Negative experience: I am sad to write this review. I have been with this dentist for over 20 years and have stayed with Kirstie because she has been excellent. Unfortunately today I had to change my appointment because my work have told me I need to be in a meeting just at the time of my appointment. I have been told I have to lose my deposit and pay it now. Couldn't pay then but they have let me pay it tomorrow morning. If I had said I was sick I wouldn't have to lose my deposit. 48 hrs notice is a bit difficult sometimes to stick to when your work tells you can't be allowed to leave work.

Positive experience: Once again, I accompanied my husband for his appointment with Kirsty, the hygienist today. He is living with Dementia and was very nervous today. He was treated with such care by every member of staff he saw today. From the friendly and understanding receptionist to the staff in the treatment room. To minimise the wait, the next appointment will be at 1.30pm in the hope that we will go in on time. This is a trial, to see if Care Home staff can help him eat his lunch at 12.30pm and help him with his personal care and have him ready to leave The Home at 1.20pm to give time to walk the short distance to the Dental Surgery.

Fantastic experience: I've just been for my two check ups first with the hygienist then my check up with the dentist both of whom are so lovely and helpful,the hygienist lady is so happy and friendly. It's not my favourite place to go but they really put you at ease. And the lady on reception is a delight always so happy and helpful. Well done all.

I decided on an extraction and he was able to do that there and then. I was given aftercare instructions which were very clear. I can't fault my treatment, it was excellent.
