I had my wisdom tooth taken out here, Jenny on reception was kind and helpful from the start and Moira was just a totally first class dentist - excellent at her job, kind, reassuring and to top it all off - I literally didn't feel a thing (and I'm a massive fainter). I can't recommend them enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Go see them - you won't regret it. A Rolls Royce of a service. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: i was referred to 92’Dental for root canal treatment by my general dentist. Boryana is extremely professional and went into great detail explaining the proposed treatment . Their fees are very reasonable compared to Harley Street and i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I have ever had. I had a root canal performed by Boryana Nikolova, assisted by Lili Voynova. I have never had each step explained in such detail. The procedure was completely painless, and I didn't even use any painkillers for my recovery. The overall experience was so impressive that I am considering making 92 Dental my permanent dentist. Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown repair on a badly fractured front tooth. Good discussions, treatment options, and information provided before the procedure. The repair is everything I hoped for; if anything the repair is an improvement over the original tooth appearance before it was damaged. Fantastic experience: If you don’t establish a relationship with your dentist, your teeth will fall out in your 50s. I learnt this the hard way, having spent most of my adult life visiting cheap ‘pop-in’ dentists here, there and everywhere, who were perfectly pleasant, but did bad work on fillings, resulting in cavities and eventually dead teeth and gum erosion (or whatever it’s called). I chanced upon Moira Baldiraghi just in time. She has: (1) inserted two implants, which are now 4 years old, as strong and firm as ever as well as unnoticeable; (2) saved the rest of my teeth; (3) eliminated any fear I have of dentists and (4) made me realise the importance of dental hygiene - so much so that I now look forward to visiting Ash, their dental hygienist, every six months. My wife and daughter now go too. I don’t write reviews, but if you’re reading this because you’re wondering how to find thorough, world class, long-term reliable care for your teeth, then you’re the person I wanted to help with this review. Moira and Ash are gentle, caring, direct, laugh-happy people and exemplary professionals.

They were thorough with the procedure and very informative, answering all questions I had. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Moira Baldiraghi for over 15 years. Her skills and expertise are outstanding, and she has executed and supervised a complex restoration process over those years. And thanks to her I am not the nervous patient anymore that I used to be. But also other members of the team have done tremendous work, including the meticulous cleaning and helpful instructions by Aash Nandra. And all of this in a friendly atmosphere and a light and modern surrounding. I will continue going to them - even though I live in East London.

Positive experience: I usually see Ron but as it was an emergency I had a last minute appointment booked with Hiten. I wasn't very happy with my experience. I felt rushed, leaving with more questions than I went in with, and was laughed at for expressing concern about an aching cheek bone (separate to the issue I had gone in for).

Negative experience: I would not recommend for children. My teenage daughter had an awful experience at another dentist and we were recommended 92 Dental. Unfortunately, the female dentist did not have the skill set needed to calm my anxious daughter, instead just repeatedly telling her that she needed to trust her. We left without completing the treatment and went to a children’s dentist in Richmond. Best decision and it showed me how dentists should deal with anxious children/teens.

I have been to quite a few dental practices in my time, and earlier in the week I went to Paula Dental Hygienist, here. She was terrific! And the people at the desk were very nice too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend 92 Dental. I came for a checkup last week, and had a tooth that needed treatment. Dr Ron Baise was really good at explaining the issue on my X-Rays, and I really appreciated his recommendation of a less invasive yet fully effective course of action (a filling with nerve preservation). The treatment itself was excellent. It was done quickly and effectively, and there was no pain or even any discomfort. I don’t normally enjoy going to the dentist, but Ron made the whole experience feel really safe and relaxed. The hygiene treatment with Paula Williams was also excellent. Paula did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth, but also gave me brilliant and friendly advice on how to better fight plaque. Finally, special thanks to Jenny Law at reception who managed to find me three appointments so quickly, in spite of the holidays. Overall, I’m really glad I went with 92 Dental as my entire experience couldn’t have been better. I’ve even already booked my next hygienist visit with Paula and my next checkup with Ron!

They all know their limitations and so if less complex work is required they refer you to a member of the practice who has the expertise in the particular field.

Dr “ MASTER “ Ruben Garcia, since my first appointment, always been extremely professional, and I could feel he was very passionate, and made sure all my questions were answered before I leave, even outside working hours. I even changed hygienist, and it was the first time I didn’t need any numbing for the procedure with the lovely Aash Nandra, really gentle, caring and professional.The lady at the front desk is lovely too!! I can only highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: 2023 - things have changed. Today had an appointment which was cancelled after waiting for 30 minutes to see the Dentist. Hygienist still fabulous. All pleasant, but massively disorganised. You're moved from dentist to dentist with each visit. Focus seems to be on bringing in the fees rather than consistent care.
