Fantastic experience: Great little dental practice with fantastic staff. Always been able to get suitable NHS appointments within a reasonable timeframe on dates/times which are convenient around work and childcare, and no issues registering the children when they were born. They are happy to provide a printed invoice for those who need to submit them for reimbursement if you have a medical coverage policy elsewhere. The staff are lovely, and very patient and welcoming of nervous children. Plenty of seating in the waiting area, everything is clean and tidy and there's a nice selection of colourful toothbrushes you can buy the kids.The carpark is quite small and the passageway is quite narrow so can be tricky if there's on oncoming car and someone needs to back up. However, the bays are larger than average so very family friendly if you have car seats for the kids on both sides.

Fantastic experience: I needed a half extra tooth extraction and a significant tooth reconstruction dye to damage the extra half tooth had been hiding underneath. Dentist was so thorough to ensure all done to maintain other teeth and improve the damage situation

Fantastic experience: A good dental practice so there was a 2 year waiting list for my partner to join as an NHS patient. I underwent a tooth whitening program which is expensive £££ (factor in the ludicrously expensive whitening gel syringes for the invisi-mold made for your own teeth) but this is worth every penny if it will make a difference to your smile/self-confidence. Excellent service for over 20 years (in one name or another) although all the online forms before appointments may be difficult for some people to complete on a Smartphone. Luckily, you could still complete those questionnaires in the surgery, if necessary. Parking is often very awkward so leave plenty of time but there are about 5 spaces so you might get lucky. I am amazed how many people just don’t turn up to appointments! I think it is the least courtesy to phone them, with as much notice as possible, in case they can fit in another patient. SO fortunate to have the NHS. <3

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous! As a 20 year old and is nervous about going to the dentist as it is the dentists should have more compassion and not just brush off people pain. My wisdom tooth is coming through and causing me extreme pain and all I was told was the pain would go away soon and that there was nothing they could do. I understand that in some situations there is nothing the dentist can do but for me to only be sat in the chair for 3 minutes and then basically be told to suck it up as the pain will go away, I was absolutely devastated. I left the dentist in a full breakdown and still in agony!!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing dental practise. We are not registered with this dentist, I called them because ours would not help. My husband had awful wisdom tooth pain to the point he could not eat or sleep or do anything due to the pain. I called TDP at 12:50 and explained the urgency of our situation and they advised they have no appointments but will speak to the dentist and call me back. They called me back at 1:40 and asked if he could be there for 2pm for a sit and wait (we live a 5 minute walk so this was perfect). By 2:25 he messaged me saying he was all done and had his wisdom tooth pulled out and felt so much better! The receptionist and the manager i spoke with were so kind and understanding, and he said the dentist was very nice too! Top service and we will be registering here for all future dental needs! Positive experience: Parking at the back is almost always a problem, but once inside the staff are friendly and helpful. Desi is so very gentle and I would recommend her to anyone who may be a bit nervous.

Positive experience: Welcome from the receptionist on her own Filling today dreading it but why did I get so stressed, in the 1970 dentist was awlful still remember his name and the trauma. So a bit more relaxed now. Listening and good communication from start to the end Thank you

Our Dental Team take patient care very seriously and that includes our Hygienist who loves to make sure you are getting your oral hygiene routine in place. Regular visits to the Hygienist is very important for your dental health.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist that I interacted with was polite, courteous and efficient. My dentist Neusa is a joy to visit and she was her usual patient, kind, caring, friendly and efficient self. Her dental nurse was polite, helpful and friendly.

She’s a great listener and let me what’s going on every step of the way too. So reassuring, calming and lovely, in addition to being very professional and skilled.

Fantastic experience: I hate needles and have to be numbed before any Hygienist work because my teeth are so sensitive below the gum line.Only Emily has the amazing knack of providing the correct amount of anaesthetic to make this awful experience comfortable. Previous Hygienists have not been able to master this and have not had the gentle skills required to "push it" working out how much I can tolerate before moving lower or applying more pressure. I was so relaxed for an hour I could genuinely have fallen asleep........and I used to hate these appointments.
