Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this busy practice enough especially when needing an emergency appointment. From start to finish I was booked in, seen and treated by the dentist whose care and work was second to none including his assistant and my overall experience was exceptional. All the staff are so friendly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice. We will all need a dentist at some point in our lives and if they can help with that in anyway they will do their very best to

Fantastic experience: Took my elderly Mum for her dental check. We were seen on time. Mum enjoys her visits to this surgery as the Dentist and all the staff are so friendly and respectful. She feels that everyone at this surgery is very kind and understands her sense of humour. They're also very accommodating with appointments. Historically, Mum didn't like going to the dentist but she looks forward to attending this practice. What more can I say.

Positive experience: 09.30 appointment, seen at 0945, even though the dentist starts at 09.30, if I was late arriving I’m sure they would not be pleased with me.

The care, attention, and professionalism we receive make every visit a positive experience. I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service!

Fantastic experience: I rang 8.30 opening time, I had really bad tooth ache, I was told to go straight down. It took me 25 minutes to get there, I was seen tooth extracted and on my way home by 9.30. I’m constantly listening to people complaining about their dentist and how they can’t get appointments. Been with this dentist years and can’t complain about anything. They are amazing and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Andreas is such a kind and attentive dentist, could tell I was a bit nervous but did a lot to put me at ease. It’s never a pleasurable experience at the dentist but my latest visit was probably the easiest one I’ve had. So hugely appreciated to be put at ease.

Fantastic experience: Sadly, had to have a tooth extracted due to infection where root canal treatment had been done years ago, together with a crown being applied. I am terrified of dentists! But the Dentist and his Nurse were very kind and I didn't feel a thing. Brilliant treatment and the whole of the staff seem very helpful and supportive! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Wasn’t registered needed a hygienist and there was availability here for excellent prices and wow didn’t they do a good job 10stars if I could thank you I even arrived an hour early and was seen instantly. Reception lady awesome too

Fantastic experience: Thorough check up given Concerned about my gum so given advice on how to manage the issue and asked to come back two weeks……. Did as outlined and follow up showed that the issue was beginning to resolve itself Real attention given to my teeth and me as a patient

Negative experience: I had my first appointment and it was 45 minutes late, got told 2 different reasons why!!! Very unprofessional conduct from the start to the finish. Had a 3D x ray by someone that didn't know how to use the equipment!! On my follow up appointment I was called 20 minutes before to say they were running 15 minutes late, I turned up at the correct time for the appointment and waited 30 minutes to then be told it would be a further 25 minutes, I walked out of there and will not return.

Fantastic experience: This is my dentist and hygienist, I can recommend them after they have looked after my teeth for well over 20 years. Nadia the hygienist works extremely hard in her allotted 30 mins to clean my teeth and to tell me if I have a problem that the dentist needs to know about. My dentist Sara is likewise efficient I have great confidence in her abilities.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Market Harborough Dental practice for over 2 years now, under Dr Attiah Khan. I am more than impressed at the way they welcomed me into their practice, have continually cared for my family and continue to do so. The practice itself is clean and ran efficiently. There is also no pressure to purchase any of their stocked products in fact, the advice I have been given appears very independant and bespoke to me. This has been a perfect experience for me as far as dental practices go, and i would highly recommend this as a viable practice.

Fantastic experience: I got an emergency appointment on the morning I rang. My Dentist is Vipin Nair who is excellent and always sorts out the problems I have with my teeth,(which are many ). Professional kind and understanding and puts you at ease. His dental nurse is lovely and also very kind and caring. They make a great working team. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend the practice.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever treated me like a piece of meat I'm giving my honest opinion have now left this practice. Was I treated like this because I was nhs I wonder this wasn't just on one occasion 3 times with this particular dentist whose name I will leave out but I feel should be sacked. They said he was thorough more like brutal.

Negative experience: Constantly canceling appointments, wouldn't mind but if I cancelled or missed this many appointments I would be kicked off the list.

Fantastic experience: The only problem here is the parking but luckily someone was coming out so I got a space. I recently lost a part of my tooth I got in very quickly was offered a few options and told exactly what costs would be involved. I went for a crown which involved 2 appointments two weeks apart. I was taken through exactly what would happen on both appointments. Felt totally at ease I now have a lovely crown. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic, friendly, polite and welcoming service. Yesterday was our children’s first visit to this practice and the process of registering to booking an appointment, our visit and follow-up was a service we couldn’t fault. Parking is very limited, therefore it’s advisable to allow plenty of time to park elsewhere and walk to the practice, but overall we are thrilled with this dental practice

Had the same dentist (Vipin Nair) and his charming assistant for all that time and am very happy with their care and pleasant manner explaining everything and feel they are honest people.

All the staff are really kind and lovely from dentists to hygienists to receptionists and everyone else. Good with my son on his first visit too (aged 1).

Negative experience: Can never get through on the phone and had to wait 3 months for an appointment to get a filling replaced. Arrived for an appointment last week and the door was locked. Receptionist came to the door and told me they were just tidying up and to wait outside for 5 minutes. When I was finally let in, I was called for my appointment 10 mins late. Dentist unable to explain the pros and cons of various treatments. Have switched to Bupa.

This last time I had a male hygienist for the first time, and it was painful during the check and clean. This has not happened before and although I know I have problems, I felt it could have been less painful. He did offer positive advice though.
