My dentist, Dr Deadman, and Anoushka Saraf, Hygienist are both extrememly understanding and caring. All the staff I have encountered are brilliant, from reception to nurses. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Over three years ago I was referred by my dentist to see a periodontist at Gateway. My treatment took over a year. I was treated by Georgios Antonoglou, and my teeth and gum problems are markedly improved and cannot praise him enough! All the staff are very friendly and again I cannot praise them enough! Thank you all at Gateway! Aron Parsa has been my hygienist through my treatment and I now see him 6 monthly. I highly recommend him, he is thorough, reassuring and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have visited twice in the last week to have a niggling tooth sorted and a couple of fillings done. Anoushka could tell how nervous I was, but she put me at ease and constantly checked to make sure I was alright during the treatment. She explained what she was doing and why it was necessary, and she made recommendations for future treatment without being pushy. All staff from reception to nurses were kind and friendly. It was a pleasant experience (if visiting the dentist can be described as pleasant?!) and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gateway if you're looking for a new dental practice.

Negative experience: I have been at this practice since around 2020 . The treatment I received from Dr Anoushka Saraf and Aron Parsa. These people have belittled me . Insulted me as far as my oral health and mental health . Ever since my bad experiences with these unprofessional people in 2023 . I could not leave the practice due to Covid . So I remained at this practice by force . I always felt extremity uncomfortable entering the building and have been embarrassed by the dentist listed above when she yelled my private needs in a communal stairway as I was leaving my app. I have now been discharged from the nhs for missing 2 appointments poor dentistry and poor care . for a place that boasts its kindness and care my experience was completely the opposite. They picked on me because I am a young female that was vulnerable. Absolutely disgusting being told you got ‘bad teeth’ and asked if you’ve ever owned a toothbrush . Poor just poor they should be fired .

Fantastic experience: This practice is the nicest, friendliest and most efficient. All the staff are so super nice they all go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Dr Melitou has been absolutely amazing in helping with pain from a root canal.I cannot thank her enough. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Gateway by my dentist to have a root canal re done. I was a little nervous but once I was there the whole process was done expertly and efficiently. So much so I was almost falling asleep. during the procedure. The. Follow up was equally as professional with x-rays and the whole process and result explain. Fantastic experience: I have to share my incredible experience with Dr. Billis, who performed root canal treatment on two of my teeth. I still can't quite believe how comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. I've always been terrified of dentist appointments – to the point where I would sit in the chair crying and shaking uncontrollably, and felt utterly exhausted afterward, like I'd run a marathon. But Dr. Billis has completely changed that for me. He's not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly clear in explaining the work that needs to be done, and genuinely caring. Negative experience: Worst Dentist I have ever dealt with! Once they have your money, you’re neglected. If you have a wisdom tooth issue, there is no point going here. The receptionists and referral team clearly need more training as they failed, not once, but TWICE! to refer me over to the Hospital. This has cause me not only more pain and suffering, but lost money due to unnecessary travel, and time spent chasing them up; a 6 month delay has been caused because of their incompetence. No apology, just seemed to be a hassle for them to do their job; but I guess why would they bother, now that you’ve had my money. If I could leave a Zero I would. I urge people who want a hassle free experience to go to the other dentist next door.

Fantastic experience: I was directed to attend Gateway Dental from my local Dentist for 2 x Root Canal treatment. All aspects of the surgery are very professional and care was taken when I attended the appointments. If Gateway Dental was closer to home I would change my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Mr Billis is one of the best if you need a root canal or you need a tooth taken out. He teaches other dentists how to do root canals. I've used him several times and my first roof canal is now over 10 years old and I've had no problems. The procedures are always pain free. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently been to Gateway Dental for a root canal under sedation, I’ve had experiences in the past which have made me very nervous and put me off going to the Dentist but George, Bianca and the nurse made me feel at ease the entire time. Everything was explained very thoroughly, they took it at my pace and were very gentle, nothing hurt during or after the procedure and the follow up care was amazing, they even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. Could not recommend highly enough - especially to those who are nervous!

My young children have seen several different Dentists here for check-ups and each of them have had a fantastic manner. Absolutely a new breed of Dental practicing, they educate, rather than shame, and take small steps at each appointment to put patients at ease. Fantastic experience: I am a former dental nurse and I spent 3 years full of personal, professional development and life in this surgery. I found the way to balance between my personal life, satisfying my religious relationship, passing exams and hard working which shaped my personality for my entire career. When I first came, it was my first time to use English in day to day life and I can't forget the 5 hours English lesson by Emily and Charlotte and the amount of effort and patience with me in learning how to speak, understand, write and communicate in English in a daily basis along side with teaching me how to do the job. Also, I can't ignore the huge amount of support from Chelsea even in her very first days till the day I left the practice. It was a pleasure to work with a group of experts who have the passion and the knowledge to plan and provide top quality dentistry with lots of care. They used to explain to me their treatments and teach me the fine details I have to take into consideration for each step in a degree that I can tell that they taught me the best of their experiences. I can also remember Dr. Billis and Michelle first visit to me when I just came to England and I was in self quarantine after my flight and they provided me with good amount of food in a time that I couldn't go out and get what I want. Also switching on the microscope camera to show me the complex cases that normally a general dentist don't normally see in his career. I can't count how many good stuff was done for me by G. Billis. I am really glad for all of these good deeds. I remember Dr. Deadman's drawings, explanations, professional and personal advices. He always says "stay calm and you can think" and now I believe this. I can't forget all the tips shared by my other colleagues; nurses and all the other dentists in the practice. And I really like the idea of the family in the practice. We have our good times and stressful times and what is important that we pass these time together and as a family

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Deadman at Gateway Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I came to the practice seeking a very experienced dentist, and I found exactly that! A previous dentist had mishandled one of my molars, causing me great pain and discomfort. Dr. Deadman reviewed my teeth in detail and provided clear updates on his findings. The best part is that he managed to find the issue and resolve it, so I had no pain when biting down for the first time in a week! The relief and happiness were indescribable, as I hadn’t been able to eat properly since my visit to the previous dentist. I have now left the previous dental practice and joined Gateway Dental with Dr. Deadman as my dentist. As an anxious patient, I found his manner extremely calming, which made me relax. His dental nurse was amazing and reassuring as well. Everyone at this practice is so friendly and helpful, including the receptionists who were instrumental in getting me this appointment. I 100% recommend Gateway Dental, and my only regret is not finding it sooner!

Fantastic experience: I started my treatment at Gateway Dental when I had a tooth that finally needed removing and an implant putting in, in all this treatment took about a year. I am really bad a dentist appointments, however the staff at Gateway always did their best to put me at ease. Even held my hand and were patient with me when I cried (on multiple occasions). Obviously choosing the dentist that you want to undergo this fairly long and sometimes painful process with is a big choice, I’d choose to do it over again with Gateway every time.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Gateway. The morning of my appointment, I felt too ill to go in. I was supposed to be receiving fillings in 30 minutes, and I couldn’t even leave the house. I felt so terrible having to call in and cancel so last minute, and felt a bit anxious doing so, but Amber provided such wonderful service and made me feel so at ease! Fantastic experience: Had an annoying toothache for the past few days and the people at Gateway Dental were very helpful and reacted fast to my problem They booked an emergency appointment and did cleaning, polishing and completed some fillings. I had no pain at all during the procedure! The doctor and the nurse were very empathic and professional Now I am pain free and I can’t recommend enough this dental practice! From the receptionists to medical team, everything was awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment, for a jaw infection, with George and Maria today. It was the first time that I have ever really felt that a medical practitioner was treating me as an individual person and looking at my needs holistically, and really listening to how I was feeling and my preferences. I have an underlying condition which can cause complications, which other dentists have not properly taken into consideration, but these two experts listened and gave considered and relevant advice based on my specific circumstances. I can’t recommend them highly enough, particularly if you have had a bad dental experience previously or are anxious, or nervous.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely practice. Nice efficient reception staff always give a friendly welcome. There's lots of information available on cosmetic dentistry but none of the staff push it on the patients. I've seen both the hygienist and the dentist in the last week and they are so friendly, taking time to explain everything as they go along.

Fantastic experience: We had a brilliant experience today as a family with children ages 6 and 8. Dr Billis is a fantastic dentist who is gentle and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Our children also really enjoyed the experience. The dental nurses (especially Charlotte) are fabulous too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Literally the most amazing caring dental practice, I came here after an accident and 3 teeth very damaged. All the staff from reception, dental nurses to dentists have been so caring and amazing, Amber and Charlotte in particular have been so friendly. They even fitted me in after hours to give me my smile back before Christmas. If you want a dentist that will take the best care of you this is the place to come.

Fantastic experience: Over several months this year I have had an implant organised and fitted by George Billis. I have had a previous implant several years ago in Australia and whilst that is also a good implant, the care and aftercare I received from George has been excellent and I would say vastly superior. I was surprised and reassured by the number of follow up check ups , as part of the total cost, George explained everything to me, I fully understood all steps and the time frame and it’s rationale. I felt totally confident under his care. I am a health professional myself and as I said to George really the only painful bit was the cost! Which in truth is no different to an implant anywhere. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: George Billis did root canal work for me. 2 hours in the dentist chair was not something I relished the idea of but the experience was no where near as bad as I thought it was going to be. He put me at ease, he came over as being very experienced & knowledgeable which gave me total confidence in him, & saved the tooth.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish i have had an excellent experience, my initial call to reception was dealt with wonderfully, the receptionist was kind, empathetic and understanding and whenever i have rung since they always pick up. I was seen by Georgio Billis and he is very professional but also a very nice person so i always felt at ease, he cares about what he does and i have now had a successful root canal treatment which i was initially so worried about, i also got beautiful flowers and a card for my birthday which i have never experienced elsewhere, was over the moon and so happy! Absolutely can't recommend them enough, so happy i switched to them, thanks Gateway, Rachael
