Fantastic experience: Very good. It is difficult to find a dentist who doesn't see a patient as a cash cow and just wants to fill their teeth. My last dentist wanted to fill a tooth but I didn't trust him. I went to Laffans and was given a clean bill of oral health. Consequently I have one less filling than if I took the recommendation of my previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was dealt with quickly and efficiently . My dentist Georgina was very helpful and informative . I liked the pricing available in waiting room to decide on private or NHS if required and not having to ask the receptionist . I took some photos on my phone for future reference as a guide . .

All the staff were lovely, the front desk staff, dentist and assistant and finally the hygienist and her assistant were great. So much so I signed up for their annual plan and look forward to maintaining a happy and healthy looking smile.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the whole experience at Brintirion dental surgery. All staff, from receptionists to the dental practitioners, are extremely helpful and customer led, which enables the client to feel in control of their experience and treatment. I am a patient of Georgina who puts my vision and goals first, whilst inputting realistic views so that I have a clear picture of what can be achieved. She then explains what going to happen before the treatment starts and what to expect. She is very considerate throughout the process always asking and caring that your ok during treatment. The whole experience is very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend Laffan Dental Care to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients at this surgery since childhoid. When Laffan took it over the surgery had a huge refit and brought it up to date with modern times. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly receptionists then can relax in a smart waiting area. We both see Poppy the dentist who puts you at ease and explains everything she does this certainly helps my wife who I must say is absolutely petrified of a visit to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great place and people. Failed to look after my teeth for awhile causing all kinds of chaos. I wasn't judged with snide remarks or horrible looks. Dr Martha came up with a treatment plan right away and after a bunch of work, I'm doing alot better now. If you have been putting it off for awhile this is definitely the place to go. Also, if you need a bunch of work at once, the plan is definitely the way to go.

Fantastic experience: The dentist isn’t my favourite place as lots can relate too, I didn’t have good experience as a child and it sort of traumatised me but I cannot fault the girls here, they make you feel relaxed and calm. Georgie (so sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong) is a fantastic dentist, she has helped me have a much more calmer experience at the dentist now. She always goes above and beyond. If you happen to meet her im sure you will agree too. Also lovely clean business and property, I have been at this dentist my whole life and has improved in every aspect since Laffan have taken over.
