Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. Probably wouldn't have had a phobia of dentists if I had been to them before. Talked me through all my options beforehand and explained what he was doing during the treatment. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: The lady hygienist I saw was very friendly and did a good job. Only 4 stars for this review due to one of the receptionists. There were 3 behind the desk when I arrived, one lady was busy on the phone trying to book a patient in whilst learning a new system. No complaints there. One of the other 2 girls was new and clearly being taught by the 3rd receptionist. The new girl was very friendly to her customers. The 3rd receptionist (Mia) was very rude. She continued her training and totally ignored me leaving me to stand waiting for a few minutes. Then she served me with no apology and quite an unfriendly manner. Considering the prices we pay for this private practise a simple "Hello, I'll be with you in a minute" would have been welcome.

The whole process was super easy and really reassuring for what I thought wouldn't be an easy job. I couldn't have been more wrong. She is never in a hurry... allows plenty of time for the anaesthetic to start working... keeps you informed about everything she is doing and gives off a calm and confident vibe... Fantastic experience: I went today for a check up knowing I had a chipped tooth & a filling needed. Fathema my new Dentist was really lovely & put me at ease she did the check up & X-rays I had infact got 3 Fillings by the chipped tooth. Fathema said if you're not busy this afternoon I could do them for you in 20 mins I just have a couple more patients too see. I was there less than an hour all done excellent service everyone was so lovely to me.

Fantastic experience: Last Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, I had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by the most delightful hygienist, Katie Mawle. No matter when I see her, I am always greeted with a sunny disposition and the utmost professionalism. Being Canadian, I always find it amusing when she says, "pop in," or "I’m just going to pop this on" or "Can you just pop yourself up?" It has become a bit of an inside joke between us, and she always gets a kick out of my reaction. It’s people like Katie who make going to the dentist a genuinely pleasant experience! I also have to mention my dentist, Nick Downes, who has a remarkable way of making injections feel effortless and always ensures I’m comfortable. Though I can’t see inside my mouth, I have complete confidence that he has done an excellent job! Katie and Nick are supported by a cheerful and welcoming front desk team, who somehow manage to accommodate all my needs—even last-minute appointments. Their kindness and efficiency truly make a difference. A big thank you to this wonderful team for making every visit a positive experience!
