Fantastic experience: Molly has been my dentist for a few years now, I would not want to see another dentist, she is both professional, gentle, friendly and understanding to my anxiety needs, I'm so grateful to now be out of pain, the dental surgery staff have always been lovely, I have other family members who also use this surgery.

Negative experience: This was a great clinic before the recent change in ownership (23/24?). Since then prices have been jacked up, emails ignored and phone calls not answered / voicemails not returned. The best staff seem to be leaving too...

Fantastic experience: I came and saw Dr Tilly and the experience I had was amazing, she was very thorough and kept me at ease as I am a nervous patient, The nurse Evie was also very kind and very supporting , Can’t wait to come back and see the team.

Fantastic experience: Have always had a very good experience at this dental practice but I must commend Tilly particularly on how good she is with my children! She is very warm, reassuring and sets them at ease. The hygienist is excellent too and Lydia I reception is super helpful and welcoming. All in all I would highly recommend!

Positive experience: My original feedback for this practice was 5 stars. I went back today and they asked me £270 for a standard cavity (white composite filling). I almost fainted. Sorry, but they lost a customer today. This is only a place for super wealthy. _-_---------_------------- OLD COMMENT: Me and the kids have been coming to this clinic for at least 9 years. Their service has been always very professional. The dentists and the hygienist are very good and nice and also the receptionists.

Fantastic experience: Was able to book my child in to see the dentist very quickly. Was very nicely greeted by Amy at reception then no sooner had we sat down it was time to see Tilly our dentist and Megan the dental nurse. Both were very professional and very nice to my child who was a little nervous. All in all 5 star experience. So great to have such a wonderful dentist practice in the community.

But I came in for a check up which was amazing and fast, Also got some insight about my teeth and gum health. Amazing customer service with the ladies out front, the place looked beautiful. Dentist Carolina is not just brilliant with teeths but a really passionate dentist and with over and above ability to communicate, make patients at ease and pass on excellent really helpful advice. Fabulous role model to my daughter too - who can be nervous in unfamiliar situations but always excited to visit her. Also good with the elderly . Thank you all so much .

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hannah, and I must say she was incredibly welcoming. Hannah guided me through the entire process with grace and patience, explaining each step clearly and thoroughly. I went in with a chipped tooth, and she filled it exceptionally well. Her ability to make me feel at ease and informed throughout the experience was truly exceptional. I highly recommend her services! It's a 5 for me!

Negative experience: Receptionists were pleasant but the dentist refused to see me because I was 9 minutes late. What a joke. Will find a better Dental practice and would recommend that others do the same

Fantastic experience: I haven't had the best experiences with dentists in the past, but since coming here, I have been nothing but comfortable. My dentist, Molly, and the receptionist, Amy, always go above and beyond to support me when I am in need.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist in a lovely quiet area of Lee. The service from reception is always friendly and usually minimal waiting for appointments. Clean and comfortable surgery. The dentists & hygienists are very attentive and talk me through all the procedures so I feel comfortable knowing what's going on, and they're always very clear about costs etc. Communication is also good, they always remind me about appointments and send any details I ask for. Definitely one of the best dentists I've been to.

Fantastic experience: The entire experience is first class. It is easy to book an appointment eith Michelle or Abi on reception. The can always accommodate my schedule, even when I need to rearrange. The pre appointment checkin is easy as it's digital. The Molly expert knowledge, advice and dental skills has transformed my teeth. Megan the nurse works really well with Molly to ensure that you are look after and are comfortable during the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional service. Dr Carolina is truly excellent. Highly knowledgeable, very skilled and able to explain procedures and the reasons for them in easy to digest terminology.

Fantastic experience: Carolina is an amazing dentist: professional, competent, patient, wonderful at dealing with children and, last but not least, getting top results. My son had to have two emergency fillings on his front teeth and couldn't be happier.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful patient care and communication. The wrong contact details were sent from this practice for me to get outsourced oral surgery, meaning that I had to wait months for my appointment, in which time I had not one but two gum infections as a result. On top of that, I was told by Dental Beauty Lee that my patient records couldn't be transfered across to the Greenwich branch even though I had been told they could by the Greenwich branch. Dental Beauty Lee further forgot to send Dental Beauty Greenwich my latest xrays, meaning that I today couldn't receive the treatment I have been waiting for. I of course complained at Dental Beauty Greenwich about this and now have to wait until who knows when to find another practice that will actually be able to do their job.

Fantastic experience: Went to a re-filling today. Dortoc Molly, as usual, always explain and make me feel less nervous. She is a great doctor. Nurse Megan is very nice, too. She is friendly and warm. Together they made a good team. Thank you Dr Molly and Megan

When I came in here with my two children, they put my son at ease about first appointment and held my baby daughter whilst I was having my own one. Just had a filling and it was painless, quick and professional. Feel very lucky that we have this dental surgery (and these individuals) locally.

Negative experience: Generally had a great experience with this surgery, especially the hygienists who are consistently great. I had an appointment today to replace a filling, performed at the same surgery, that had dropped out. A temporary filling was suggested by the dentist. The new filling dropped out on my way home minutes after leaving. After calling the surgery I was told that I need to book another appointment and to pay once again to replace this, and was informed that fillings can drop out for any reason, even within minutes after the appointment. I would expect a clinic to replace something like this with a bit more urgency and good will. I’ll be moving elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Having not been to a dentist for nearly 8 years, I was very nervous. It turns out that I had nothing to worry about! My dentist Caroline Silva and nurse Yenifer Restrepo are brilliant. The service I received was professional, informative and ultimately they put me at ease. An extraction was done on my first visit and went very smoothly. I have a few more sessions booked for other work and I’m honestly not dreading them I was impressed by the setup and the technology used through all my appointments. Definitely 5* Also a mention to Amy at reception who is very helpful.

Super calm and friendly, flexible with appointment dates and always happy to explain things that a layman might not understand. Really highly recommend! Fantastic experience: The Absolute best!! Just had my most complicated extraction yet so i was fully prepared for the absolute worst experience! Actually was the most pleasant one!!! My extreme fear of needles gave me the most anxiety but honestly ive never had a more amazing pain free extraction! First time seeing Doctor Arjun and he made me feel so relaxed i was done in minutes still cant believe how quick and painless the whole thing was Megan was Amazing too! Thank you so much❣️❣️❣️❣️

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t get an emergency wisdom tooth extraction anywhere and managed to get an appointment here at the last minute. Ankit took care me of and talked me through the entire process. He made sure to carefully explain the procedure, the risks and a couple of different options I had. I’ve had an extraction before where it felt rushed and nothing was explained to me in as much detail. Ankit also checked my comfortability during the procedure. Super glad I came. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, including Amy at reception. Thank you all!!

Fantastic experience: Very positive Invisalign experience. Ankit is a fantastic dentist and orthodontist. Not only were the results exactly what I wanted, I appreciated Ankit's way of working throughout the process. He never over-promised and always took time to set realistic expectations. He is also patient and approachable, which made me comfortable throughout the 1-year process and made a significant impact on the outcome. Ankit is supported by a great team, I have to call out Renata for her friendly and caring approach. The team at reception are also strong, Abi was particularly accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d be saying this… but since joining Dental Beauty Lee, I’ve really enjoyed going to the dentist! Molly is a fantastic dentist (& orthodontist). She takes the time to explain everything so you leave with a better mind and smile. Megan (nurse) is lovely and diligent. And Amy and Michelle (reception) are very helpful - they really put my mind at ease when I was travelling with teeth issues. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Friendly and helpful." 28.07.2023: Sometimes things change over the years but I can safely say that the staff here are always brilliant and, if anything, have got even better over the years. I've been having Invisalign treatment for the last 9 months or so and every visit with Alison is excellent. I had a timeline in mind due to my wedding and she always took that into account at every stage. Abi on reception is always friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been super nervous and anxious when going to the dentist and was no different when I first came to Dental Beauty. However, the excellent service throughout from the reception staff, to my nurse and dentist, Megan and Sima who attended to me has really put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable each time I visit. Sima and Megan are both amazing, they are both always professional, approachable, sympathetic and really take the time to make me feel at ease before proceeding that I request them each time I visit and have also asked for them when booking appointments for my children as I know they will take care of them.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient and was really not looking forward to my visit . It was to see the hygienist but a dentist called Priya and her assistant Layna kindly saw me as the hygienist was ill. They were amazing!! Priya explained everything that was going to happen and I felt so calm and reassured by them both ! I cannot thank them and Alison ,my normal dentist who is also brilliant , enough for putting me at ease and all three are slowly but surely erasing many decades of fear . Thank you all three of you for your patience and kind , caring manner.

Fantastic experience: Popped in for a checkup and it looks like the time and money spent at Dental Beauty was worth it. Great improvement on my last dentist. Arjun explained everything in language I could understand and Megan was really helpful. All the staff including Amy and Abi were very professional.
