Fantastic experience: Great experience! The receptionist, Kim, is a sweetheart and lovely to have a chat with. The hygienist, Moussa, was very gentle and explained all the steps. I barely felt anything throughout the process and have never seen my teeth so clean before. I usually don't like visiting dentists or hygienists but this changed everything for me! Fantastic experience: I would like pass on my grateful thanks to Richmond rd Dental practice. I have just finished an extensive course of dental treatment. This involved root canal treatment, numerous crowns, and six frontal implants. The whole procedure was done in a highly professional way from start to finish. I was initially given a dental plan with a complete breakdown of costs. I was kept informed at all times by Helen and Kim on reception. I was initially seen by Samriti Batta and her assistant Netra, the Implants and some additional crowns were carried out by Anand Patel and his assistant Ivanna. The implants was a procedure that takes time, the final outcome looks amazing due to Anand’s professionalism and patience in getting everything just perfect. Addendum Oct 2020: Still with the practice, where Jacqui the hygienist is a great addition. All the staff seem to cope well with Covid restrictions, so still service with a smile! Addendum Jan 2025 Still coming here. Regular hygienist and check up visits have helped to keep my teeth longer than once expected! Recommend the warm blaster on hygiene visits - worth the extra cost!

Negative experience: My friend and I were told that we have tooth decay when there are actually no problems with our teeth. We visited this clinic in May and we were told that we have tooth decay. We saw that tooth filling is 225 pound each. We thought it was too expensive so we went to an NHS practice instead. The NHS practice had a detail look and did x ray for both of us and they said our teeth have no problem! I am very convinced that this clinic is a scam. They kept upselling us in the middle of the treatment and made us feel very uncomfortable. If you are thinking about coming to this clinic, all I want to say is: It doesn't actually take long to register with an NHS dentist practice in this area (it took me two weeks only!), so don't come to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I placed my trust in Simi as my dentist. Following years with someone who retired pre covid I was really happy to find someone I could really feel confident with. I have an extreme gag reflex which makes any visit difficult for me…but she reassured me from the outset. So much so I took the (very expensive) decision to have veneers and I am so grateful I did! Transformational! In short, I have no hesitation at all in recommending the practice, and if you have the chance to be treated by Simi, just know her customer care is as strong as her technical skills!

Fantastic experience: First time with this practice and had a great first experience! I booked a dental cleaning and my hygienist was Denise. The team at the reception were great, very helpful and clear. Denise used the AirFlow technique for gently cleaning and polishing and removing any biofilm. She was so careful, i didn’t feel anything. It felt like a dental spa, and i was starting to relax and fall asleep (but didnt for the fear of my tongue getting caught up in any tools..lol). Definitely recommend them for this service and with Denise.

Dr. Amandeep was very professional and responsible, and she was very careful throughout the entire process. Finally, she carefully polished every tooth. After the end, she instructed many precautions and how to properly care for teeth in daily life. I really appreciate her!

Negative experience: Do not recomend for children treatment. Tooth filling that was done for my son 5 years was out in a few months and required me to do additional expensive treatment to fix this in another specialized child dentist clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a new patient private full check up. I have a lot of general anxiety, so I was nervous. The receptionist team we're just so lovely and welcoming. There's a single form to fill in prior to the appointment. I met my dentist, Samriti Batta who was easy to talk to, inviting and friendly. I've never been to a private dentist before and the difference from NHS was huge. She checked all my teeth, not just the ones I was experiencing pain with and explained everything that I needed to have done. I'm excited to see her again for my next appointment. It's a shame there is no on-site parking. But I couldn't recommend Richmond Road dental practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Richmond Road Dental Practice for many years. In some ways this long relationship with the Practice speaks for itself. A number of dentists have treated me during this time. I would also speak highly of Helen, receptionist, a great and long serving member of the Practice team. Her warm personality is a real asset. Having had dental problems for many years I don't consider myself a nervous patient, Even so,the dentists have always made me feel at ease talking me through all stages of treatment as it proceeds. As I am on a pension I have to make sure my appointment is not recorded as an emergency appointment ( unless necessary )with the additional cost that this incurs. It is also important to discuss costs about choices of treatment and to be given time to consider these choices. But of course the responsibility here lies with me to ask the relevant questions at the outset. I hope that these comments are helpful.

Positive experience: It was a delight to meet the team at Richmond Road practice. The ladies in reception made me feel very welcome and Simi the dentist was super kind, really knowledgable and diagnosed the issues. After the appointment she give me some great advice and prepared a plan for future treatments. She was great!!! The only constructive feedback is that the X-ray scans which are electronic and take a minute (and include two different mouth ‘guards to bite into) and show on the computer, were a little pricey imho. However, the wonderful friendly service is what stayed with me when I left the practice.
