Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the experience I’ve had here with Zaki and the rest of the team. The reception team are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. You get phone reminders for your appointments and it’s never a problem if you have to reschedule. I have huge dental anxiety and before coming here I hadn’t seen a dentist for years. Zaki and Louri helped me with my gum & tooth health and cleaning and enabled me to have orthodontic treatment and I now have an amazing smile. I still have dental anxiety but it is dealt with professionally and kindly. The whole team should be very proud of the service they offer.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished up about 6 months of straightening and then composite bonding. I am delighted with the results and highly recommend this dentist practice. It was such an enjoyable experience throughout - you can tell Zaki just loves what he does, he is so good at his job and very personable and warming on top. Rhonda, Joanna and Siobhain are all fantastic too, they give you such a warm welcome and have a fab sense of humour. I have also been getting my regular checkups and hygiene appointments here for a few years now and it's consistently good each visit.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is fantastic! They are very professional and friendly, i had a wonderful experience with the receptionist, with the dentist Ismail and with his assistant, i was super scared and anxious about a tooth extraction, it took Ismail only 10 minutes to do the job but during those 10 minutes they made sure i was distracted with music, they kept talking to me and re-assuring me, they even texted me the next day to make sure i was ok. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back

Fantastic experience: I joined Bromley Dental Practice in September and they have been absolutely fantastic. I originally booked an appointment to address toothache. I had put it off for a while and was nervous that it may need a crown. The dentist saw me very quickly, gave me a full check up and got the issue sorted with zero fuss. They also took the time to explain what had happened and gave clear guidance to prevent recurrence. For the first time in years I feel like I am on the right track with my teeth. On top of that, all the staff are very welcoming and the appointment reminders are extremely helpful. The online booking system is also very easy to use - particularly for new patients. I wish my GP made it this simple! I would highly recommend Bromley Dental Practice to anyone!

Recently, I had composite bonding and tooth contouring done by Dr. Zaki with the assistance of dental nurse Rhonda, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Zaki did a fantastic job—his attention to detail and skill really exceeded my expectations. All the staff that have been involved with my treatment have been fantastic too and not lead me down a pathway for the most expensive solution but what was right for me. Previously, I tried teeth straightening with a cheap, quick-fix company that unfortunately went bust halfway through my treatment, leaving me without the results I wanted. Thankfully, Bromley Dental Practice has always been there to provide consistent, high-quality care. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for reliable dental work and great results. Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so warm and friendly - they treat you like family. Dr Zaki and his team are great - I’m undergoing teeth straightening treatment (clear aligners) and everything has been great so far. I have a really complex case that I wasn’t sure would be suitable for aligners but the team went out of their way to help me. Also, had an issue with childcare and had to bring my little one along as a last resort yesterday and the practice manager kept him happy and occupied for me. Thank you so much Siobhain! For over 15 years, I put off having my wisdom teeth removed due to an overwhelming fear of the dentist. If only I had known about Dr. Bashir back then! To anyone who is terrified of dental work (and trust me, no one was as anxious as I was), this is truly the place to go. Dr. Bashir is incredibly calm, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease. His gentle approach and professionalism gave me full confidence in the process. A huge thank you as well to Gabi for being so calm and caring throughout. Her support made the experience even better. While I still have a long list of treatments ahead of me, I’m no longer afraid or planning to delay them—something I never thought I’d say. I had a hygienist appointment with Jurinda Ramanauskiene and she was excellent, so thorough with the work and explained everything as she carried out the clean. I had been on a long search, and was delighted to find somewhere so local to me with such great reviews. I have been incredibly pleased with my experience. My dentist really listens to me - more than some I have seen who describe themselves as 'holistic' in their approach - and takes account of my priorities in making suggestions. Fantastic experience: I am ashamed to be leaving a review almost, I believe, 4 years after I first started visiting this dental clinic. I came to this clinic desperate, with my gums bleeding, thinking I would lose my teeth. My first appointment was with Dr. Zaki, who recommended the steps to follow, and then with Joanna, who had golden hands for my teeth. Dr. Sana—words are not enough to thank her for help, I absolutely adore Dr. Sana. She is a young doctor with great potential, confident, a good listener, with solid knowledge, providing clear and concise feedback on issues, and you never leave her office without a clear path forward. Today, I met Jurinda, who has such a light touch, works so well, explains problems to the patient, and offers good advice; she is warm and friendly. Moreover, all the ladies here are amazing ; no matter how sad you are, they will surely put a little smile on your face. I have very good communication with the clinic, and the services offered by these doctors and dental hygienists are excellent. They are an example of "how it should be done!" An example for dental medicine and beyond... They have shown me in 4 years that their priority is the patient! I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place! Having had second teeth removed as a child I was left with baby teeth that were small and discoloured compared to the rest. I was self conscious and rarely smiled with my mouth open. After consulting with Zaki on options I had some gum shaping, teeth whitening and composite bonding. The colour match on the bonding was spot on, very natural and not too bright to look fake. I now have the perfect top row of teeth and can’t stop smiling Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I used to have braces as a child and I remember being slightly traumatised by the experience. Over the years, I failed to continue wearing my retainers and as a result my teeth had gone wonky again. I had my wedding coming up and really felt the time was right to get them fixed again. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Zaki and his team highly enough. This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. I broke a front crown on Boxing Day and spent the Christmas and New Year period researching cosmetic dentists who could restore my smile and confidence. My whole mouth was a mess and I had always been scared to replace crowns in case I made things worse, but the broken crown was the push I needed. From the moment I spoke to the team I knew this was the place for me. They treated me with care and compassion and welcomed me like they were friends, putting me at ease. Their professionalism was exemplary. Zaki did a thorough review of my mouth and put a treatment plan in place to restore the health of my teeth and gums and restore my smile. My appointments started with the hygienist and some whitening treatment and then a smile makeover which involved 4 replacement crowns and 2 new crowns. I put myself in their hands and the results have transformed my appearance and resulted in lovely natural looking teeth. At the age of 66 I can confidently smile again. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey in December 2021. I wasn't happy about my smile and my gums weren't in a good state at all. I started with some deep teeth cleaning to heal my gums and then we planned the next steps for straightening my teeth. It took 7 months in total, going through scans, aligners, check-ups, whitening, bonding & contouring. I am now on my permanent retainers. The result is amazing! I'm really really happy and confident for how I smile now. It was worth waiting and making a bit of sacrifice all the way through. Thanks to Mr. Zaki the dentist who did the amazing job, Jurinda for healing my gums and giving me the best tips, Joanna and Siobhan! Lovely crew!

Fantastic experience: The team at Bromley Dental Practice rebuilt my teeth after years of grinding, I now have a smile to be proud of. Excellent service throughout, they were never pushy and guided me through the whole process. Fixed a couple of very minor things at no extra cost. All in all a 5-star service and 5-star work.

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but I would recommend this practice to anyone, without a moments hesitation! I have been a really reluctant dental patient since I can remember. An emergency dental problem forced me to pluck up the courage and book an appointment here. I can't really put into words my gratitude to the staff and Zaki Bashir in particular. They are ( in my opinion) the very best of the best. I felt respected, cared for and treated with extreme calm, gentleness and reassurance at every appointment. Fantastic experience: Having had an inherent fear of the dentist for many years, I went to Bromley Dental practice on recommendation. So began a long journey of consultations, conversations, and decisions. Zaki, Jo and the entire team were such a massive support throughout the entire journey of creating me a whole new smile. They took such great care of me and were patient when my nerves got the better of me! With each visit my fear lessened a little, although not entirely gone I am far less apprehensive than I have ever been in the dentist chair! I had been unhappy with my smile for so many years, and wearing a mask throughout the pandemic made me realise how much I hid my teeth. I now have a whole new smile and absolutely love it.
