Fantastic experience: Currently having treatment to straighten my teeth and seeing great improvements. Each step is fully explained so I know what to expect. I can't fault the service I'm receiving at all.

Fantastic experience: I recently had Invisalign treatment with Mr Shah, he and the team were brilliant. Explained everything before hand, if I had any questions I could email them and get a prompt response. The treatment itself was straightforward and if I was nervous Mr Shah was patient and empathetic (even when I had no reason to be nervous at all) I also changed to have there as my regular dentist and just met Mr Patel who again seems really friendly but knows his stuff. The ladies on reception are always friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend Smile Bennetts End.

Especially Ashlie who has helped me through the whole process of the cost of the retainer, the process of what will happen and spoke to me the whole time i was waiting for the dentist to come out to help calm my nerves and all around was extremely helpful. Ashlie has been working each time i have come in and she was helpful both those times even if she was quite busy she made sure she had time for me!

Today at my appointment I was booked in by Sabrina on reception. She has such a lovely caring way about her and was particularly kind and helpful to me, as I have to use a walker. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this surgery for a while now and cannot rate this practise highly enough. The receptionists are lovely, always helpful and warm. And the dentist I’m under is lovely. Always explains things to me and helped me massively today with my impacted wisdom tooth. Got taken seriously, seen and prescribed antibiotics within the hour. Fantastic experience: Mr shah has turned my mouth of tombstones into a mouth of ‘I can’t stop smiling’ or ‘not using my hand to cover my mouth whilst laughing’. 10 years of neglect fixed in a matter of weeks. He was so sympathetic to my cowardice regarding the dreaded anaesthetic, and very gentle. He has restored my faith in dentists. He’s an artist as well as a dentist!! He also has a lovely team of nurses who are down to earth and equally sympathetic and above all professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful team to look after you and your teeth.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful team in this practice, from the lovely staff behind the desk to Dr Kardam Patel and Nurse Duying everyone was very friendly and would always ask caring questions. Both Dr Patel and Nurse Duying were very patient even with my phobia of needles during all appointments of my treatment. Cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff would even fit my appointments around my retail job meaning my 45 minute appointments would possibly see them stay longer at the end of the day. Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign done with Dr Shah, as well as 2 composite build ups on some smaller teeth that had always made me self-conscious. The experience was excellent and Nurse Duying was very attentive and always made me feel at ease. I wasn’t 100% happy after my first round of Invisalign (but was a huge improvement already) and so we did a re-scan and sent off for more aligners (which is included in the price) and I had full support from Dr Shah. He made sure I was completely happy when we finished :) I now love my smile and it has improved my confidence! The receptionists are always very friendly and professional. I will be recommending the team to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Bennetts End Dental Surgery today and overall I can say I had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, the receptionists Nuzhat, Mariam and Phoebe were very welcoming and professional. I was seen by Dr Kardam Patel and Nurse Duying and it was a pleasant experience. I had a checkup, clean and some composite fillings done. Both the dentist and nurse explained the different treatment options and explained the procedures very well and resolved my ongoing issues. Definitely recommend this dental practice to everyone. All staff are amazing and will be coming back for my regular checkups!

Fantastic experience: Smile Studio Bennetts End has been my go-to since my early teens. Always a friendly and encouraging environment, especially if you get quite self-conscious about your teeth like i do. Dr Mistry is great, always a pleasure to be seen by, and never had a bad experience with treatment. In general, Smile is confidence boosting and always ready to answer even the most banal questions (which mine usually are!) and get you set on a plan to solve your dental issues in a way that suits your personal circumstances well. And if you're scared of the dentists, rest assured, you won't meet any Steve Martin's here ;-).

I have always been provided with a professional, quality service at affordable prices. However that isn't the main reason I stay with them. I stay because of the staff. Fantastic experience: A huge thanks goes to Dr Shah! He recently carried out composite bonding on two of my teeth as I had a small gap between my teeth, which he resolved remarkably. I also opted for a whitening treatment which visibly improved the colour of my teeth without being drastic. From the outset, Dr Shah listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions to ensure I was well informed. Dr Shah presented me with reasonable options by combining his knowledge and expertise in composite bonding and guided me throughout the whole procedure. I am pleased to say that I am now happier with my smile!

Fantastic experience: I have just been to see Dr Hema Mistry and Nurse Duying and it was honestly the best dentist experience I’ve had. I was so nervous going in as I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist and they instantly put me at ease and were so calming during the entire appointment. They answered all of my questions and provided the best service and advice!

Fantastic experience: I can only say good things about the treatment I received from Dr. Hema Mistry and Nurse Duying during my recent visit to this clinic. I had not been to the dentist for 10 years (not good, I know!), and needed an urgent filling. My recollection of visits to the dentist is the incredibly painful injection followed by hours of torment! This time was completely different, Dr Mistry was kind, gentle, professional and kept me informed of the progress and treatment at every step of the way. Nurse Duying was a constant calming and welcome presence. The treatment was quick, pain free and successful, I will always remember Dr Mistry advising me “the wider you open your mouth, the less it will hurt”! I highly recommend this practice Simon Smith

Fantastic experience: Bit strange entering after lockdown, but very soon put at ease as cofid safety steps were taken by very kind reception staff. Again I felt very safe in the treatment room. My lovely dentist and nurse were welcoming and explained fully explained my problems and the options I could chose for treatment. I felt that the treatment I received was top class and I am happy to be on the practice books.

Fantastic experience: I visited the surgery on Friday 14th May and was treated by Dr Mistry. She and her assistant are by far the best I have ever experienced in dental care. Fantastic experience: Brilliant communication throughout lockdown to give advice on oral care and keep us updated on what was happening at the surgery. Check-ups have resumed which were booked efficiently, there are plenty of precautions in place and I felt safe throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: I found the whole experience to be straightforward, open, friendly and good quality customer/patient service. The first phone call the receptionist was patient even though I was asking things which must have been asked many times per day and misunderstood some of the protocols! On arrival, things were organised and efficient and clearly handled. The covid protocols were attended to efficiently and with care. The dental nurse was gentle and kind escorting me through the practice. I am a nervous dental patient and was dreading the whole thing. The dentist was thorough, explained everything and gave me my options. TBH, it was a little bit hard to take it all in as I had been told previously that I would need an extraction and was braced for that. It was a huge relief to find that I could keep my tooth and obviously chose that option! I needed a heap of anaesthetic (NOTE: don't go to the dentist on the first day of your period - it makes you much more sensitive - I didn't choose it to be that way!) and the dentist explained exactly what was going on when my body reacted to the adrenaline in the anaesthetic. Being a nervy patient, the dentist even numbed my gum for the injections of anaesthetic - like for children! They worked for a fair while on the tooth and the dental nurse kindly also kept checking in with me. The work has been successful and I am no longer in pain from my tooth. I need a proper check-up with my own surgery but because it takes so long to get an appointment there, the temporary filling used is very substantial. I found the whole process to be great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the surgery and the NHS emergency work undertaken there. All the staff were exactly as you'd hope. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and clearly competent. A great service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hema Mistry has always been my go to dentist for any queries I’ve had in regards to my dental care. She is very informative and makes sure that I am always comfortable and at ease during any treatments as I M quite scared of needles and dental work. My 3 year old daughter also had an appointment with her and she was so comfortable with Dr. Mistry she didn’t want to leave the dentist chair! Thank you for making our experience so easy.

Fantastic experience: We travel quite a way to visit Miss Mistry, having moved house but stayed at Smile studios surgery because of the service that we receive there. My daughter can be anxious around health professionals, yet with Miss Mistry she is at ease and feels happy to visit. Always kind, friendly and helpful, I can’t fault the treatment we receive at Smile studies, but with Miss Mistry specifically.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hema Mistry is a great doctor. She's always friendly and helps out, but most importantly, tells us all the details about the dental procedures we will go through, and how to take care. For example, when doing a tooth extraction, she was calm, took extreme care, and made sure you couldn't even feel the pain of the tooth coming out. Overall, the dental surgery is great, clean and welcoming, all the staff are smiley (just like the name suggests) and always inform us a day before an appointment. We are extremely happy with the surgery.
