Fantastic experience: I went in for a routine dental cleaning and had a great experience. The staff were lovely and friendly from when i walked in. The hygienist was gentle and made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. I didn't wait long for my appointment and I was out under an hour. I would recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Went there when I was a teenager and haven't found any dentist better so I came back as an adult. The staff are always so friendly and the dentists are excellent, everybody is eager to help and perform the best job possible.

Fantastic experience: I had been really poorly after a dental abscess . Dr Jam was very informative about the various treatment options available to me and drafted a care plan appropriate for me . I have complex health conditions and this was taken into account so all the invasive procedures were done in one long appointment, so it didn’t disrupt my medication regime too much . During my treatment all the staff were kind and considerate, and I even received a follow up call the next day to see how I was recovering

Fantastic experience: Due to other health issues my teeth were crumbling and I was embarrassed to smile as they were discoloured and uneven. Primadent was recommended so I made an appointment. I was firstly very impressed by the dental assistants who also worked on the reception desk as they were very friendly and welcoming. I then met and had a long chat with Dr Jam who listened to everything I said and then took a good look at my teeth. Dr Jam is the epitome of calm and you immediately feel at ease in his presence and trust his judgement. After receiving a report on my teeth listing the various options available, I decided to go for full arch implants. I then met with the other members of the dental team who did scans, took photos, etc in preparation for the implant day and found them equally as approachable and friendly. The extraction and implant day went smoothly and was a lot quicker than I thought it would be and a few hours after walking in with my embarrassing teeth, I was walking back out with a lovely row of straight, white, teeth. I’ve had a few follow-up appointments to check on progress and I’ve healed remarkably quickly. I couldn’t be more delighted with my new teeth and can’t stop smiling at everyone now.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Unless you’re signed up to their overpriced ‘Diamond’ package, getting an appointment feels like winning the lottery. Dentist and hygienist appointments are only available once a month, making access incredibly limited. The reception staff are shockingly unprofessional. I’ve had appointment times input incorrectly, which led to me missing my slot, only to be told I’d need to pay £50 to rebook. On top of that, they regularly fail to answer basic questions, promise to follow up, and then never do. What’s worse, the lead dentist who I believe runs the practice caused facial paralysis on one side of my face during a treatment. I couldn’t even close my eye afterwards and was left completely distraught. I’ve never experienced anything like it and found the entire response to be dismissive and money-driven. It’s a real slap in the face when you’re left with minimal service on the standard package, yet see staff parking their private-reg, designer cars out front. The priorities here are painfully clear — profit over patient care.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental check up and hygiene appointment recently and both really positive and comfortable experiences. Dr Jam is a real professional as is Holly who did my hygiene appointment. She is an expert as after having visited a few different dental hygienists in the past she certainly has a gift of making the experience comfortable. Ellie at the reception is very competent and has a very nice manner. I have visited a few dentists for private treatment but Primadent are the best out of all those I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, and everyone I met was just genuinely lovely. I came in to get my teeth whitened, and honestly, my teeth are kind of a mess. But Dr. Jam made me feel completely at ease. He talked me through all my options, what he thought would be best, and what the next steps would look like. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was in for a check up last week with Dr Jam and I had an amazing experience despite the negative feedback I felt very comfortable and relaxed (I'm usually a nervous patient). The dental nurse grace was polite and friendly as she took me in, I’d recommend primadent to anyone!

Negative experience: It is with regret that I have to come back on here to write my experience with this dental office. I did put a review before about the poor treatment I received and was called by the said office offering a new appointment to fix the problem with my tooth They indicated that I should first take down the review before ensuring the appointment which I find was a bribe or bullying on their part. I still went ahead and deleted the review because I want my tooth fixed. After about 2 days the receptionist called me a few times, I missed the call but I called her back. She would now tell me I have to write an email to management withdrawing the formal complaint I had sent, before the appointment could be made. I told her nothing has been done yet and I took down the review so why now I should withdraw the complaint. This lady was so rude telling me I raised my voice and she hanged up the call. This all started when the filling that was put in my front tooth fell out after a few hours, for which I paid £220. Now tell me what kind of service is this? I saw the response to this review saying I should contact your office, but I have sent two emails and so far no response. One of the emails you sent was to tell me you would give me my refund but you have ignored my reply emails to you. I am so tired of the games being played here so what is the next step?

Negative experience: I don't know where to begin with this dentist practice. While I think they have some wonderful staff members, the level of disorganisation and lack of professional courtesy after treatment is disappointing. I know the pandemic was tough on everyone, but had a hole in my tooth and an exposed nerve all the way back in Feb2020. I booked the app and it was confirmed. When the practice closed due to pandemic, there was NO communication with patients who had previously booked. I stood outside their practice like an idiot waiting to be let in. Then when they reopened no communication or priority was given to people who lost their app. I had to find out via their IG! It's almost 2022 as I write this. My tooth issue was left so long I now need surgery! The pain spread from my gum to head and neck at one point because of the exposed nerve. They claimed to have referred me in Feb 2021 for the surgery. It is now Mar 2025 and I had still NO news on the date or time of this referral. I have emailed and was replied to rudley. I am still in pain and it's only getting worse. Currently I can only chew on one side of my mouth because the other side is extremely painful. I've made the decision to leave this practice. The lack of communication and customer service is disgusting. UPDATE JUN 2025 I have now moved to a different city. In feb i had the most excruciating pain on the right side of my mouth. A large piece of the rotting tooth finally fell off exposing a nerve. After calling 111 I was referred to a dental practice and it was removed the next day! Funny how what primadent didn't deal with in 5 years, was dealt with in less than 24hrs. The practicing dentist was shocked when I told him what happened. He found it very odd i have not heard about a referral yet. Do better primadent. Dont need anymore

Fantastic experience: Honestly had such a tumultuous time with past dentists, whether it’s having one say something and the other something completely different! Here a priority of care seems to be present unlike other dentists! I am glad I can finally now leave my anxiety behind when I come here for a routine checkup and/or treatment :)

Fantastic experience: I am a 68year old Male and have visited many dentists and found this new owner is the best dentist by far. They are very professional and are currently fitting an implant in the front tooth of my wife. Dr. Mansoor is one of the finest dental surgeons around. My wife and I travel from mid Cheshire to Liverpool passing many other dental practices on the way and it is well worth the trip. Thanks to all the staff from Geoff and Margaret Henson. 2years later and now 70years old I still rate Primadent is the best dentist anywhere. I had a tooth removed and just have started an implant treatment and am more impressed with them than any dentist that I have EVER been to. Well done and a massive thank you to all the staff. Another 12 months on and I am having an implant by Jam and the treatment is perfect in every way. This dentist is the best of the best.once again for pain less treatment. Well done and a massive thank you. Yet again fantastic treatment from the very best Dental Surgeon.

I came to Dr Jam out of desperation when I had an abscess which was agonising, and I had been deregistered from my NHS dentist, but it's been the best decision I ever made! Negative experience: They are friendly and helpful if you have plenty of cash in your pocket and wish to purchase dental implants. Otherwise, you are treated like dirt. They proclaimed that I had "failed to arrive," although I cancelled in advance, due to 1) Having Covid and 2) having to work on that day, as had to swap shifts (I'm a nurse). They will attempt anything to get you off their books if you are a mere, lowly NHS patient. Disgusting attitude. I was in pain, but (as they oftentimes do), suggested extraction. Wonder why that is.... oh yeah you're a Dental Implant specialist now! I was a patient of yours' for many years and have since left feeling downtrodden. I've subsequently attended another dentist, who couldn't believe that a tooth that only required root canal and a cap, was deemed for extraction. If you don't have plenty of money; avoid at all costs. Because that's all they're interested in, sadly. I pity pensioners and those who are in agony. I'm considering raising this further. Update 6/3/25 *** I received a concern regarding Jamsaid Mansoor from the General Medical Council... just have a little read through..

They have the latest hygienist system that I hadn’t had before, then I was given a digital scan of my teeth I have also never had before, which was very helpful, along with their advice as how to proceed with my dental care. As a result I am very happy with the subsequent work and the service I have recieved.

Fantastic experience: The team have been great. I've had three separate surgeries for bone grafts x2 implants x3 and a bridge due to gum issues caused by high blood pressure medication. Surgeries were well organised. They explained fully what would be happening. And the aftercare was great. Jam, Caitlin, Holly, Grace and Georgia have really looked after me. They've worked with me on timescales so that the financial pressure isn't as bad as it could have been. Which I really appreciate. I'm finally pain free! Two more surgeries and I'll be done, hopefully.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a filling done by Dr Jam and an airflow treatment and scale done by the amazing therapist Holly! Both appointments went very smoothly from the moment I entered the practice to when I left. The receptionists and nurses were also so lovely and welcoming especially Georgia. I will definitely be back for more treatment as nothing was painful and everything was explained thoroughly- I couldn’t recommend Primadent enough!!

Negative experience: Absolutely sham of a 'business'. Paid £200 deposit for 2 upcoming appointments and had to cancel on the day due to being infectious. They will not not give me my deposit back as they advised their policy states you must inform them 48hrs for a cancellation. How can you foresee you are to be ill 48hrs in advance? Also after reading said policy it seems they are fraudulently keeping my deposit as the terms and conditions state your money will only be kept if you have cancelled on multiple occasions!!! This was my very 1st cancellation. Now they have kicked me out of their practice just because I put a complaint in. They also messed me around with apps which I was happy to do to help them but when it comes to you cancelling then forget about getting ANY money back. I am taking them for fraud as according to their policy my money should be returned. They are fraudulently keeping it! I can also see since my complaint they have updated their terms and conditions to get around this fact but as you can see my attached screenshot shows what their policy stated at the time of my cancellation and you can see the date they last amended their website on the 3rd screenshot! Since I put in a small claims they have very sneakily updated both the footer of their website so it no longer shows Terms & Conditions and have also updated their cancellation policy - See 4th screenshot as to when they updated the footer and notice the Terms & Conditions link is no longer there on the 1st April which is coincidentally when they would have received my claim. Then the 5th screenshot showing they again updated their website today 4th April! They won't get away with it! Also attached is the way they messed me around with apps to accommodate them!!! When I joined the practice I also signed a contract in which it states you receive a teeth whitening kit after 6 months of paying your plan. They are now also withholding this from me as they advised my teeth are not in a good enough condition, despite them taking impressions for the kit at my last appointment, yet the contract I signed mentions no word of any terms and conditions around getting this free whitening kit worth £250! False advertising, lie on not contracts re teeth whitening kit, de-registered me because I put a claim in, trying now to cover their tracks, informed me I was found guilty of being rude and disrespectful to staff - Guilty by whom??? Also committing fraud by withholding my £200 as the cancellation policy, at the time I paid my deposit, states nothing of the sort about withholding my money! Ruthless business. Literally just out for your money and will do whatever they can to keep it. Update as of the 16th October 2024: Today I won a small claims case (Case No: 516MC488) against this company for retaining a deposit from me when they had an out of date appointment policy on their website (as per my screenshots I already added previously). I would highly suggest that anybody who has had their deposits withheld between the dates of January 2024 and April 8th 2024 to take my screenshots as evidence should you wish to put forward your own small claims case yourself against this business. This win goes to show that this company HAVE fraudulently withheld a deposit of mine and they have been ordered to pay me back in full including my court costs.

Fantastic experience: I have had ongoing issues with one of my teeth for several years that eventually got removed. I had been referred to Primadental for a second opinion to make sure the gum was in a good position for a dental implant. The staff and dentist were extremely helpful and friendly and talked me through each stage of what would happen when I got the implant. I have since had the post fitted ready for the implant an the staff were fantastic throughout . Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I was assessed by Dr Jam at Leeds and I found him friendly and easy to talk he fully explained what needed to be done. I was then informed that he had left Leeds. I was upset as I am very nervous of the dentist but felt confident with Dr Jam so I looked on the internet and found him through Instagram. I messaged him asking if he was still practising as I would like him to treat me. I am so glad I did had my treatment at Liverpool and not only Dr Jam but his team were friendly and reassured me through the procedure. Absolutely first class service and treatment glad I made the 2 hour journey well worth it

Fantastic experience: The efficiency, positive attitudes, knowledge, helpfulness and the right amount of friendliness from all the staff always amazes me at Primadent. Usually I'm only there for check-ups but recently I lost a very old large filling. All my options were explained very clearly and I had my filling replaced today.
