Fantastic experience: Just completed my 17 month treatment led by Dr John Ahn. My case was tricky with overcrowding and teeth that were initially quite resistant to being moved! But in the end John was able to achieve good results without extractions. The clinic is run very well and all the staff are great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently finished my Invisalign treatment at Orthodontic Gallery and had a fantastic experience throughout. I had braces here when I was younger, but my teeth had shifted due to not wearing my retainer. I came back and met with Dr Mandana and the team to get Invisalign for my top arch, and I am now very happy with the results. The entire team were so supportive throughout and also took my input into how I wanted my teeth to look and ensured the treatment matched this. The whole team also answered any questions I had or queries about the aligner process and how it differed to when I had normal braces. I would highly recommend Orthodontic Gallery if you’re looking for a kind and supportive team to align your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had a long orthodontic treatment here, and unfortunately, my expectations weren’t fully met, and I didn’t get the exact results I had hoped for. I was told by the previous team that I would be satisfied by the end of my treatment, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. I just wish Gus and Mondana had been there from the beginning. I’m confident that if they had, I would have gotten exactly what I wanted and been 100% satisfied with the results. Gus is incredibly skilled and precise in his work, always making sure everything is done properly. He takes the time to explain every step clearly, answers questions with patience, and pays great attention to detail. His expertise and dedication really stand out. Fantastic experience: I went to this service last week as I broke my retainer and noticed that there was all new staff. I am a nervous person so it shook me a bit but went ahead with treatment. I soon discovered Mr Lam has done it again lol! I met Gus and Mez and felt like I'd known them for years, such lovely caring, professional people, who know what they are doing. Here's wishing you all the best for the future till we meet again. I have not deleted my previous review as it still stands. Just thought I'd add this! I have been using the services of Dr Lam and his staff for approximately 5 years and from reception through to staff I have found them all to be welcoming, polite and professional and their work of very high standard. So much so, I have recommended friends and family to their service and will continue to do so. Fab team Dr Lam!

Fantastic experience: My two daughters had their braces done there. Dr Lam did an amazing job for my older daughter and now Dr John has completed for my second daughter. They are professionals who listen to children attentively by accommodating to their individual needs. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: A fabulous and friendly team. I felt we were in good hands throughout the process, very thorough and very happy with the end result.

Negative experience: Unfortunately not a good first impression. Booked in for a free basic scan and invisalign consultation this morning. Reception staff - great. However - consult with Tasniya not so good because: - absolutely fixated on selling a double arch. When I asked about single arch prices she was adamant it wouldn't be possible. (Why advertise single arch prices on your website then?) She kept on about my bite when I kept saying I want a smile makeover and want to avoid my bottom teeth as ive had some work done on them recently. - zoomed through the actual invisalign process in about 30 seconds. She held the model teeth/ retainers close to her and I had to keep stopping her to ask her to actually show me what the model teeth/ prep hooks/ bonded retaimer looked like - didn't offer me a scan (which is the whole purpose of me clicking through the itero scan link on their website through to book an appointment!) I had to ask, she had no idea how to so went off to find a colleague who didn't seem to know how to even adjust the chair or use the machine. I walked out. Unfortunate as ive read good reviews about the dentist himself but if this is the first impression I get from the other staff, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning.

Fantastic experience: The team at Orthodontic Gallery is amazing. I have quite tricky teeth (including baby teeth and a difficult root canal that fell out just before I was due to start my Invisalign treatment). They were extremely patient while I sorted out all of my issues and Andrea thoroughly explained the risks and options of my treatment, right down to where my attachments should be to avoid pressure on my baby teeth. I could not recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: I came for teeth straightening on my first half of my appointments i was with Jan and Hannah they were both very lovely and spoke to me about the whole process on the initial appointment. Jan talked me through Invisalign and braces and helped me decide which was best for me. My second half of appointments were with Mandana she was also very lovely and I’m really glad I had her and Jan. Overall my experience was very good all of the staff are lovely including the receptionists. If I had any problems I could call and book an appointment straight away I’m really happy with the results and everything included thank you! :)

Fantastic experience: 5 star experience. Be careful with Invisalign ‘over correction’ aligners, would be my only caution, wearing 3 of these and the end of a refinement course for me personally made my teeth less straight, but taking 3 steps back quickly corrected this and I am happy with the results in fast time of 8 months. Could have been 7 without the over correction aligners! Which is amazing. That will surely vary from person to person but that was my experience and others I’ve seen on forums online with over correction aligners. Thanks to the excellent Dr John, sweet guy, such a pro, he gives honest experienced advice on all dentistry and all the team were great.

Fantastic experience: I had my adjustments continued at Orthodontic Gallery from August 2023. Everyone in the clinic is warm and friendly. My braces were removed a week ago and I am very happy with how my teeth look now. They are perfect. I would like to commend Dr. John Ahn and Pam for being so patient and understanding while we were on the process of removing the brackets. It was a very challenging one since my pain threshold is next to negative 100. They were very professional and made sure I am comfortable and happy with the outcome. Fantastic experience: I am not one to post reviews but for Orthodontic Gallery, I have made an exception in the hopes that this review helps someone out there in their choice of a specialist clinic when they finally decide to transform their smile. The short answer is that you should DEFINITELY choose Orthodontic Gallery. Now if you're still here, i assume you need more context and i'll indulge you. The thing you first realise is that EVERY member of the team is professional and friendly. I began my invisalign journey a little over 13 months ago, and not once did I ever need to complain about their conduct. And now that i am done, I will remember the WHOLE team in how critical they all were in helping me through this journey of reclaiming my confidence. When i mean the whole team, you must understand that i mean it in every sense of the word. Right from the desk officers responsible for scheduling and reminding you of appointments, to the assistants that helped to take 3D scans of my teeth as many times as my treatment required, to the doctors who were always transparent and happy to answer my many questions. EVERYONE of them did their bit to make me feel safe, and seen. If you're still here, i assume you're still not convinced and you need more detail to help you decide. Well good thing i have time. You see, as an individual, communication is very important to me and i deeply appreciate when a business takes this extremely seriously. In the last few weeks of my treatment, I opted in for the Vivera retainers produced by Invisalign. However there was an issue with the shipment that caused delays and Orthodontic Gallery, not only kept reaching out to Invisalign, but they also kept me informed EVERY step of the way. And when Invisalign was taking too long to respond, they ordered another set of retainers at no cost to me in a bid to adhere with the timelines of my treatment. When the delayed shipment eventually showed up, I received a call from them asking me to come pick it up, again, at no cost. This may sound like an ad, but i can guarantee you it is not. It is what you get when, as a business, you treat your customers like they matter. Thank you Orthodontic Gallery. And as a reader, if this convinced you to choose them for your treatment, do well to pay it forward by writing a review about your treatment after they have done, what i am sure will be, an excellent job. Negative experience: Their whole system seemed like a scam or trap to me to make anyone pay more & more.Dr Alex was an worst dentist I ever met. .I genuinely trusted on Dr Mandana,she asked me to go for deep cleaning of my teeth before brace application which was needed of course & also recommended Dr Alex Biller’s name on that time but I went to different well known registered dentist of UK .However,when I was scheduled for brace administration they postponed my appointment twice & the reason was Dr Mandana didn’t put a treatment plan on the system but they saw the deep cleaning document & didn’t raise any concern on that time,the only lack was Mandana’s unfinished treatment plan according to them.Then I wanted to meet Mandana but she had a video consultation & she referred me again to the dentist she mentioned on the first place .The reason she stated was the deep cleaning paper document brought was not appropriate,according to her!!Why I was not told at the first place then!!Then she kept insisting me again to make the appointment with Dr Alex.As I said,I trusted a lot on her,so I did finally .When I met Dr Alex,at the beginning he clearly said my teeth are okay to go for the treatment immediately but then he did some X rays again,took extra money for X-rays when I already had less than a month old X-rays in their system,he was manipulative while handling my teeth,started being rude & an empathy-less dentist though out the consultation,After returning from practice,I suffered from sudden induced tooth pain & fever for the manipulative handling .I found he started acting weird suddenly,since he heard that I’m a junior doctor in a hospital & told me a story that he worked as a junior doctor as well in hospitals,I didn’t even ask how !!He tried to mock on me being a junior doctor but not having healthy teeth!!Dentistry & Medicine are different but I didn’t go to that argument because it was unnecessary for me ,I respected his dream that he might wanted to practice medicine once but ended up in dentistry.I believe,both have their own dignity. The whole referral system & changes in appointment timing felt like a big scam to me .I have some recording of Dr Alex’s conversation as well.I’m not only going to leave just a review for this matter,I’m gonna complain to GDC . I strongly not recommend anyone to trust them blindly.

Fantastic experience: Incredible! Incredible! Incredible! I couldn’t have asked for more! I had a consultation with 5 different orthodontists and each one told me completely different treatment plans. I had a very difficult case because of my gap, cross bite, open bite, jaw alignment, tongue thrust habit etc. and Dr John gave me the reality of my treatment and lowered my expectations so I wouldn’t be disheartened but he absolutely exceeded them beyond even his own belief! He tried so many different things and didn’t give up and although my treatment was predicted to be 2 years long we achieved my dream smile less than a year later! The time and attention in every appointment was truly amazing and the reason I went with this practice is because their treatment plan was the closest to what I was told at 15/16 years old so I just knew it was correct! I’m so glad I went here and if you’re thinking about it, just do it! It’s the best decision I ever made!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving orthodontic treatment from Kirsty and Dr Jan for about 20 months. Aside from the results (which I’m extremely happy with), I’ve been looked after exceptionally well. They’ve been very accommodating with anything that has needed doing between appointments and doing what was needed to achieve the best results possible. Negative experience: All Invisalign providers offer a free first appointment with the orthodontist to evaluate and give an estimate. These apparently do, but an assistant receives you and tells you that if you want to see the specialist you must pay. misleading advertising

Fantastic experience: I had a nice experience with this clinic. Dr John took good care of my teeth and braces. He notices any minute detail in the changes during my treatment. Kirsty is so lovely and cheerful. She made me feel at ease every time I visit. Welldone to the team.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Orthodontic gallery for the past one year. In my initial consultation, Dr Lam and Natalie explained everything very clearly of the outcome of my treatment. I had upper & lower ceramic braces to fix my cross bite and align my jaw. I also had an issue with grinding my teeth because of this. I have been looked after amazingly by Dr. John and Kirsty. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. Fantastic experience: May daughter had her braces fitted only 10 months ago and she had them taken out a couple of days ago. She is absolutely delighted with the result. Her teeth are just perfect. The whole experience with The Orthodontic Gallery was fantastic. From the reception staff, nurses and of course the orthodontist Hanan who has done a great job. Throughout the process we had to have a couple of unplanned/ last minute appointments and this was accommodated with no problem. A very professional team. Fantastic experience: They were amazing during the course of my braces treatment. As i previously did Invisalign with a different company however i left my treatment early due to the poor service and disregard of their clients. Everyone is soo friendly and helpful at the gallery. Fantastic experience: When I first came to Ortho Gallery, I was very self-conscious about my teeth and I wasn’t in high spirits. I wasn’t even sure Dr Lam and Kirsty could help me but they assured me that although my case was severe, they could help correct my teeth. They gave me hope. Fantastic experience: Always great service from the Orthodontic Gallery! I have been a patient there for around a decade - I had lingual braces fitted in by Dr Lamb, which was a fantastic service in itself. The follow up service has been outstanding, including retainer issues I was having which was resolved quickly and with great care. I would highly recommend it for excellent customer service as well as the fact that you will be well looked after by the most professional and competent orthodontists!

Fantastic experience: We went to the Orthodontic Gallery after having been to the Orthodontic Department in a hospital, after seeing a highly rated NHS orthodontic practice and after consultation with a number (2-3) private orthodontists as well. NHS and private orthodontists wanted to remove 4 healthy teeth (which I was uncomfortable about), the hospital didn’t want to do anything yet. However, Dr Lam at the Orthodontic Gallery said he could fix the teeth without extraction and that if we were not happy with the results, we can still go for the extraction later. We were delighted with the progress, the team managed to straighten his teeth without extraction but in just 1 year (vs expectation of 18months). Now my son has removed his braces and is wearing the retainers, and we are al very pleased with the service and the results.

Fantastic experience: We visited Dr Lam at The Orthodontic Gallery for a 2nd opinion after being told at another orthodontist that my daughter needed 2 perfectly healthy teeth removed & huge block braces were the only option. Dr Lam advised this was not necessary and that the teeth & bite could corrected & with regular braces & stretchy bands. Just over a year later, the brace has been removed and teeth are perfect. An amazing transformation. The service provided by everyone at The Orthodontic Gallery is superb - thank you to Dr Lam & Kirsty and all the team.

I had metal braces for around 18 months, the name of the orthodontic who did the majority of the work on my braces was a young lady called Kirsty.
