Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Toothshine dental clinic enough! They truly put the patient first. When I needed my wisdom tooth removed urgently, they went above and beyond to fit me in out of hours—and at no extra charge. From start to finish, every interaction was friendly, reassuring, and professional. They were easy to reach, quick to respond, and made me feel completely cared for. The whole process was handled smoothly and with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly skilled and so committed to their patients’ well-being. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier!

Fantastic experience: Had to have a root canal treatment done as a result of trauma to my teeth. After struggling to find somewhere that could see me on short notice I found Toothshine who were able to see me that week and luckily I was able to have my treatment done that same weekend with their in house specialist. I couldn't recommend this dental practice enough they have been absolutely brilliant throughout my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've always received fantastic care and treatment from Toothshine. Everything is explained in detail. You don't feel pressured into potentially expensive procedures; a proposed treatment plan with costs is supplied, and you have time to make your decision. Nervous patients have no need to be concerned; all the dentists and hygienists I have seen have been very gentle and they will immediately stop if you ask them to. The administration side is fantastic too. You'll always receive an email reminder of upcoming appointments and a text too, if you agree to receiving them. I am a very happy client and will certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so professional, welcoming and friendly. I’ve always been a nervous patient and regularly put off going to scheduled appointments at other practices. Since joining this clinic, I have no anxiety and feel at ease at each appointment. Abs is great at welcoming you from the moment you walk in, nothing is ever too much. Never had an issue with getting booked in or any difficulty rescheduling. All appointments I’ve attended have been within scheduled times so no extended periods of waiting around. Dr Sidra is really friendly, knowledgable and approachable. Despite having a deep fear of injections all my life, I’ve had 3 fillings this year with her - all without major anxiety or dread! The dental nurses (Jules and another lady I didn’t catch their name) are also great at making you feel comfortable and safe. You can tell everyone works well together and it’s a well run clinic. Fantastic experience: The best dental practice! Abs, the receptionist is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He does whatever it takes to get you seen to as quickly as possible. Dr Hasan Adam, my personal dentist is again very friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. My children and I always receive great care and advice. I have received care from other professionals at the practice and all have been equally as pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I had been going to a different private dental practice before but this place is so much better. Abs who handles bookings is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He managed to get an appointment early as I had to take my tooth out at short notice. Which was not easy but he juggled things around to accommodate me. My tooth extraction was complicated due to the shape of my roots but Harry the surgeon was very very good and I was in really good hands. Very experienced. I dont think I would be able to do this so well in any other place. So grateful for helping me out when I really needed it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Clinic Ive moved 16 times in my life and im only 33 and i can tell you this is the best Dental Clinic I have ever registered with. The practice is always clean, tidy and then you have Abs on reception who is friendly polite and always tries his best to get you in at a convenient time as well as communicate with the team for you if you have medical needs that need to be prepared for, also likes a bit of banter. Dr Hasan Adam is exceptionally good at what he does and has a very calming nature which is highly appreciated when you have had bad experiences in the past / dental phobia , but I know i can trust him to do his best and get what needs to be done, done. Also Emily Knowlson is an amazing hygienist who provides excellent cleaning and hygiene service as well as tips and has taught me how to maintain better oral hygiene for the future. I'm always pleased with the finish when I look in the mirror after its worth every penny honestly. My dental phobia has definitely decreased significantly ever since i have visited this practice, A big thank you from myself to you Toothshine Dental team!

Fantastic experience: Really pleased with choosing Toothshine. Having had a bad experience as a boy, I avoided dentists like the plague, which came back to bite me as resulted in two teeth needing to be removed. With my anxiety being through the roof, the team were so reassuring and put my mind at ease as much as they could. Even when it came to the injection of lidocaine, didn't feel a thing (not like the old days). Obviously no one wants to go to a dentist, but the guys at Toothshine make it a pleasent experience. I've since been back to see the hygienist and was waiting for the dreaded scraping, didn't need to worry as they now use an electric device that does the job of removing plaque without the agony. From someone that was so nervous about dentists, my mindset has changed somewhat.

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works here are absolute angels! I first went in after not going to a dentist for years because I had a dentist be really horrible. I could tell I needed to go but didn't until I HAD to. I was in so much pain, hadn't slept or eaten properly in weeks and it got to a point that I was crying and just eating painkillers. These guys got me in ASAP after I made contact and were all so caring, supportive, checking in with me constantly while I had the tooth out and were so accomodating and always listened to me. I've been back for a couple of appointments since and have always had the same care from everyone, the receptionist, dental nurses and the dentists, nothing is too much for them So, even if you're worried about feeling judged or are terrified or think your issue is too weird, whatever, these guys are the people to see, I can't recommend them enough Thank you all sooooo much! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Toothshine Dental Clinic is by far the best place out there and on another level completely when it comes to their care and empathy. I spent years avoiding dental work because of my severe anxiety and panic attacks. Then once I moved I knew I really needed to try and from the moment I spoke to Abs on the first phone call I knew I was on a good path. I’ve had to have a long treatment plan in place, and I wanted to leave my review until the very end to get a true understanding of it all and I am so happy to say this practice has changed my life. From the first kind smile you see as you walk in, Abs, to my dentist Dr.Sidra, my hygienist Emily, and the nurses Shaanti and Julie. Every single person in there has the upmost support and care for you. I spoke about my anxiety and panic attacks from my first appointment and I was told I could have headphones on with music playing as loud as I need and I could stop whenever I needed for a breather. This was such a relief to hear and ended up being the reason I was able to work through my whole treatment plan. At the start I’d be so nervous, music blaring, tense shoulders, stopping whenever needed. As my treatments went on I would be so much more relaxed because I knew I was in safe hands. Everyone who worked on me was so polite, encouraging and talked me through every step of the procedures. As my final part of my treatment plan came to an end today, Dr.Sibra, Julie, and Abs all were so kind and celebratory for getting through it all. And it seems so simple, as an adult we should be able to do these things. But it’s fair to say these things can be hard, and having a team truly care and be empathetic towards me made the biggest difference. I will forever recommend this place for the year full of work that went into getting me to a healthy safe place again with my teeth. Thank you so much.

Even though it closes at 6pm, Abs the receptionist was still busy working and he booked me in a appointment, top man! I had it taken out 12 hours later! Fantastic experience: I first went to them during the first lock down, I had the worst pain imaginable and no one could go in to see dentists. I wanted to pull my teeth out but someone recommended toothshine dental to me and they helped me immensely. I had a really bad experience at a previous dentist which had triggered my anxiety and because of that I hadn't been to a dentist again in years so I was nervous to contact toothshine. But they've always been soo kind to me, I don't feel anxious about visiting the dentist anymore and I don't feel like I'm being judged by them. They are very understanding and patient with me! Honestly, it's such a big thing to feel comfortable at the dentist and I feel like it's a thing that some people may take for granted. They have free parking too so that's a bonus

The receptionist was so kind to book me an appointment same day just before the practice close, empathising with my situation. Fantastic experience: Whilst staying in the area following a bereavement I developed an infection in my gum. I was nervous about seeing an unknown Dentist, but really didn't have a choice. The first thing that stood out was the service and communication you get from Abs. He runs the diary and customer communication and really does a stand-out fantastic job. He's so on it and instantly went the extra mile to facilitate an appointment when I explained my situation. My first appointment was with Zohra Rashid. Zohra looked at my mouth and summed up in two minutes what I'd been experiencing (and other Dentists have missed) for years. She totally got it and I completely trusted her. I was so impressed I decided to change my plan and opted to have my wisdom tooth extractions at Toothshine, instead of my regular Dentist. I've previously had radiotherapy treatment, which means I'm unable to open my mouth wide enough/long enough to have dental work of this nature. This meant I required conscious sedation. I was absolutely dreading it, but I needn't have worried. Dr Sali Urovi from Sedation Solutions was superb. Although I lack specific memory of the procedure due to the sedation, I felt calm and relaxed. I actually recall feeling quite happy... evidently I enjoyed the propofol! Dr Hari Polina got a tricky extraction procedure done in super-fast time and I was back in the car within around 45 minutes. Friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The service at Toothshine is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Dentist or to use them again myself. Special thanks to Hari Polina for declining my request to remove an additional tooth whilst sedated. I'm very thankful and relieved you did not buy into what I'm guessing seemed a good idea at the time! Thanks team :)

Fantastic experience: Left Previous Dentist and found toothshine on google for an emergency appointment. From the first phone conversation with reception they got me in straight away and out of pain. Best decision ive made registering, all the staff are great, top tier receptionist (never misses a call but if he does, he always contacts you back), the dental staff themselves are great and always make sure you leave pain free with a smile. 5 stars as Probably the best dental surgery ive used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

All the staff are friendly. From my first consultation the dentist and dental nurse were lovely. Dr Zohra Rashid extracted my tooth. It was a difficult extraction & she made me feel completely at ease. Also in my check up. Would recommend this dentist. They are very helpful and professional !

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to Dr Zohra (the implantologist) who extracted a half broken tooth of mine which has started to develop an infection. In less than 50 minutes she gently managed to take out at once the remaining of the tooth together with the root. No breakage happened. Now, nearly three weeks later, I can see that the gum is healing very well and is healthy pink in colour. I am very, very happy with the result of her professional work. Admirations!

Fantastic experience: I called first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment and the kind receptionist got me in straight away, nothing is too much bother for this man and extremely patient friendly with a warm welcome. Had a check up at a very reasonable price with a competent professional friendly Dentist and Nurse. Everything was explained extremely clearly and which treatment I needed ( extraction). Was emailed and called regarding the procedure and pricing and yet again as a private patient I found the prices extremely good and was booked in as soon as possible for the removal. The quickness of all this happening was delightful as I was in so much pain. Day of removal I was met again by happy friendly staff who know what they are doing, quick briefing by the receptionist about the procedure and payment and sat down for a minute or two then into the chair. The dentist yet again was extremely professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing and constantly checking on how I was doing. I barely felt the injections and the tooth just popped out with a little gentle wiggle, jiggle and pull. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during the whole procedure. The aftercare is amazing and you can truly tell that these guys really care for there patients and can not high recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

My first appointment was due to bad wisdom tooth pain and the receptionist was so lovely and got me in straight away. My recent appointment was after have a baby and they were so kind to see me at short notice due to the pregnancy. I also get very nervous for dentist appointments but they always make me feel at ease!

Fantastic experience: I’m a problem patient and haven’t been to the dentist in years due to severe anxiety etc. I was desperate and chose this surgery because of its good reviews and I’m glad I did. So far they have been nothing short of amazing. Had to go private as no NHS available but their prices seem more reasonable than others I’ve seen. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: When dentist were hard to get through covid toothshine see me quickly and helped instantly. Ive been going here since then . The staff are compassionate and caring, which is great as I have severe anxiety. All members of staff communicate excellently and make sure you understand everything from procedures to options to costs. From having a massive fear of dentist I am so comfortable in there I went and had 2 private wisdom tooth extractions , nhs wait was extremely long and I couldnt be on pain any longer. They fit me in with specialist the day I called and had them both out. Few years ago I would not of even be able to do this due to anxiety. Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure visiting this clinic, from seeing the receptionist to seeing my dentist. Exceptional service and they provide just enough information and time for you to proceed with any procedure that you might need for your teeth. Dr Sidra Bilal is very knowledgeable in her field and she answered all my questions. She was really kind and genuinely cared about my teeth. And so was her assistant (I forgot to ask for her name :/) I highly recommend this practice especially for someone who is petrified to see a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had gum pain and I found Toothshine Dental clinic on Google and called yesterday and was given an appointment for today at 9:30am.I was seen at 9:20am and saw the gum expert who confirmed that I had gum disease and needed an extraction. I was given an appointment for Monday for an extraction,but while waiting for my husband to pick me up. I was told that if I wanted the extraction done now and I said yes and went in for an extraction and it was the easiest extraction I had ever had. I highly recommend Tootshine Dental Clinic. Fantastic experience: I recently took out two impacted wisdom teeth here and the oral surgeon was great. I received post op instructions which were clear and I believe this enabled me to make a swift recovery on both occasions. Wisdom teeth removal can be painful but the surgeon really ensured my stiches were done properly. Receptionist is also nice!

Fantastic experience: My parents and I have been coming to Toothshine for a number of years now, and I honestly couldn’t give a more positive message about how brilliant it is there. Abbas runs the clinic amazingly and he genuinely wants to, and does, give a 10/10 experience to everyone and anyone who steps through the door. Dr Hasan and Julie take extremely good care of you, but there are other dental surgeons (Dr Sidra) and nurses who have also taken great care of me. I’ve gotten to know everybody well since I’ve also gone through the Invisilign, Enlighten and Composite Bonding processes… and each were explained clearly, went very smoothly, but importantly brought around the results that I’m incredibly happy with.
