Fantastic experience: If you are a nervous patient like me - you have been lucky enough to find DR bashar. I got my teeth cleaned using EDT and it was a magical experience - no pain , No anxiety, no fear no panic and no tears. You will feel like you’re walking on clouds and it was actually an enjoyable experience. 10/10 he will be my dentist for life thank you so much for the work you do it changed my life forever. I am no longer scared to go to the dentist or get my teeth cleaned

Fantastic experience: After lots of procrastination, I had a dental implant with Dr Bashar yesterday at Care Platinum. I was terrified to have it done but the experience was amazing (and dare I say almost fun)!!! Dr Bashar’s technique is one of a kind - A combination of soft music, positive imagery (and a little laughing gas) and I didn’t even notice the implant going in! I was in and out of the office in 45 min and I experienced NO PAIN or discomfort whatsoever during or after the procedure. I was able to just carry on as normal with no down time or pain AT ALL. Please don’t hesitate to have an implant or any other dental work at Care Platinum. Dr Bashar is amazing, his office is beautiful, and prices are very reasonable and competitive.

Fantastic experience: I booked my first appointment with Dr Charan as I had a front bottom loose tooth and an infection. I have severe dentist anxiety and was very nervous for my first appointment. Dr Charan was very kind and immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain my best option. We decided to get my tooth extracted. She then cleaned the area (where the infection was)and replanted my tooth. 1 month after my treatment, my tooth is still stable and looks fantastic! I went back for another treatment. Dr Charan used composite bonding to fill the gap in my front top teeth. Honestly, I am speechless! She took away years of insecurity. I feel so happy I found a dentist who is just simply amazing! I can't recommend her enough!!! xx

Fantastic experience: The best dental care practice.Thanks to the expertice of Dr Bashar my teeth were saved. I had a really big job done to my teeth (implants and crowns) which I would never ever done in any other dental practice due to bad experiences, this explains why I had bad teeth. As Healthcare Professional with more than 30 years of nursing experience in UK I have aquired a very good knowledge in identifying the professional standards and expertice level of other heathcare professional and I can say without any doubt that Dr Bashar is the top dentist under every aspect. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Dr Bashar enough, I suffer from major anxiety with anything to do with dental work however, the experience was truly unlike no other. I was completely relaxed and even fell asleep a few times from how smooth the experience was. I had a root canal procedure and was in no pain at all. Fantastic experience: Best dentist in the world. Dr Bashar is amazing. Totally pain free dentistry. Even the most worried person will feel at ease under his care. After I moved to Malaysia for work, I flew back just to see this genius. He’s simply the best.

Negative experience: This was my favourite clinic in London, until the £2000 dental implant I had here literally fell off after only 3 years!! It was meant to last between 10 — 20 years or even a lifetime. All aftercare and hygiene instructions have been followed, and as you can see in the pics, the crown has started cracking at the root not because of biting into something hard. I can only conclude this is because of poor quality. I have emailed reception a year ago when I noticed the first crack to ask about warranty since it had only been 2 years since my procedure, but they completely ignored my question. I am beyond disappointed that this happened, especially considering the premium price they charge.

Fantastic experience: Even the structure of the dentist room is special, ie. the whole wall is translucent glass from ceiling to floor and wall to wall instead of bricks, so you are bathed in good natural light from the outside, therefore brain produces more serotonin, hence happy, more confident and not nervous.

Fantastic experience: NO PAIN DENTISTRY HAS ARRIVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE Dr Bashar..what a TRULY wonderful 'PAIN FREE' dentist You are Sir !! I have just had two teeth extracted by Dr Bashar .I was bracing myself to expect a high degree of pain as usual , which has been my experience with ALL dentists for the past 50 years ! I was expecting the usual needle in the gums...Ouch !...But No !..what a surprise I got when Dr Bashar put a mask over my nose and then switched on the gas ...I sort of floated after that ! The needle is still used to deliver anaesthetic to the gums, but only after the nose gas has taken effect, so there is absolutely NO needle pain ! I remained awake all the time while Dr B went to work and literally dug out two broken teeth....It didn't matter.....THERE WAS NO PAIN AT ALL ! I expected pain later after the anesthetic wore off...but I took 2 ibrupofen every 5/6 hours , and after 2 days...there is still NO pain ! I am now looking forward to the final part of the Implant procedure !!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently went to Care Dental Platinum for an urgent appointment after losing a filling and flying out of the country the very next day was stressful… but spoke with a lovely lady called Amanda who calmed me down during the phone and upon booking managed to book me in last min!! Fantastic experience: Dr Bashar is fantastic. I have been visiting the clinic for many years and every time I have seen Dr Bashar, he has been excellent. I really appreciate his straightforward and no-nonsense approach which makes you feel at ease and that you are with someone you can trust. I have been to other clinics where they seem to be purely sales oriented and talk more than examine teeth. Although I have moved out of the area, this is why I still travel an hour to see Dr Bashar when I can and need to. I had a tooth extraction yesterday which I was nervous about, but his amazing technique made the process surprisingly painless. I'm very thankful. He is a must-see dentist for nervous patients. Fantastic experience: I am a dental student that has been observing Dr Al-Naher during my elective period. I have seen several patients being treated with his Enjoyable Dentistry Technique which he invented through his additional studies and own primary research. It incorporates the use of inhalation sedation with a safe mix of 'happy air' and oxygen and a unique form of hypnosis. He invests a good amount of time getting his patients comfortable all whilst being efficient with his treatments. In all honesty, as only an observer and without receiving the sedation myself, the hypnosis was enough to put me in my own trance and feel calm. The patients I observed being treated with this technique didn't flinch at all - even during invasive procedures that would give many people anxiety and trigger phobia. The patients appeared to be in another level of consciousness and when asking them of their experience, they stated that they didn't feel any pain and felt even better than they did walking into the practice. As a dental student I saw first hand the benefits to such a technique - total patient relaxation, the ability of the dentist to focus and provide high quality treatment and changing a patient's perspective of dental treatments. This technique is powerful and I don't understand why it isn't being used widely in dentistry. It has the potential to change the world of dentistry and create an alternative highly positive experience compared to feelings of anxiety and phobia that unfortunately patients may suffer with. Fantastic experience: I usually don't write reviews but really had to write one here. 4 INJECTIONS in my mouth and I DID NOT FEEL A PINCH! 1. Painless dentistry - I am petrified of injections and have had my teeth extracted before and know how painful injections in the mouth can be. However, with Dr Barsha I did not feel even a slight pinch when I got the injections before my tooth filling and the procedure was absolutely painless. I just cannot believe it! Dr Barsha uses enjoyable dentistry technique where he guides you through a meditation and uses happy gas to make you feel relaxed. The entire procedure is actually blissful. If you are afraid of dental procedures please do not think twice before visiting Dr Barsha - highly highly recommend him. 2. Trust - I visited another "highly rated" dentist in London before visiting Dr Barsha but I always like taking second views of doctors so also decided to visit Dr Barsha (after seeing the excellent reviews). The dentist I visited earlier told me I needed 3 fillings and when Dr Barsha did my xray's he said I only needed 1 filling and we shouldn't touch teeth unnecessarily if there are no cavities per the x-ray. This clearly demonstrates that you can trust him, he gives you the right advice and he isn't just trying to rip you off! 3. Excellent customer service - Dr Barsha and his team are excellent, friendly and very helpful. If there is ever and issue or misunderstanding they do their best to resolve it! 4. Hygienist treatment - the hygienist was wonderful! She gave me advice on how to look after my teeth and gums and I could tell she truly cared! Thank you so much Dr Barsha and the team!

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but as like many out there I have a complete fear of the dentist, anything in life but my teeth! And I have to say coming to care dental platinum has made me less fearful. That’s why I thought it’s important I share my experience. I had been told by three previous dentists that I needed a tooth to be taken out, which to anyone who is afraid of the dentist, it’s their worst nightmare! I was so fearful of dealing with it but I plucked up the courage and decided to see Dr Bashar as I read about his technique for nervous and anxious patients. To my surprise he advised for the tooth not to be taken out and that we can save it by doing a root canal and crown treatment. That in itself was joyful news. He not only saved my tooth but the whole experience has been pleasant. He explained the whole treatment plan answered all my annoying questions and was patient with my anxious personality which made me feel very comfortable and completely trust the process. He was attentive and gentle with his communication while in treatment. I felt relaxed to the point where I forgot it was all happening in the moment. I forgot it was all happening because I felt absolutely nothing..there was no pain! Now I’m not saying I’m completely over my fear of dental work, I’ve got a long way to go with dentists, but I’m glad I found one I can trust for treatments. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Bashar last week for 2 sessions of dentistry work, Dr Bashar used EDT - The Enjoyable Dentistry technique which is happy air alongside a guided meditation, I cannot emphasis enough to all of you sceptics out there, the treatment with DrBashar is MAGICAL, he relaxes you and put you in a state of mind that the whole treatment is done without any feeling of pain or discomfort of it all. I had been going to this dentist for over 4 years, beautiful practice nice staff, professional service, never late nor missed an appointment. Unfortunately a misunderstanding took place regarding my last appointments, which was rescheduled and a deposit taken for my next visit. There was subsequent miscommunication regarding the purpose of that payment, so much so that I considered leaving the practice. Telephoned today and spoke to Zulima, she was absoultely wonderful. Fantastic experience: What a great experience! I'm glad I found this dental clinic. I had my Invisalign treatment and I'm loving the result! No more gaps between teeth and no more issues with my bite. My teeth is also a bit whiter and much straighter now. The whole atmosphere was great and all the staff was pretty welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sammy explained to me well what to expect and what were the possible problems might arise during the whole course, he really went out of his way to help me with my dental concerns including the issue with my jaw popping and locking, and he really made me comfortable throughout every procedure and every appointment. Negative experience: Hello, just want to warn everyone, if you decide to do implant and get the Groupon voucher dont go to this clinik. I have chat with someone from the clinik before decide to make an appointment. I asked if I would have to pay for anything else if I buy this Groupon voucher that cost around £1000 for implant. I have been told that only extra fees for ct scan 95£, appointments supposed to be included in the Groupon voucher and if implant is not suitable then I would get money back. Dr recommended me crown, she said she would not recommend implant yet. Dr told me to go back home and consider what I would like to do (So at home I decite to do a crown instead of implant and cancelled the Groupon voucher and got my money back for voucher). When I was leaving clinik I was charged £95. I got email that I paied for ct scan ( but I never had one) and appointment. I was going to do crown in this clinik but im not happy for the misleading information I received. I emailed if they would consider to give me some refund because I did not have ct scan and i will not need one but no reply. What a surprise...

Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic time with Care Dental Platinum. Dr Sammy McCulloch has been absolutely brilliant as well as the team in the front office. I've had a root canal and a few fillings and each session has been extremely professional and even enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: The dentist used to be a place I disliked going, I did not have any fond memories of it. Everything changed at this dentist, it was a excellent experience, dare I say it even enjoyable. There is a positive energy from everyone there. I had an appointment with a hygienist first and then three appointments with the dentist. They were both excellent, explained the treatments very well and answered any questions I had. I had to have a few fillings done and an onlay, I can honestly say I never once felt any pain. The whole treatment from start to finish was amazing. The laughing gas and the meditation start (which is optional) was a nice touch to help me feel relaxed. I was so relaxed all three times I did not even notice the Injection everytime. All the members of staff here are extremely polite and I never had any negative vibes from anyone. I am glad I found a good and will be using these guys for any future appointments.

Fantastic experience: So I would like to prefix this review by saying that I am one of the dentists at Care Dental Platinum. No one has asked me to write this review, I honestly just felt compelled to do so. Today I had to have my wisdom tooth removed after 24hrs in utter agony due to an infection on the gum (my wisdom teeth aren’t all the way through). I barely slept last night and pain killers only provided a small amount of relief (yes dentists also get problems with their teeth). Dr Bashar was kind enough to see me last thing on a Friday. He used the famous Enjoyable Dentistry Technique (EDT) and within minutes I felt like I was on a beach in one of my favourite locations in the world...Morocco. I’m not entirely sure how long it took but it felt like no time at all. The tooth in question had large roots which were angled in a way that made it difficult to remove. Dr B was able to take it out without any issues (although I think I gave him quite the workout). I instantly felt relieved and was able to close my mouth properly for the first time in 24hrs. I would not classify myself as a nervous patient however, after having been in pain for so long I was a bit apprehensive about the appointment. Considering I do this procedure regularly myself I know exactly what’s going on at every step, and yet, I can say hand on heart I didn’t feel or think about it once. EDT is honestly such a powerful technique and im so grateful to be able to provide my patients with the same experience on a daily basis. Here are some tips I learned from my experience today that can help enhance EDT: 1. Make sure you eat something before the appointment (unless otherwise instructed). Prolonged pain takes its toll on our bodies and leave us feeling more fragile. I couldn’t eat because of the pain so instead drank smoothies to keep myself nourished. 2. Keep your eyes closed. It helps focus the mind and keep you focusing on things other than the procedure at hand. 3. Focus on your breathing. Long deep breaths from your nose all the way to the bottom of your diaphragm (your stomach should move up and down when you breathe) 4. Pick a location that you absolutely love and try to imagine it in your mind. This again helps to focus your mind away from any anxieties you may have (also the closest thing you’re going to get to a holiday in these COVID times). 5. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying it! It seems so odd to say when you’re having a wisdom tooth out. But the mind is so much more powerful than we give it credit for. The most important thing in dentistry and any other aspect of life is to always be learning. The silver lining from this experience is that I was able to learn even more about my profession. When you do these procedures daily it’s sometimes easy to forget what it’s like to be on the receiving end! Lastly, thanks again to my boss, mentor and friend Dr Bashar Al Naher.

Fantastic experience: Im having some treatment at care dental platinum and my treatment involve implants I can honestly say I have had the best treatment here than any other dentist ive ever visited in my life. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Was blown away with the all round service provided by Sammy and Care Dental Platinum. I was put at ease from the moment I walked, and all the way through to the end. I had never felt so at ease on a dentist chair and this was thanks to a number of factors but mainly due to the fact that Sammy was very thorough in breaking down everything I needed to know as a patient. The ambience setting was also a key ingredient to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Sammy and Care Dental Platinum to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After leaving my home country, I have been in search of a good dental clinic in London. After months of research, I found Care Dental Platinum and I'm so so happy about it! So far, I had two appointments with them, the first with the dentist and the second with the hygienist. In both occasions, the service has been amazing! Both the dentist and the hygienist were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind, making me feel extremely relaxed as they explained everything they were going to do. Also, this was the most pain-free dental cleaning experience I ever had! Plus, I'd like to say that the clinic looks really nice, the receptionists are absolutely lovely and easy going, and since I was a bit scared of being in close contact with other people outside my household during the pandemic, I have to admit that I felt incredibly safe. All the protections are in place, the hygienist was wearing a mask and a visor, the dentist was wearing a mask as well. The receptionists always make sure that everyone coming into the reception is wearing a mask, and if they don't have one, they are happy to provide it. I've definitely found my favourite dental clinic in London!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient in Care dental platinum for over a year now and i'm so glad i found this place. I was always anxious to go to the dentists but Care dental platinum has completely changed my mind, i actually look forward to my appointments as all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. I cant recommend it enough !

Negative experience: Do not trust them and please get everything in writing so that they will not deny what they have said or quoted you. Unfortunately I would not recommend this dentist practice for the following reasons. I visited the practice for a check up and was advised that I would need a CT scan which will cost £100 but it would be deducted from my treatement if I went with them. I also mentioned to Dr Wing that I had seen the price of implants for £995ish and she said not to worry she would honour that price. I had the CT scan and Dr Wing said the the total cost would start at £1500 because my gums would need building up, so as you can see I felt that she misleaded me because maybe I would not have had the scan with them. I would certainly have explored all my options. However due to covid 19, dental treament being limited and the fact that I needed to be sure whether or not I wanted Dr Wing to do my treatment as I had concerns about her honesty and integrity as to whether or not she would do a good job because she already planted the seed of doubt. Recently I was contacted by the dental practice about my treatment, and again was quoted prices starting at £1500, but when I remined them that Dr Wing said that £100 for the CT scan would be deducted she said she could not remember telling me that. I explained that it was not a difficult thing to remember and that transparency and honesty is very important to me. The receptionist said there is nothing in writing, and she may remember, however she will cancel my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had a serious fear of dentists but Care Dental has eradicated it. Dr Sammy gives you a totally relaxing experience which allows you to be become more confident with each appointment. He is a credit to the organisation. If you are petrified of dentists, then this is the place for you. Dr Sammy has helped me overcome my fear, that I now look forward to my dentist appointments.

Fantastic experience: This review is going to be a bit long so for people who’re not friends with reading this is the gist of it: I had a ROOT CANAL TREATMENT and It was completely PAINLESS I honestly was mind blown about how smooth, easy and pain free the whole procedure was. I would most definitely and strongly recommend this clinic to you as a reader and anyone I know! I cannot begin to explain how happy and satisfied I am with my experience at the Care Dental Group Clinic. I have so much work to be done to my teeth, but to begin with I have 3 broken teeth one of them the cavity had reached the nerve and I had to have a (Root Canal Treatment) done to it. On the day of my appointment I was so nervous and worried about the pain, but my amazing dentist (Sami) had planned otherwise. When I walked into the surgical room it was so quiet and calm with meditation music playing in the background. First the dentist talked me through the procedure of what will be done on my tooth. I then laid back and closed my eyes listening to the relaxing music. Soon after that I was given Nitrous Oxide (only if you’re willing to), to relax and take your mind off worrying about pain. Throughout all of this the dentist was guiding me along with a meditative talk for 20 mins and of course you’re then given local anaesthetic and that is it you get the work done WITHOUT FEELING ANY AND I MEAN ANY PAIN. It was completely PAINLESS I honestly was mind blown about how smooth, easy and pain free the whole procedure was. And the end of your appointment they gave me a little thoughtful goodie bag to keep care of my teeth. A very big thanks to The Care Dental Group for caring for their patients in such a way and I would most definitely and strongly recommend them to you as a reader and anyone I know!

Fantastic experience: So, about my first experience at Care Dental Platinum. Initial online live chat was very helpful, I had inquired about teeth implants. A week later I also had a phone conversation, with the Dr Ming herself who explained the process off teeth implanting and everything I needed to know, I was forwarded the information by email also. Everyone was very professional and polite! In prepping for a tooth implant an extraction had to be done first, I was able to acquire an appointment within days. This was very helpful as my previous dental surgery couldn’t see me for about a month. On the day the procedure went very well, in fact better than expected, I felt not much pain, there was a lot of care and handling throughout. In fact having a tooth filling done in the last elsewhere cause me more pain than this tooth extraction being done On leaving the practice the receptionist staff were very smiley and lovely.. I had a great Experis overall.

Fantastic experience: I attended care dental recently as I suffer from terrible panic/anxiety attacks at the thought of toothache/dentist. I was reassured that they would take care of me, and would do everything they could to make me feel calm. I attended a few days later for a tooth extraction and was filled with anxiety, I met with my dentist Dr Sammy and he explained in detail what would happen and that they had alot of time so we would take it slow. I laid in the chair and was given a pillow for comfort, I was given gas&air and then Dr Sammy guided me through meditation until I was completely and utterly relaxed. I did not feel any pain nor did I feel any anxiety throughout the whole experience, as I came round I can truely say that I was more relaxed and calmed then when I had attended a spa day!! Dr Sammy has changed my whole outlook, he is an amazing dentist and a treasured part of the dental practice. I actually can not wait for my next appointment. I also would like to mention the dental nurse/assistant that was present throughout was amazing, she placed a hand on me for comfort which I really appreciated. They are all very kind and caring in this dental practice and I highly recommend.

He actively works with you as a patient to understand what you want to achieve whilst using his expertise to advise you on the best course of action. Fantastic experience: What a great experience! To say I don't like going to the dentist would be a great understatement. I usually get quite anxious and I probably delay going until is a bit too late to be honest. My wife has been going to the practice for ages and encouraged me to give Dr Bashar a try. I was a bit reluctant because of my anxiety (and because it's not the cheapest practice), but how right was she! Last week I had my initial visit with Dr. Bashar and he seemed very knowledgeable and kind. He recommended I had a deep cleanse (two one hour sessions) with the hygienist - which I didn't look forward to. Yesterday, I had my first session with the hygienist (Anna) who was very friendly and patient with my anxiety. After, putting me at some ease she used the gas and air and the session actually turned from something I dreaded into something enjoyable! I don't know why not all dentists offer the gas an air. It would transform how people think of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I have had with dental treatment. The reception staff and dental assistants are all very welcoming and professional. Dr Bashar had been recommended to me by several people but my experience exceeded my expectations. Dr Bashar's technique and manner resulted in a pain free experience. Although I am not nervous about visiting the dentist, I can see how excellent this would be for those who fear going to the dentist or those who don't like needles. The oxygen he uses and the rest of his technique is so relaxing I did not feel anything and even asked if he had actually completed the filling at the end. I walked out smiling like I had been to the spa not the dentist! Those who have been using him for years tell me that his work is excellent, not just during the appointment but in the long term.

Fantastic experience: Booked an emergency appointment for some tooth pain and they fit me in the same day, upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, they supplied me with santitiser, gloves and a mask to wear during the appointment (except for the examination of course!). I saw Dr Ming who was wonderfully friendly and positive, I have a long history of dentist phobia and her positivity completely reassured me, she listened to all my concerns and walked me through everything she was doing during the examination, I have a small cavity and I have an appointment tomorrow to fill it and get a dental cleaning, I can say for the first time in my life I am not dreading it and am looking forward to seeing Dr Ming again, will update after my procedure tomorrow. The price is more than I am used to paying as I usually use NHS dentists but this practice has completely won me over so far, I am very happy to pay the higher price if every experience is like this. UPDATE: I went back for my filling and a scale and polish. We started of with gas that relaxed me, I barely felt the numbing injection and the work Dr Ming was doing on my tooth, whenever the sensation I was feeling was about to change I was warned, she was very soothing throughout the procedure and there was music to focus on on the background which really helped me. I even found myself giggling at the suction tube a bit at some points. Once the filling was done she started scaling my teeth which was quite uncomfortable for me, I was reassured regularly that she could stop anytime I wanted, although I was uncomfortable I felt a lot of trust for the dentists and hygienists in the room so I was able to get through the discomfort. I have never had a scale and polish before so I think I had a moderate build up on my teeth/gumline and this is why it was uncomfortable, after the procedure I was told that each time I get it done it will be less and less uncomfortable. After, Dr Ming gave me lots of advice about flossing and most effective times to use mouthwash etc and answered all my questions. We had discussed teeth straightening options in my previous appointments and Dr Ming took the time to show me the Invisalign 3D modelling software at the end of my appointment which showed the position of my teeth and what I could expect from Invisalign which was very interesting and informative. I felt too anxious to eat for a little while after the treatment as my teeth and gums were sensitive (not in pain to just anxious as my mouth felt unusual) but by the next day my teeth and gums have never felt better, I am even gently flossing right down my teeth into my gumline with no discomfort (this process has caused me anxiety in the past so I tended to avoid it). I can say that my experience at care dental platinum has massively reduced a life long aniety/phobia around dentist visits. Nothing is fixed overnight but this experience has helped me massively, well worth the fees, especially if you are anxious like me as plenty of care and time is taken here for reassurance. It is very expensive for me as I am 23 and a recent graduate but I cannot stress enough how worth it I found it to be, I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: A must visit. An awesome experience throughout, from the kind and patient receptionist to the top dental care by the best (Dr Bashar). And his helpful assistant. I didn’t feel anything but pure joy being at the practice. For many years my children have been looking forward to being at the dental care for their checks and treatments. Dr Bashar is a great teacher too. It’s an excellent dental practice. If there is one thing you should know about this place; it will definitely be an experience you will never want to keep away from. My children and I have been traveling from North London to be treated and pampered at the clinic and am really proud of their bless full work.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 dental implants with Dr. Bashar with which I am delighted. Although not specifically nervous about visiting the dentist I was always apprehensive and so when I experienced the technique for nervous patients practiced at this surgery I was blown away. The process was relaxing from start to finish. Dr Bashar was such a calming influence and the whole procedure was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist’s chair. You are not asleep, in fact you can hear everything going on but are so relaxed. Yesterday I had a hygiene appointment and for the first time ever, with his pleasant dentistry method, I didn’t need injections to numb my gums. Why would I need injections anyway for this treatment you might ask? I have exposed nerves in every part of my mouth and even gentle polishing causes pain. It was actually a pleasant experience. No numbness to deal with, I could just get on with my day. The surgery is spotlessly clean and stylish and the staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Bashar is simply a star! If you are looking for a great dentist - look no further.

Fantastic experience: 5stars isn't enough for the big thanks i owe Dr Basher and his staff at Care Dental Platinum for helping me overcome my dental fears. I only wish i had found Care Dental sooner. Dr Bashar in my books is a dental wizard in the best possible way. All the staff here are amazing, from the receptionist to the dental assistant, even the person who responds to the web chat, they all treated me with compassion and understanding. I have found the service level to be consistently exceptional. I urge anyone with dental fear to please try this dentist, don't delay. You don't even have to have anything done on your first visit just go and see them which was what i did. Your dental health is sooooo important. I have delayed writing this review because i was trying to make sense of my experience, but have come to terms with the fact that i may be trying to rationalise having gone through something that is an irrational fear of mine. Over the past 6 months today was my 7th visit to see Dr Basher, and each time i leave in disbelief and emotional knowing that i went through the process, did not understand how, and that it wasn't so bad, in fact i will go as far as saying it has become a satisfyingly pleasant experience. The technique they use is unexplainably effective. I found it impossible to comprehend how any dental procedure could be enjoyable especially when i was concious. All i can say is the enviroment is calming, the dentist is calming, remember to breathe (yes breathe!!!) and listen to the dentists voice, focus on good positive thoughts, try and relax. If needles are your fear then fear not as this you most definetly do not feel - i have no idea how they do that!. If the screeching noise of the tools is your fear then worry not - today i even found myself smiling during the procedure at the thought of wondering at the thought that it felt like he was digging for gold in my mouth, but alas no gold . The enviroment does not feel clinical. The gas and breathing used plus the relaxation technique really does help relax you. You just have to trust the dentist and the process. From my experience i trust Dr Bashar with my dental health. This clinic is a God send to anyone with dental phobia or anxiety. I beg anyone who is delaying going to the dentist due to a fear phobia or anxiety to please try this dentist. Your dental health is so important. I will be honest and say i no longer fear the dental processes. I don't necessarily look forward to going, yet, but once i am here it really is all ok. Each visit gets easier and i feel like i am undoing those negative responses i had towards dental visits. I am just sad it took me this long to get here. As much as it will hurt my wallet, i am able to say that i am and will be a more regular visitor to the dentist. I also find the more i frequent the dentist the less the anxiety. Fantastic experience: It took a long time to write a review, only because I could not find the words about all the emotions I felt on the day I had this amazing experience with Dr Bashar. I have never been scared of the dentists and treatments, but I never really enjoyed them as well. It was the first time in my life I had a completely different visit and absolutely incredible experience of EDT. From my first step into the room, I thought it's just a normal visit like before. Once I had the EDT, I felt so relaxed and calm as I have never been before in a dentist chair. The way the doctor was talking and explaining everything, I felt completely safe. There are no words actually to describe this experience. I must say, that everyone who skips their dentist visits, should try this amazing technique! I am already exited about my future visits! Fantastic experience: I was pretty nervous about my first-ever implant setup. I mean, it is hard to imagine someone drilling your bone and you feel relaxed. But I was wrong. It was super-smooth, staff is super-friendly and Dr Bashar is very charismatic and very pleasant doctor. I spent about one hour and a quarter thinking should we go to Seattle for next vacation during Christmas to see friends or split it to go to Amsterdam (this new Van Gogh museum is pretty impressive they say) and somewhere to York (always wanted to spend a week in these small forgotten villages). Fantastic experience: I've needed frequent dental treatment throughout my life, and have trauma related to the Dentist's Chair from childhood and on occasion as an adult. It had reached a point where I was so afraid of the Dentist I was unable to go. Care Dental came into my life unexpectedly via work, and I was given the courage to visit the Practise last week. I've never experienced anything like it and truly could not imagine an experience in the Chair being so relaxed! To anyone like me - afraid, unable, with no viable alternative but to let your teeth get worse and worse - this is the answer. This is unlike any other Dentists. Pick up the phone and visit them for a check up and see/feel for yourself how different and amazing they are. Having now had my front teeth sorted out (and believe it or not the experience was almost pleasant!) I find I have little fear of visiting again to sort the rest of my mouth. Yes, for real! They are amazing.

Its hard to describe how amazing the experience is becuse it is so surreal. All you feel is this beautiful state of complete relaxation, joy and bliss during dental treatment. I cannot believe that such relaxing treatment is even possible. I would recommend this practice to any nervous patiemt as i have never seen or experienced such a high degree of care and expertise. The staff from reception team, to the nurses are all amazing in their care and i would never imagine going to another dental practice

Fantastic experience: I visited Care Dental to accompany a very nervous colleague whose teeth were in dire need of help through her crippling fear of dentists. She was convinced the treatment would hurt or, at the very least, be uncomfortable - this is because every single dentist she had seen over the past 20 years had caused her pain. Incredibly, she not only didn't feel a thing but actually enjoyed the experience. To witness this was mind-blowing and I have the utmost respect for the practice and Dr Bashar. Without question, I would recommend the practice to anyone - incredible experience and service.
