Fantastic experience: After considering Invisalign for quite some time, I finally decided to take the plunge after a friend highly recommended Timperley Dental. From the moment I booked my consultation with Vijay, I was welcomed with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Vijay took the time to clearly explain the process, answer my questions, and make me feel completely at ease. Now, as I approach the end of my treatment, I am absolutely over the moon with the results. My smile has been transformed, and I’ve gained so much confidence — something I never realised would make such a big difference in my daily life. The whole team has been nothing short of amazing. Tasha and Jade have always been friendly, supportive, and attentive, and Vijay’s expertise and attention to detail have been exceptional throughout. I truly felt looked after at every stage. If you’re thinking about Invisalign or any dental treatment, I can’t recommend Timperley Dental enough. Thank you to the entire team for giving me a smile I’m proud of!

Negative experience: Very poor ،I m truly unhappy . I had pain in one of my teeth and booked an appointment with Dr. Luke for the first time. I explained the issue to him, but he said to ignore this tooth and that he would treat my other teeth instead. I told him that the pain was bothering me now, but he insisted on leaving it for later. He said things like “I don’t know, leave it” and even suggested I go see another dentist. I was really upset by this response — it felt like my pain and dental issue didn’t matter to him at all. Another time, I visited him because my gums were swollen, red, and painful. Again, he gave me no medication, not even a painkiller. I reminded him again that my tooth was hurting, but he ignored it. Only after I insisted did he say he would refer me for an X-ray at another clinic, but no one ever called or followed up, and I never received any letter or further instruction. Later, I called the dental clinic again and requested to see a different dentist, explaining the situation. That’s when I saw Dr. Pete, who diagnosed my gums with a bacterial infection and an abscess. He prescribed antibiotics and truly helped me. I’m very thankful to Dr. Pete.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a satisfied patient at the practice for several years. Recently I fell resulting in considerable damage to my front teeth. Dr Rob Trem, my dentist, was able to see me very quickly and take immediate steps to initiate effective treatment and also recommended I visit A&E for stitches and a general check which I did. Although an ongoing process I am very impressed by the care and holistic approach to me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the service provided at Timperley Village Dental Practice. My sister has dementia and both administrative and dental staff are helpful and understanding of her needs. I accompanied my sister to her recent appointment and a special thanks must go to Robert Trem and his assistant, Natasha. They both fully appreciated the effect that dementia has on my sister’s mental state, which makes her very nervous. However, their caring and patient manner meant that my sister received the treatment that she needed without her being upset or worried.

Fantastic experience: After years of dentist fear I have finally found a surgery that I look forward to going to! All the staff make you feel welcome from the minute you walk into the reception. I have always avoided seeing a hygienist due to what people have told me about the pain you go through, I had my first dental clean by Maddy and Emma….fear gone! Great work with so much care taken. I have quite a few fillings and 2 crowns needed which are being treated by Vijay (he is my hero now!), during procedures he will ask if I’m ok, checking if I’m feeling any pain, again so much care taken, Natalie his assistant by my side also looking after me. Jade and the rest of the staff are a credit to the surgery. If you have any concerns about dental treatment make an appointment at Timperley Village Dental you will be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: I'm quite nervous of the dentist and did not visit one for a long time, I developed a lump on the roof of my mouth witch cause me concern, after a bad experience with a emergency dental appointment with another dentist me and my partner searched for another dentist and we found timperley dental practice, we live a hour away from this dentist but seeing the good reviews we thought we would give it a try, they honestly have been absolutely brilliant, I had root canal too get rid of a tooth abscess, and they support me all the way though always making sure I felt okay, explained everything In detail so I understood what was going on, I would definitely recommend this dentist, and definitely if you have a fear of dentists, all the staff are brilliant even the kind receptionist, very thankful I found this dentist

Having treatment from the hygienist is never a pleasant experience but today I was treated by Maddy & Ruby, both of whom were very professional and explained in detail how I can slow down my receding gums. Would highly recommend even if you have any reservations about visiting the hygienist!

Fantastic experience: My 13yr son had to have his last two baby teeth removed as they hadn’t come out yet. Both Maddy and Ruby were reassuring my son as this was essentially the first real treatment he’d needed which included the need for an anaesthetic. They were so bubbly and positive it really helped put my son at ease and made sure his anxiety didn’t get the better of him as I could tell he was on the verge of tears when we walked in the room. Thank you ladies I think it’s really important to ensure any fear/anxiety is eased when the kids are young to ensure they maintain their visits and never become “afraid” of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Emma and the other receptionists are very helpful and friendly and from the very first moment I walked into the practice I was made to feel extremely welcome. I recently switched dentists and quite a bit of work needed to be done. Timperley Village Dental Practice is modern and forward thinking and obviously keeps very up to date with the technology and practices required to provide an efficient and expert service where the patient's genuine needs are at the very forefront. Vijay is very professional, hospitable, and calm with a reassuring manner. I had to have five fillings (over three visits), three of which were putting right the dentistry performed at another dental practice. What could have been unpleasant and stressful was in reality quite a relaxing, even sociable experience! I was asked regularly throughout each procedure if I was ok and work was paused immediately on the rare occasion that I needed to take a breath or scratch my nose! Ruby was Vijay's dental nurse today and she carried out her duties diligently and with consideration for my comfort. Since Vijay completed the necessary corrections, the relief I feel in my mouth is amazing. I didn't realise how much it had been bothering me until everything felt 'right' again! Thank you very very much.

Fantastic experience: An excellent and inclusive practice. I have a long term health condition and the staff are always very obliging eg making sure my appointments are in a downstairs room. Robert Trem is extremely patient with anxious patients and I'm very happy with the care my children and I receive from him. The reception team are polite and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding. I've been with the practice for a couple of years now, and have found the service, care, attention and friendliness consistently excellent. Today for the first time I needed an emergency appointment, got promptly through to then team when i rang in the morning, got an appointment for early afternoon, and was treated expertly by Vijay and Emma.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Doctor Rob more if I tried, My youngest required a filling today due to a genetic defect in her tooth. Understandably this was so challenging because of her having additional needs. Doctor Rob so patient, he was so calm with her, went at her pace, reassured her all the way through... gave her a hand held mirror to show her what he was doing so she didn't panic. He stopped when she needed him to, gave her kind words, clearly understood children with additional needs and coping strategies to help them through. What a credit to the profession and the practice. Thank you Rob. You made what could of been a very challenging visit very easy.

Fantastic experience: There is a reason I travel the length of the country to visit this dental practice. I split my time between two locations, and I have found that a good dentist can be very hard to find. Therefore I travel to see Vijay twice per year. I'm always happy with the service that I receive, patient focused, professional with polite service. I know that if I require advice that Vijay and the team will be on hand to provide a timely response to my query. Fantastic experience: Have been going to this practice since I was a child around 25 years ago now. Stopped going up until Nov last year (too long I know) Had a new crown put in over a few months period and several appointments which involved root canal, post fit, a temp crown then finally the permanent crown all done by Rob. Can't recommend enough, professional and zero problems or complaints. Now on denplan so having a 6 month checkup/cleaning, just had my first appointment with Gemma and Natasha and again all positive, easy and gave some good advice to keep on top of cleaning between visits.
