But soon as I had my first appointment here which was an emergency appointment as my tooth had cracked, I felt at ease straight away. Paul was amazing very professional, friendly and put me at ease. I was advised I needed alot of work on my teeth, which was all carried out by keira. Keira has been amazing, all work done, professionally and really made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I thought there was absolutely no room for improvement whatsoever at WHDP, and then I looked very very very hard .....a patient passcode for internet access while you are in the waiting room would be the cherry on the icing on the marzipan on the cake. BRP... (OK I know we all need to have a bit of time away from a screen.)

The receptionists were warm and welcoming and both the dentist and assistant were so lovely and made me feel so comfortable which is something I’ve never been able to feel at the dentist. I would feel so privileged to have this as my permanent dentist.

From initial consultation and several check ups along the way (inc. trying to not disturb a healthy crown !) - I now have my perfect teeth ! They have always got me an emergency appointment when needed and they are extremely brilliant at what they do. Lovely and friendly staff throughout the practice. I have always had a fear of the dentist but since being a patient here for the last 9 years I have to say my fears have gone!

Fantastic experience: In some areas of life you get what you pay for - Definitely 100% the case here. Needed a replacement filling for the first time in maybe 10 years. I can honestly say it was the best filling I've ever had - using all the latest dental techniques it was totally pain free, efficient and the resulting tooth miles better than before. The checkup and scheduled hygiene whilst again expensive have roved to be great value as this is the 1st procedure I've actually needed during my time at the practice.

Fantastic experience: Being an absolute wimp, I was worried about going for a filling. I needn’t have been. Laura and her wonderful nurse, Heather were so good. They made sure I had the numbing cream then the injection before they started on my filling. I felt absolutely no pain and, to be honest, it was quite a pleasant experience. After the anaesthetic wore off, I had no pain and couldn’t tell which tooth I had filled. By being so kind and caring it means I am more confident in going to the dentist and will not shy away if I need another treatment. Thank you so much not only to Laura and Heather but also to the rest of the team that were so welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been using White House dental for the last 10 years since returning from Greece, I have always found them professional, helpful and always try to accommodate schedules etc. Their booking system and reminders are very helpful allowing me to quickly update my calendar. From a treatment point, they have been 100% professional, explaining fully what is happening and what the options are. In addition they are always very sociable. Laura has been treating me now for at least the past two years and I cant compliment her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for some years now and registered my children who have been coming since they were 6months old. Found all staff friendly, welcoming, caring and understanding. When I first came to the practise I was extremely nervous due to a bad experience at another practise. I felt so at ease on my first visit with hannah. My daughter 16 years old went to Hannah first time for 2 fillings 2 separate visits I can honestly say Hannah is absolutely fantastic, Hannah patience and putting my daughter at ease are superb. My daughter would definitely go back to Hannah again like to add my daughter is petrified of dentists and always has been. Very well done Hannah you are an asset to this dental practice.

I was nervous about what to expect, but Hannah and the dental nurse (whose name I didn’t catch, sorry!!) were ever so kind and gentle with me. I am an extremely anxious patient and Paul and his team were amazing at working with me through my complex root canal treatments. Paul was incredibly understanding and patient and took the time to explain each step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Fantastic experience: My son came for an emergency tooth removal today, he is extremely scared of dentists and we have tried several times for him to have the tooth removed but he has refused through fear , today the dentist mr Paul mottrem was absolutely FANTASTIC he reassured my son every step of the way , explained what is going to happen, what to expect and really cared about my sons wellbeing, allowing for a break as he was panicking, he really cared about how his appointment with my son went ! The standard of care and treatment was the best we have recieved form any practitioner , we had a successful extraction and my son has requested we only see him going forward and if he ever needed a tooth out again he would definitely have it out without worrying because of how amazing mr mottrem was . I am so grateful for your help

Fantastic experience: Had to have an emergency treatment on my back tooth, as part of the tooth came away. Through I was going to loose the tooth but was happy when told they could take the old filling out and buildup with a new white filling. The whole experience was very good and I am very pleased with result.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist and superb receptionist! I needed to use the master call service for an emergency matter and they sent me here, as I’ve had no sleep for 2 nights because of tooth pain I embarrassingly went to the wrong White House dental as the eta times were similar from my home, I arrived 30 minutes late for my appointment but wanted to pay for my wasted slot so turned up anyway, the lovely team gave me an x ray and diagnosed an infection which I now have amoxicillin for and it’s already feeling better 4 hours on. They have scheduled me for another appointment to try to save the tooth. Devastated they don’t have any space available for me to be a full time patient but I’m not surprised they’re full with the care and empathy they showed today! Massively grateful

Fantastic experience: In the three years I have been a patient, Dr Mottram has resolved some major infections, performed complex root canal treatment and got me out of a lot of pain. The entire team go above and beyond are super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Our entire family are now registered at Whitehouse Dental and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice for a long time and have always had great personal care. Bearing in mind how many people the dental staff must see each day, it's a fantastic reassurance to attend your appointment and have a complete conversation about your dental health and any issues you may be having just like you just spoke about them the day before! This is to be commended and is a comfort when dealing with troublesome health matters as we all sometimes do.
