I was incredibly ignorant and nervous about what laser hair removal involved and the results one could achieve etc. Jazzie was incredibly kind and sensitive in taking the time to explain the whole process and put me at ease in the initial consultation and all the sessions there after. I have had a brilliant result from laser hair removal and has very much been worth it; also I appreciated how each session there was adequate time and respect for the process which can be painful/intimate and they take the upmost care to make you feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I always have a fantastic experience at Ambra. I have used other treatment providers before but have found them to be a little aloof and impersonal. The team at Ambra are welcoming and fun to engage with from the minute you walk through the door. There is always a warm and friendly greeting from Sam at reception where you are offered an excellent coffee and can browse some of their great skincare products before your treatment. They have state of the art equipment and up to the minute procedures on offer. Jazzie in particular is a very helpful and professional therapist who I would highly recommend for skin rejuvenation. I also trust Maryam totally for more complex procedures and have always been incredibly pleased with the results achieved. I have total confidence in her ability and knowledge - she is very re-assuring and highly experienced. I would totally recommend this business to anyone considering aesthetics for the first time or looking to change from their current provider.

Negative experience: Polite receptionist but really not impressed that they want £50 deposit to secure a consultation, but if you don't go ahead with treatment then you lose this. Not a good policy and immediately put me off this place. Also, the pricing is not transparent - says a particular treatment I was looking at 'starts at £200' but on the booking form it says £300 and I'm told it 'depends on what the therapist thinks you need' for a treatment that is not going to have much, if any difference, from client to client. So basically I can only presume it will be £300.

Products or procedures aren't pushed on you and are only advised on what is best for your skin I have had Botox with Dr Maryam who I trust implicitly. She wouldn't ever let me have anything done that she doesn't think I need. Ive had hydrafacials by a number of staff and hands down are better than any other clinic in London. They are so relaxing and I come out feeling like my skin is glowing Today I went in and my skin was having a meltdown. They gave me such good advice, a mask along with some cream and booked me back in for a consultation in 2 weeks time. I left feeling so much better and very grateful I have found this clinic I honestly cannot recommend enough. You guys are amazing x x

Negative experience: I wish I had the same experience as others. Looks like the owner and her team are selective who they are treating nicely. I found the staff and the owner dismissive and patronising( they even laughed at me).I guess because I am just a random person who wanted a simple treatment, and doesn’t plan to spend a lot of money on various treatments. I am wondering if these reviews are actually real because my experience is exactly the opposite. EDIT: I am pretty sure I spoke to the owner, my visit was more than two weeks ago so I know very well what I am talking about. As I said, I expected a friendly women supportive environment (based on the reviews and social media posts) but I was treated exactly the opposite comparing to what you are promoting.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic very professional. I first went there to have Neogen, and due to my rosacea it was not indicated. They have been very honest with me and indicated another treatment which I'm seeing amazing results. Jazzie is excellent and has been very thorough and gentle when caring for my skin. My skin has improved, I don't notice any signs of rosacea at the moment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for the right Clinic for about two months, I had my consultation and today I have my treatment. I’ve been to bed for four hours and I woke up with tears of happiness to find the face. I’ve always wanted. I’m 55 years old and My jawline is visible once again. I would highly recommend this Clinic the after care was amazing firstly I had to call once I reached home secondly I’m to receive a call on Monday to see how I am and in six weeks time I’m to go back to see the difference with the clinician but like I said, I’ve woken up after asleep four hours and I’m amazed !

Fantastic experience: Ambra Aesthetic Clinic if you haven’t been you need to! I have regular Botox and polynucleotide eye treatments. I also have had laser for my veins on my legs. All staff are super professional and helpful. It’s difficult to trust people with your face but I 100% trust Maryam and have used her for many years. Maryam is very honest and if she feels you do not need that particular treatment she will tell you and not just take your money! Sam on the front desk is also extremely helpful with telling you information about treatments and home care. She also has a lot of patience and flexibility when I need to change days/times for appointments due to childcare. The WhatsApp service is also very efficient! Please don’t hesitate in choosing this clinic for your treatments they are the best and have a wealth of experience in treating people!
