Negative experience: Has gone down hill alot in the last few years everything feels rushed , after my last review they seemed more pleasant but yet again rushed through and given cheaper alternatives than what is normally given first filling fell out after a few months this one a few days same as my daughter's from the same dentist who took over from the decent dentist little to no follow ups on what our previous dentist offered and now told referrals take tears despite them stating they as a dentist would be dealing with it over 18 months ago

They have completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist, which I used to dread due to being self-conscious about my smile. Fantastic experience: Had my new top dentures fitted yesterday, 23/07/25. By Govinder, he ensured that they fitted like a glove. Excellent service by all the staff, as always. Dentures fit perfectly and are so comfortable to wear, just like real teeth, I am over the moon to have teeth again and able to smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Vishali Sharma Oana. She extracted my tooth with exceptional skill — I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure. She also did a filling for me, and the quality of her work was excellent. Dr. Sharma is both professional and gentle, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Negative experience: Terrible. Constantly badger you with reminders about your appointment telling you to be on time. Turned up today at 11:10am for my 11:25 appointment to be told running late. How long I asked. Oh can’t say the receptionist said. I asked how late the current patient went in 45 minutes was the reply! I’m not sitting waiting on the dentist for an hour. Be different story if we were late! Some of us have to miss time off work for these appointments

Fantastic experience: I have recently registered at Tamworth House Dental Practice, and since joining my experience has been great every time. Dr Iffat Khan and her nurses are amazing, they are all so kind and caring and really make you feel at ease. I’ve had a few treatments over the last 6 months and each time I have been, I’ve been made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. The receptionists are polite and the practice is always clean and well presented! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign treatment here with Dr Dhillon. She is honestly the most incredible dentist, I would absolutely recommend. I have now changed my dentist to be this one permanently. Every assistant that she had when I was in the chair was also so friendly and welcoming. During my Invisalign process, I was always kept in the loop about what was happening and would have all my questions answered (whether before, during or after the treatment). The receptionist is also lovely, she would recognise me when I came in and always have the biggest smile on her face.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my first visit to this dental practice with vishali Sharma she treated me with respect and understood that i was nervous everyone in the practice is so polite and helpful and she also confirmed that the tooth i was told was loose by a previous practice wasn't loose at all and it did not need removing thank you so much for your help

Positive experience: Rahul was a lovely dentist and made the visit to the dentist stress free. He was very helpful. The only thing I don't like is the amount of forms we have to fill in each time. It does save time when you are there though so I suppose it is a necessary evil.

A very happy dental nurse called me in and asked if I was OK as we was walking through. Dr Iffat Khan is a magician! Fantastic experience: Just signed up with this practice as a NHS patient and made welcome from reception onwards.They got me in at short notice due to severe Dental Pain after a week of strong antibiotics, I was referred to Iffat Khan the morning after initial consultation who verified the X-ray and suggested best course of action was extraction of both Molars ! The gums were numbed prior to injection which helped a lot and extraction took place . Unfortunately the infection returned the day after and again got me in to see Iffat Khan who was very empathetic and flushed out area and packed with Meds and put me on 2000 mg of antibiotics per day along with medical mouthwash. I've been monitored several times since as I developed Dry socket, which is more painful than toothache. The Socket has now been flushed several times and meds packed in and now finished course of antibiotics and said to be healing nicely. I found Iffat Khan to be so considerate, kind and humorous as well which is a rare quality in such circumstances. Thank you

Positive experience: In terms of my experience of being at the appointments it been nothing but perfect and canceling my appointment amor rescheduling has been fine. However, getting a refund was where I had my problem. I was able to get a refund for one of my appointments on the 1st of April. I gave them my bank details. After, asking for my details. They called me back 5 minutes later to ask for them again because they never actually wrote them down. Furthermore, I had to call back up because my refund was running late. When I called back after an extra week of waiting That had not even started the refund process and so I had to do everything again (give them my details, them let me know it'll be with me in 10 working etc). I'll update this if I actually get my refund this time or if I have to call up to do the exact same thing

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Tamworth House Dental Practice for nearly 2 years now. Historically I have been petrified of the dentist, and my initial visit was for a cracked tooth, and feared even calling to book the appointment. But the care, attention, and hospitality of all the staff here is second to none. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and inviting. I have continued with regular treatment and now on an Invisalign journey. I never fear jumping into the chair now, the team are so attentive, calm, and really strive to provide the best possible care. I really cannot compare this practice to anyone other I’ve used previously as they are in a totally different league. My Dentist is Vishali Sharma, and is supported by a huge team (I wish I could name them all)! So big thank you to all the team that support the practice and making my journey so positive! You’re all diamonds!

Negative experience: I missed two appointments due to illness. I alerted them before both of my appointments. They have now deregistered me. This is unfair.

Fantastic experience: I joined Tamworth house dental practice in February I never felt so welcomed the receptionist were lovely so kind always saw me quickly got me in for a few emergency appointments as I was having a few problems all the dentist I saw were so nice. But dr iffat on the other hand was amazing with me she done me a root canal from start to finish she was so lovely went through everything with me kept reassuring me I was going to be fine, throughout the treatment I felt so comfortable with dr iffat and her nurses was very nice too we all had a little giggle ive never sat in a dentist chair and felt so comfortable I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do my treatment. Fantastic experience: Received fantastic treatment from Dr.Vishali Sharma and Rox today. Had a white filling in place of a silver one after experiencing some pain. I always get nervous at the dentist but since I’ve been going to this practice, I have no reason to be. They set my mind at rest and tell me everything they are doing during treatment, often asking me if I’m ok. They are both polite, friendly and professional at all times. It’s always a pleasant experience, which is not something you usually say about visiting the dentist!
