my anxiety.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. My appointment was originally booked to see a dentist for my 6 monthly dental check up. I only saw a hygienist and I don't feel confident that I have had a proper dental check up like the dentist normally does.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased with the prompt service this week when I rang up about a troublesome crown Mr Hodur saw me and explained what was required and got me booked in on the Saturday for initial treatment. Root canal was carried out on the following Tuesday Very relaxed and considerate and professional staff

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, very modern practice and I was called in on time. Only reason I dropped a star is that the car park isn't big enough, every time I have visited I can't get parked. I had to park in a nearby street and walk.

Fantastic experience: Have been registered here for a year or two now and yesterday had a tooth removal. Absolutely faultless service. Was in and out of there in under 15 minutes including waiting time and having an injection. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: My appointment was 2 mins long, there’s no feedback no quick clean up. The dentist has gone massively down hill from the old days.

Positive experience: First class service hardly had to wait The only thing that I found was it was hard to park as the car park was full and had to park on the nearby street.

Fantastic experience: Quick, efficient but thorough. Felt as ease or as much as you can at a dentist.

Negative experience: Mostly good, but on this I was booked in for preliminary work to fit a post for a post and crown cap and they didn't have the right sizes post in the whole surgery. So a complete waste of 3 hours travelling time. Complete lack of stock control, this needs addressing.

Positive experience: A little deflated and frustrated that on arrival I found my appointment had been cancelled without notification!! This despite presenting my appointment confirmation email received some time ago! No explanation given, but fortunately I was able to see another dentist at short notice. It would be helpful to receive confirmation of appointments a few days prior to attending as I’ve lost confidence in the booking system..or possibly the operators. Despite this the visit went well. Thanks to George and his assistant.
