Fantastic experience: This is a very good dentist. I had severe toothache and managed to get a same day emergency appointment. The dentist Emma was so kind and patient as was here assistant. I was given my options and decided to go ahead with an extraction. I’m a nervous person so the extraction itself was quite nerve wracking for me but Emma and her assistant were so kind and reassuring throughout. Her assistant held my hand and they talked me through the whole process, as my extraction was proving to be quite difficult. They reassured me through the whole thing and didn’t let me leave until I was able to compose myself after. I went home and through no fault of the dentist my extraction site wouldn’t stop bleeding (normal for me). I rang them and they told me to come back in, so I went in and they saw me again, agreed that I did the right thing as it was still actively bleeding. Emma stitched me right up at no extra charge and I was able to go home and sleep it off without worry of bleeding. They told me to just ring them if i had any further concerns or questions. If I ever struggle to get into my own dentist again, this is where I’ll go. They really are fantastic. You should all be proud of the work you do

Fantastic experience: Really welcoming receptionist, clean waiting area, dentist hygienist was very friendly and took her time to explain to me what she would be doing to reassure me.

Fantastic experience: Mueerah and Taylor have restored my faith in dentistry. Having not had the best of times previously, I've always been incredibly nervous of dentist visits. These 2 ladies are lovely, proffesional kind patient and with a touch of humour, what more could you ask for. I wouldn't hesitate too recommend this dentist. Well done girls and thankyou very much.

Negative experience: If I could put zero stars I would. I called up, explained I just moved into the area and are they taking on new patients. She said no. I asked do they know anyone near them that are & she said no however we are only taking on private patients so I said Thats what I am so how comes you said at the beginning you not taking on new patients & she says they not taking on NHS patients. I said thats really rude. Without asking me she assumed I was NHS & so what if I was?

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best service I've ever received at a dentist, Lauren on reception proper sorted me out a last minute appointment solving months of pain. I don't know what sort of wizards Sophia and Paige are but I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever and talked me through the whole procedure. Honestly this dentist is top notch

Fantastic experience: Greeted by smiling faces when i entered the Dentist. Polite ladies on the desk. I was seen by Emma and made her aware that I had sensitive teeth and was a little concerned about them being cleaned. Emma was very gentle and said to raise my hand if I needed her to stop. First class, friendly and very welcoming. I picked this dentist due to being nervous about going. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have only just joined this dental practice and both times I have been seen by Wisam. I cannot fault the service I have received from all staff but wisam and the share professionalism of his work is a delight, he is by far the best dentist I have been to since my original one of many years retired. Very gentle but precise with his work. Extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Thank you and see you in 6months

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Mueerah Naeem saved my life, helped me a lot, restored my self-confidence. She approaches the patient professionally and very gently. From the first visit I felt very well cared for and that I was in very professional hands. She guided me through the entire treatment, I am also very grateful to Mrs. Taylor, who also supports during visits, not only as a dental nurse but also a huge support for the patient. I thank you with all my heart.

Fantastic experience: My family is registered here and all of us have had a great experience. I have a 2y and a 1y old and all the staff were fantastic with the children. They were patient with me and helped me with the children when it was my turn to be seen. Even when my one year old had his visit, he cried as you would expect but again the staff were lovely and patient. I Highly recommend Arnold Dental Care. Thankyou again to all the staff :).

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Micha and Nikola. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with warmth and professionalism. Micha is not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. Nikola was incredibly supportive, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their teamwork is seamless, and the care I received was top-notch. I genuinely felt like I was in the best hands. Highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for expert dental care with a personal touch!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I registered today at the Arnold Dental Centre. We were greeted warmly by one of the receptionists prior to seeing Micha for our initial review. My wife was delighted that he put her at ease and took time to explain any potential treatment. He gave us both a very thorough examination and we thank him for his kind and pleasant demeanor. A very good experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Have not been to the dentist for many years...was put at my ease. Teeth cleaned. (Cant stop playing with the gaps) Im a nervous patient. I do need a broken tooth extraction and a few fillings...I feel that in letting me decide when these things should happen gives me more confidence and control.

The dental nurses are fantastic too aiding the children with help and vocally with them removing any doubt of whats happening. Ive never seen dental care like this. Needed an emergency appointment recently for my wisdom tooth and got one within 48 hours. The dentist I saw was fantastic and sorted it out with a plan for next steps, I can’t speak highly enough of them

Fantastic experience: I booked an emergency appointment as I had painful swelling in my jaw area. Emma was wonderful, really considerate and gentle throughout investigating and taking x rays. She prescribed antibiotics to get rid of an infection that had gone into the root of a broken tooth, which will come out in a week or so when the swelling has gone down. Really great service from start to finish! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: For many years I suffered with sensitive teeth I’ve been with quite a few Dentist. I left my previous dentist because the surgeon who had I have been with for five years had moved on, I did try the new surgeon, but he wasn’t good at all. I find Arnold Dental Care Where they got great reviews. I had my first dentist checkup Wi Sam the surgeon was brilliant, he was very sensitive knowing that I was very nervous he spoke to me throughout the Dental Care giving me great ease. and his assistant Kate we’re both amazing. this is one of best dentist where for the first time I haven’t felt any anxiety because both Wi Sam and Kate we’re both understanding that I was Nervous, great customer care I’ve highly recommend Arnold Dental Care

Negative experience: I visited this Dentist once and made an appointment. They gave me the wrong appointment. I missed the appointment because of it. The first I knew about it was receiving an email saying I have been removed from the database.

Fantastic experience: I came with my 11 year old son Ivor for an appointment today and he bravely agreed to have two baby teeth taken out. He was very nervous coming to the dentist for a checkup. Let alone having the teeth out. But the dentist (Wisam Najim) was amazing! He talked Ivor through what was happening. Was very reassuring and made him feel confident about the decision. Afterwards Ivor said to me “he was the best dentist I’ve ever had!” So I wanted to pass on my thanks to the fantastic dentist! I was impressed too!! Thank you! Kathryn x

Fantastic experience: Had previously had bad experiences at other dentists but I had a great experience here, I had a complete smile transformation and I am so happy with the results, Wisam and Kate were incredible, so comfortable to be around and their work was incredible, cannot recommend enough!!

Positive experience: Nice facilities, nice people, well attended to. Denture technician did not want to repair denture but preferred I had a new upper and lower made for £2,800.00 rather than a simple repair for a quoted £40.00. Eventually agreed to a repair which was functional though not particularly esthetically pleasing and the cost arbitrarily ncreased to £120.00. I would go back there as the people were very nice and the location is convenient.

Negative experience: Went today and ask if I was still registered with them, didn’t feel welcomed and the tone was not nice!

Fantastic experience: I am very nervous about going to the dentist but at Arnold Dental Care I have Emma who is absolutely brilliant. She knows my fears and is patient and understanding and has on occasion let me leave with no treatment because I was so out of balance. She has a calming tone and I will sit in chair longer with her than with anyone else. I hate needles in mouth (have tattoos and not afraid of other needles!!) and she will plan our appointment to give us extra time. She will use a gel to numb the area before she even attempts the needle. 1000% recommend Emma at Arnold Dental Care

Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient dental and hygienist care . I took my 3 year old granddaughter for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago after she fell and bumped her teeth . The young dentist, Emma was really lovely with my granddaughter, explaining everything she was doing in child friendly terms . She "took a picture of teeth with a special camera " when she did an x-ray, and showed her the picture. Thank you Emma

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience. After not going to the dentist for a number of years I found Arnold dental care and I'm so glad I did . The reception team are amazing and make you feel so welcome and calm . My dentist was Zayaan and his amazing assistant paddy. They both made me so welcome and relaxed and being a very nervous person they truly did an amazing job keeping me calm and explained every step . I needed a lot of treatment and all was explained and planned . The work they did was , in my case life changing and all done with care and a sense of pride . I can't thank Zayaan and all at Arnold dental care enough for everything they have done for me , not only have they given me smile back they have given me my confidence back after many years . Thanks again , your all amazing . x
