Fantastic experience: Dr Ravi Dutt at Hainault Gentle Dental has to be the best dentist I've ever seen in my 58 years, extremely professional always gives fantastic advice and listens tentatively to problems you may have never pushy just straight forward great dentistry very polite and never in a rush and as the name suggests is very Gentle. Dr Ravi is a real Gentleman. We as a family are lucky to have the team at Gentle Dental. Graham Chapman

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. My daughter and wife go there too and feel the same way. Very efficient and friendly dentist and nurses. Getting appointments is easy. I always get a reminder call from the practice the day before my appointment. They also do most of the dental treatments here which is also rare. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve just got back from seeing Ravi and I have to say he’s so patient with my little boy and made him feel at ease. There is no pressuring him, everything is done at my son’s own pace. He got a high five and a sticker and even told me ‘good man’. Defiantly recommended

Fantastic experience: The receptionist “Julie” is such a lively, helpful and lovely lady the care me and my daughter had received was super amazing our dentist was Dr.Vince and I was very happy with his treatment and advice he gave me and my daughter. I have never had a dentist sit there and take the time to explain treatment the way he did. His nurse Mahro was very helpful made me feel at ease and was very friendly. Reception waiting time is minimal, best to book online first for any kind of consultation or procedures.

Fantastic experience: I took an incredibly anxious 6 year old who wouldn’t come in. Thanks to the perseverance and kind nature of Julie she persuaded him to come in. He then refused Ravi to let him look in his mouth so he let my son take the lead. They were really patient and I can’t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: This has been a great experience for me. I am very nervous about going to the dentist . The receptionist, Julie , was so courteous and helpful. She assured me that I would be fine and that the dentists were excellent. She was right. The dentist, Dr. Ravi.was understanding about my anxiety and was patient with me. He really cared about my dental needs being met and I felt calm for the first time in a dental office. His assistant was lovely as well. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone. Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that ‘Vince’ the dentist who has just carried out a course of treatment on my teeth after I had abstained from dental treatment for the last 6 years has done a brilliant job, he has managed to save two of my teeth which I felt I was certain to lose. Fantastic experience: I've been taking my children to this dental practice for routine check ups for a few years now, we've always received excellent service here. Unfortunately my son has been needing frequent treatment and check ups for the past 4 months due to trauma to his tooth and the team at the surgery have really gone above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as possible. They always fit us in whenever we need an emergency appointment. Dr. Ravi is amazing, he always puts my son at ease, explains what needs to be done and he is happy to answer any questions we have. He makes you feel at ease , as he is working he tells you what he's going to do first. The conversation doesn't make me feel tense or uneasy. All the staff make you feel comfortable to be there. Fantastic experience: I have never been to a dental surgery where you are put totally at ease, not only by the dentist Ravi but the nurses and receptionist Julie. The first person to welcome you is Julie and she truly is an asset to this establishment, she takes pride in her work even down to details of the waiting area to make it more comfortable for you while you wait for treatment, and takes time to talk to nervous patients. Ravi the dentist is amazing, I was terrified of my treatment so much so he referred me for sedation, you as his patient is his top priority. I decided not to be sedated as I felt completely comfortable with Ravi and his nurses. He talks you through every step of the treatment, checking you are ok and going above and beyond to complete the session smoothly. Fantastic experience: I have always used Gentle Dental in Hainault but I must say that the new staff, from Julie on reception, the dental technician's and the wonderful dentist Ravvi are all so friendly and make you feel at ease as soon you walk in. Very clean and friendly practice. I, like most people have a fear of going to the dentist, but they somehow actually made it a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend them especially Ravvi the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience. Reminded the day before with a phone hone call from the surgery Welcomed as I enter Vince Chen is an absolute star! His explanation of your treatment is clear/ he remembers your name all the way through. eg: happy to do dental treatment within the NHS band scale for a capped tooth When I said other dentists always advised going privately for my other 4 caps. His answer was . there is only so much I can do with an NHS cap . If you went private, the cap would be made from materials that I can do more with. In this instance paying more won’t provide a longer lasting cap, there is no benefit for you in paying more His honesty was amazing. I believe most dentists would guide you toward the option that makes them most money

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old son had a terrible toothache over the weekend and I phoned the practise Monday morning. The friendly reception team gave me an appointment for him in under 48 hours. Today my son had one of his baby tooth extracted (almost a molar tooth). Dr Ravi is simply amazing, he made me feel at ease that my son can handle the entire procedure. I was given enough information prior to asking if I really want to proceed with the extraction as my son never had an anaesthesia before. In minutes, without any tears, the extraction has been completed. Extremely satisfied with Dr Ravi’s quality of work and he connected well with my son, which made a big difference. Well done to everyone in the practise! Will highly recommend to friends, families and associates.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from an anxiety disorder, which makes me housebound the majority of the time, so realising I may have some serious dental problems and would have to venture out was traumatic to say the least. However Dr Ravi and the staff there were so friendly and understanding, it made the subsequent visits far less of a problem. I had to have a deep clean, which was painless and didn’t take long at all. I am very grateful for everyone at gentle dental, not just for the impeccable service, but also by making me feel so at ease and helping me conquer a crippling fear. Gentle practice was the only one with 5 star rating on google that I could found nearby my house and I have to say it didn’t disappoint me. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough i am to say the least a nervous patient but i was put at ease throughout from Julia on reception and then through the whole extraction of the infected tooth by Ravi the dentist i had the pleasure to meet and who looked after me like a old friend visiting.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this dental surgery! From the receptionist Julie to the dentist Ravi every one is lovely and very caring. Dr Ravi explains everything he is going to do before he does it so there are no surprises! It makes it easier to have to go back when it’s a lovely atmosphere!
