Fantastic experience: Excellent as always, not much else I can say except I won't go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and you never feel like a nuisance. My dentist Dima always makes me smile.

Negative experience: Asked to see a dentist as had my hygienist appointment cancelled TWICE! Appointment on time but in and out in 5 minutes - cursory look at gums no cavity check - WHY no x-Ray included? Is this good value for £28?

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever had and her super nice and very attractive assistant. Dina is. I haven't got the words to describe or do her justice and her lovely assistant. The way they filled up my heart with just a few kind words to make me comfortable and not nervous. Can't wait to go back. Never thought I would say that about dentistry.

Positive experience: I find the dental care to be excellent. I have recently had a series of postponed appointments, and you do get the feeling that the admin is a touch stretched. But all concerned are polite and helpful and the end product is certainly to be recommended.

Negative experience: I have seen the hygienist three times over the last six months, but never the dentist. Their appointment notifications do not make this clear.

Negative experience: Badly run, send out appointment reminders for appointments that don’t exist and book appointments without tell patients. Rude reception staff

Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice for the last 6 years. Every dentist I've seen has been great! The receptionist have all been so lovely wether that be on the phone or when you go to the practice. I actually drive all the way from Reading to go here and would happily travel further as I dont know of another practice that every member of staff ive seen has been lovely. I'm currently with Dima Ghani who is a credit too both the practice and her profession. I am really nervous and she relaxes me within seconds of being there. She is thorough, kind, compassionate but honest. Let's hope she never leaves!

After 9+ years with this clinic I can say now for sure doesn't worth the time spending here . 1-2 times a year was my visit and until last year everything was mediocre at best. She makes you feel at ease; is friendly and welcoming and despite having a huge case load, always remembers her patients. When having work done, she has been gentle but effective. With my children, she is patient and understanding. I would recommend this practice and especially Dima.

Negative experience: I turned up to my appointment this morning at 9am. I was told sorry they are running a "couple of minutes" late. 20 mins later I asked what a "couple of minutes" actually mean...turns out the dentist hadn't even arrived. I understand things happen but this is a recurring theme and the communication is poor. They txt reminders but never a message to say they are running late. I've also had a lot of cancelled appointments. I will try and enrol with a different dentist.

Positive experience: I had a hygienist appointment today which was done by a lovely male hygienist and female nurse, however, in the waiting area, I witnessed what I can only presume a line manager talking to the receptionist like dirt! The young lady remained professional but it was quite disgusting to see/hear.

Negative experience: After being a patient here for over 20 years I will now be changing my dentist, if I can. I had an appointment for 12.35 did not get seen till after 1. .... when I did get seen the dentist informed me they could not clean my teeth as they did not have the correct equipment.!!!.

Fantastic experience: I was thrilled that no sooner had a sat down in the waiting room when I was called to go through to the dentist. The dentist made me feel welcome and relaxed, asked a few questions, did the examination/check up and I was done. Excellent service, from receptionist to dentist.
