Fantastic experience: Always receive great care. Simon is absolutely amazing with my autistic kids both in providing their care but allowing my youngest to be close by to me, ask questions, even lets him look in my mouth. This keeps my lad occupied and if he’s interested he’s also learning about dentistry at the same time. Simon is so patient and not phased at all by my kids traits, behaviours and questions etc.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist clinic! I went for a hygiene appointment the other day and was surprised to also receive a very helpful consultation with Angela. She showed me how to clean my teeth properly and introduced me to various dental tools, and she even demonstrated how to use each one on my teeth. She was very friendly and professional, and it was a very helpful and informative appointment. :)

Fantastic experience: Can I just say that the staff at this dental centre are amazing. The receptionist Lois and the other ladies are always welcoming me with such a big smile, especially Lois who is so kind and so sweet, also very patient when it comes to booking me in and is always polite. My dentist Anya, not only has she been so welcoming since the first consultation until now, she’s so supportive with her kind and motivating words especially during the less enjoyable moments, always giving me heads up and navigating me with what she’s going to do next which so helpful because it helps me with my anxiety. Anya also makes the pain more bearable and always ensures you’re comfortable and not afraid. She’s definitely a great and a professional dentist with what sounds like plenty of experience, knows how to make sure you’re okay while remaining patient. Also really fun to chat to and have a laugh with. Lastly, any dental assistant she’s with whether it’s been Olivia or a different lady (it might have been Megan) are both also very supportive, patient and really kind. The pricing of everything I need to have done is incredibly worth it when you know you’d be welcomed by such a wonderful team and taken care of by experienced staff. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a course of treatment at Impressions Dental Care, and I can say that the experience has been nothing less than outstanding. From start to finish, my dentist Jessica Hather has restored my faith in having treatment. She is a credit to the practice, from her open and friendly manner, her almost painless injection skills and coping with ease when the electric went down during an appointment, i can't fault her, this coupled with a great team of dental nurses, who engage with patients, helping to calm an otherwise stressful situation, thank you for today Shannon. All my interactions with the receptionists have been fantastic, as they negotiated several appointments for me, even remembering me by face. All in all, my whole experience is worthy of more than five stars. Thank you to all the team, I almost look forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: Saw dentist Sam again today for my next part of my treatment plan. Had composite restorations and a difficult filling. Sam was brilliant as normal, put me at ease and carried out the work with no issues. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but always feel relaxed when visiting the Impressions surgery. Fantastic experience: I have always dreaded the dentist, and have been such a nervous patient before moving to Impressions. I started my journey with Claire who was AMAZING. She is the kindest person you will ever meet and made me feel at ease straight away. The nerves disappeared as soon as I was in the chair. I was told by my previous dentist from the age of 25 that I was too old for braces. I have always hated my smile, which has really affected my confidence. Claire referred me on to Sam for a braces consultation, and nothing was too much. Sam has been incredible and talked me through every step and listened to exactly what I wanted. I can’t thank Claire and Sam enough. I am so grateful at the age of 40 to be finally starting my braces journey to create a lovely smile and restore my confidence!

I am at that age where my teeth really require work especially after not receiving the best care at a local competitor.
