Fantastic experience: Lovely new location with clean facilities. Also able to deal with fearful patients (ie me) and Rachel on reception is extremely helpful! They do have some unusual payment rules (50% payment upfront for future appointments) so be sure to get clarity so you aren't surprised.

Fantastic experience: Ashfield Dental was recommended to me by a friend as I had received poor quality care at my old dentist and was in a lot of pain. I was very nervous about trusting another dentist as I had lost trust. Carolyn immediately put me at ease, she was very attentive, listened to my experience and knew exactly what to do to help. Her skill and kindness was amazing and I felt very safe in her hands. She has treated the problems and I am now pain free and so thankful to her. Fantastic experience: Are you taking NHS Patients as I rang a Dentist up on Friday and they refuse to see even though I mentioned I have Toothache I have to keep taking Paracetamol's for the pain ?

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, made me feel comfortable and clearly explained every step of the process. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being really stood out. The clinic was spotless, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall sense of trust and quality.

As an extremely nervous patient the extra time and care taken by carolyn to get to know me , my situation and calm my nerves was incredible. Ruby the nurse was great at making me feel at ease. My dentist was called Michael, he was a lovely gentleman who was very professional and patient with me as i was in so much pain. I was going to another dental practice for over 10 years but afew weeks ago my dentist was telling me what options I had for the treatment plan I was going to be having, but I wasn’t happy with what they were going to do so I went to this dental practice for a second opinion and with what Carolyn offered to do I was more than happy to go ahead. I was abit apprehensive at starting the treatment but now having had the work done I can’t thank her enough. Oh and a fraction of the price my other dentist was going to charge. So I just want to say thank you again Carolyn .

I’ve had composite bonding on my teeth by Margaret and they really are the best thing I ever did, she really listened to what I wanted and then crafted the perfect set of teeth. Rachel on reception is the nicest lady, I’m always warmly welcomed and she does her upmost to get me in even at short notice with the kids. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best Dental practice ever. Rachael (reception) is so nice, kind and empathetic. Michael (my Dentist) is so lovely, kind & funny. The girls (assistsnts) are all so cheerful (and glamorous). Anybody who is scared of a Dental procedure or if you have a medical condition that could cause issues - have absolutely no fear at all - these lovely professionals will instill so much confidence in you receiving the best ever treatment. 110% recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was my children's first time at the practice today for their dental examination. We were greeted by a happy and welcoming reception team. The waiting area and surgery we were seen in, were modern and very clean. The kids loved the tv in the ceiling and being able to watch the tv and have your teeth checked!. The dentist we saw was called Carolyn, she was lovely and took the time to talk to the children and asked them questions about brushing their teeth, and explained everything to them in simple terms for them to understand which help to put them at ease. The nurses in surgery were friendly and professional. But the best bit according to the kids was the goodie bag they received at the end!. Would highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist for years, to afraid. On my first appointment here I was shaking and scared.... I really don't know why now. Its a lovely practice, staff make you feel at ease starting with the bubbly and friendly receptionist. Dentists make sure you are ok at all times. Even if your nervous and scared. No pressure for treatment, as and when you want and need it. Totally recommend this practice but its a private only practice which for me is better seem to take care of you more

Fantastic experience: It’s such a great clinic. The staff are so nice and always make a fuss of the children, I think that’s why they love going so much! They give them little goody bags when they’ve been too which is nice. The dentists are really friendly with the children so they always know what’s going on. Our whole family use the clinic, it’s great :)

Even though, having a stubborn smashed up tooth taken out is awful, the team put me at ease and made me very comfortable. My routine appointments are always thorough and any treatment required is fully explained and carried out professionally. Also, after having an issue, Rachael worked quickly to make a slot available for me to come in and see Dr Simon and a day later, pain free! People and a better dentists than ashfield dental clinic.Rachael on reception will go out of her way to help you with any questions and queries you have and get you a appointment as quickly as possible and has general empathy to your situation. Fantastic experience: Great check up and scale and polish! It's definitely not something I look forward to but I always get put at ease and everything is explained really clearly. Both the dentist and hygienist took real care to ensure I was comfortable and understood what and why they were doing everything along the way. I left feeling super clean and with extra knowledge of how to keep my teeth in tip top condition. The reception team are always really welcoming and you will be in great hands the moment you walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, it was easy to sign up and fill out all the necessary forms. The environment in the waiting room was very relaxing and cosy. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel of the reception team who was very welcoming and a friendly face, always great to have a chitchat when feeling nervous to calm down and Rachel was very accommodating. Carolyn was lovely and made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say and made sure I understood all steps in treatment. I would strongly recommend the dental practice to anyone ☺️

Fantastic experience: Today I had to have an emergency appointment which resulted in extraction of an infected crowned back tooth, after my NHS dentist had to cancel at short notice, and the pain had become unbearable. I can't say it was totally painless (it was quite the ordeal, actually) but that was not the fault of the staff, but the complications caused by the inflammation and a stubborn root. Dr Pietrzak and the Dental Nurse* really did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible, and talk me through the whole thing. 5 hours later, I'm mostly pain free and looking forward to catching up on 3 nights sleep and eating something that's NOT sugar-free jelly! The staff on reception (Rachael and Ruby) were very friendly and professional too. I'm not afraid of the Dentist (and I'm still not in spite of it all) but I got the impression all the staff would be very good with those that are. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist (Simon) and receptionist (Rachael) Had an appointment already booked but called the evening before to see if I could get in as an emergency, got a call back 5 minutes later saying they’ll stay open for me. Was in there for half hour, left in no pain and booked to come for a checkup in January. Worth paying the private fees

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW!! I recently visited the brand new premises for Ashfield Dental clinic and I was very impressed with the whole service from start to finish. As I walked through the doors I found that the attention to detail in the design created a relaxing environment where I could sit in a comfortable & luxurious surrounding whilst I waited to be seen. It felt like everything had been done to a high standard with the customers experience in mind. As I entered the treatment room It felt really modern & spacious. Fantastic experience: I telephoned the clinic to book an emergency appointment. I initially spoke to Laura who was very professional, helpful and booked an appointment for me. Rachel called me to check I would be attending the appointment and she was welcoming upon arrival. Very customer focused, smart and professional. I then had my appointment with Dr. Simon who advised me the best procedure at that time. Dr Simon was excellent. I've had no problems with my tooth so far, so all looking good. I'll be calling in 6 months to arrange a checkup. Thank you to all of you.

Negative experience: I have had a poor experience with ashfield dental clinic. In April I made an appointment with them to replace a filling. Less than 5 months later the filling, which wasn't cheap, has started to come away from my tooth and I can't bite or chew. As the filling is only a few months old and because the dentists were really quite expensive i assumed they would fix it for me. They won't, they said I would have to pay again which is quite ridiculous. Apparently I dont have a guarantee because im not a registered member which is also quite ridiculous. I was shocked but they wouldn't back down. I told them I would leave a bad review online and they called me back an hour later offering to repair the tooth but at a reduced price! They still wanted me to pay again! Basically the work done on my tooth wasn't up to standard and the customer service dealing with me was poor. I'm a few hundred pounds out of pocket now! I will never use ashfield dental again. I have now had to book an appointment at a different dentist to sort this mess out, costing me even more money.
