Fantastic experience: Everyone at the practice are very friendly and my dentist (Andrew - and his dental assistant) fully discusses options and recommended treatments. I never look forward going to the dentist but I feel this must be one of the best. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Took my elderly Mum for a check up. Reception staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. We had a bit of a wait but reception did explain he was running late so all good. The dentist himself is also very nice, welcoming and puts you at ease. Just wish I could get in here too! No spaces at the moment!

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment given at short notice. Tooth examined and X-ray taken. Antibiotics prescribed and possible treatments discussed. Excellent service all round and the antibiotics are beginning to work.

The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the dentist I had my appt with, Hanisha Patel, was very reassuring, she gave me lots of advice and was a joy to meet. Positive experience: We moved to this dental practise about 18 years ago and have been regulars (so to speak). Ever since. I have to be honest and say that I had a bit of a ‘dad crush’ on my dentist because she was lovely! However, we now have Zain. A very young - compared to me, anyway, My wife now has a ‘mum crush’ on Zain. He is a great dentist. He is very professional and explains everything. He goes a long way to make you feel at ease. The dental nurses are quiet and get on with their tasks efficiently. When you talk to them, however, they come to life and are nice people. The service is generally of a high quality but I can’t give it any higher because the treatment rooms are very cramped and the waiting area looks rather dated and (a little bit shabby). Other than that…Cedar Road Dentists provide high quality care, are attentive and very nice people.

Fantastic experience: Exception and professional service. The response back from the duty Doctor was within an hour and the appointment was arranged on the day to see the doctor in person. The helpful and knowledgeable receptionist was just amazing. It has definitely restored my confidence in the system and my doctor’s surgery. Definitely deserved 5 stars.

Negative experience: First filling fell out after a week, they replaced free of charge. Just tried to book a check up and the wait was 4 months !!! Generally not pleased with the service provided and found another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Eventually after 18 months of waiting for my appointment I finally got to see a dentist. Everything was great I was looked after thoroughly and checked over. With a recommended follow up appointment to deep clean under my gums which is much needed. My teeth are in great condition but after 18 months of not being seen being offered a deep clean is just what I need. It was great to see two friendly looking faces with a caring tone behind the reception too. Thank you

Negative experience: The dentist was rude abrupt and dismissive. I left the surgery in tears. She showed no empathy just told me I had gum disease and asked me if I wanted her to pull out my teeth. The receptionist was lovely.
