Fantastic experience: Park Road Dental Centre has been my local dentist for over 20 years with very good treatment from the whole tream. Recently I chipped a tooth, the day before going on holiday. I phoned in, and the very helpful Charlotte on the front desk managed to get me seen at the end of the day by dentist Dr Panos, despite being fully booked. After an x-ray and a temporary filling, I had no problems during my holiday; for which I am very grateful - many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this dental surgery for many years and I have always seen Mr Bayliss. When I saw him this time, it was because of pain in a particular sensitive tooth. Mr Bayliss did various tests on the area and took an X-ray. He was able to make an accurate diagnosis within 20 minutes, and then sorted out a necessary plan of treatment for the problem to resolve it. I would recommend this surgery. They provide excellent dental care and, having had Mr Bayliss as my dentist for many years, I can say that he is an excellent and trustworthy dentist.

Fantastic experience: I visit the dental hygienist twice a year and the dentist annually. The dental hygienist has probably saved me thousands of pounds in dental charges and discomfort, as the dentist only has to take X-rays and there is no costly work. I was phobic about dentists, but my hygienist (Gentle by name gentle by nature), does an excellent job with only a mild discomfort. I would highly recommend the practice to my friends.

Positive experience: Hygienist appointment good as always. Dentist was cancelled owing to surgery technical problems. Receptionist apologetic but would have been good to receive a dentist apology given I travelled 400 miles to attend!!

Fantastic experience: I had the most incredible experience at Park Road dental. The staff on reception are warm and helpful. My appointment was with Daphne and I found her approachable and the assessment gentle but thorough. Daphne gives clear tips and instructions and I found myself feeling motivated to improve my oral health which is not something I ever thought I’d say!

Fantastic experience: This was my first appt at Park Road Dental and I admit I was somewhat apprehensive…however, I need not have been. From the ladies on reception to Dr Daphne, Dentist and Nurse Aisha, I was immediately put at ease, reassured, understood, shown kindness as well as gentleness. I was given time and consideration regarding my dental issues as well as very good advice regarding my dental care. I left the surgery with a smile on my face and a skip in my step and any doubts and fears beforehand have been forgotten. I cannot express enough just how relieved and happy I am having found this wonderful surgery. Their professionalism and gentle attitude is a credit to them. Fantastic experience: It's hard to say going to the dentist is a great experience, but Park Road Dental comes as close possible! Stacy makes a hygienist's appointment as pleasant and as fun as possible, - and dentist Jessica is fabulous! Fantastic experience: As private dentists go, Park Road Dental Centre are superb. I have 6 monthly check ups here along with a similar schedule with a hygienist. Panos is a very talented and friendly dentist, and I very much appreciate his use of microscopic photography and imagery depicted on a nearby monitor so I can see exactly what's going on in my mouth! I also had a filling done recently and after the numbing injection wore off, I realised it was slightly raised and affecting my bite. I called the centre and explained the problem; the receptionist was very understanding and efficient - Panos was able to see me the following day and filed it down free of charge. Stacey is my hygienist and she is such a character! She doesn't have an assistant so often gets me involved holding suction tubes in place whilst she works. She does offer numbing gel to take the edge off inevitable pain, and I've yet to decline this offer! She does a very good job and gives excellent advice to prevent any mishaps from returning /as severely. The fees are reasonable too, although hygienist appts are slightly more, but you get a very good clean! Also worth mentioning are the lovely receptionists - always kind, bubbly and informative both on the phone and in person. Service with a smile really goes a long way!

Fantastic experience: A big recommendation for this highly professional dental practice. I have had some very difficult internal braces fitted and it has been, and continues to be, a long journey. Mary-Lo has been wonderful in explaining the procedures and adapting things to help ease the process. The reception staff are quite exceptional - friendly, accommodating, sympathetic and always try their hardest to help. I have needed some out of hour’s appointments etc and the surgery have been fantastic about that too. The hygienists have also been the best I have experienced and have researched ways to work around the braces. Thank you to the team and I look forward to a big smile in six months time! Sally

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient at the Park Road Dental Centre and I'm particularly nervous about dentists, however right from the start and as soon as I entered I felt very welcomed and reassured and at home. Absolutely lovely reception staff who are so kind and sweet. My new Dentist (Jessica) is very thorough and takes the time to explain her actions to me clearly which makes me feel at ease. I also recently had a hygeinist appointment with Katarina, and she took great care of me and my teeth have never felt so clean!! Despite the fact I had a scary Dentist appoint, overall it was a fantastic experience and great customer service.
