Positive experience: I had my in-person treatment for Smile White Aligners carried out here. The building itself is attractive, although parking can be challenging (I’m unsure if there is parking at the rear). While the treatment was completed as planned, I felt the process was driven more by upselling additional services rather than providing personalised care. Each visit felt quite rushed, with minimal interaction beyond the essentials. On one occasion, I experienced discomfort during suctioning as the dental assistant was conversing with someone else and not fully focused on the procedure. I also found there was little proactive advice or aftercare guidance provided. Several important points were only shared when I specifically asked questions. For example, after my treatment I experienced my teeth shifting back towards their original position during the day. Only after contacting Smile White directly did I learn that I should have been wearing my retainer for 22 hours a day for several months post-treatment — an important detail I believe should have been explained clearly at the practice. Additionally, once I declined a fixed retainer or composite bonding, I felt that the level of care and interest in my case noticeably decreased. Overall, while the clinic is presentable and the treatment itself was completed, I believe communication, aftercare, and patient focus could be significantly improved.

My dentist went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule, even seeing me on his day off to make sure I could get started without delay. Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a check up with Yuliya. She was very friendly and reassuring and gave us a very thorough check over, clearly explaining the state of our dental hygiene and recommended treatments, all done in a non pressurized way. The quality of machines / technology is very impressive at this dental practice. We are nervous dental patients but Yuliya put us at ease, making what is normally an unpleasant experience more than bearable . We'd thoroughly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: OK, so as someone that suffers with crippling health anxiety and anxiety in general, going to a dentist is very difficult for me. Fantastic experience: DR sami was brilliant very informative and all in all made me feel comfortable straight away. I went in for an emergency appointment and was seen very quickly no hassle. I looked for an appointment at about 4pm and got one for 7.10pm the surgery called me within the hour and asked me to come in at 6pm. All I can say is thank you to sami and the team

Fantastic experience: Came to this dentist with a sore tooth, a cavity to be specific. The dentist, Dr Sami and nurse Lateefat and they spoke to me and gave me the possible options we can go through. I picked to have the tooth removed and they informed me with all of the information I needed to know. The whole process took under an hour and it was a completely painless experience. A couple days After my tooth extraction I felt some pain and informed these guys about it and they booked me in for an appointment free of charge to figure out where the pain was coming from. Overall I had an amazing experience with these guys and 100% recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist to begin treatment with Smilewhite. Although there was some issues with proceeding, the level of service I received was nothing short of fantastic. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the facilities, I felt as if I was attending a spa not a dentist. I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who were friendly and very welcoming. Shortly after, I met my dentist, Sam Hussein . He was very thorough and spoke to me afterwards about the plan of action and said my tooth needed extracting (not great with dentists or needles) I started going hot, feeling sick and dizzy and sat down, I asked for a glass of water and apologised for my anxiety kicking in. He got me a glass of water and told me to take my time, he said he will go at my pace with the procedure and at anytime I want him to stop to just put my hand up. He explained everything he was going to do in detail before I sat in the chair and he began the procedure, he also explained everything he was doing when he was doing it and constantly asked me if I was ok throughout. Afterwards he asked how I felt and explained the aftercare of the wound and because I hadn't had regular checkups he said he would like to see me again I asked if I could book in with him as he made me feel so at ease and comfortable throughout despite how anxious I was to start with. 10/10 service recommended to anyone who is severely anxious going to dentist

Fantastic experience: I needed a dentist and i could not find a dentist that would take me as i needed to have an emergency appointment and monument booked me in later that day. I had a really good experience everyone was welcoming and they did a great job, highly recommend.
