Fantastic experience: I saw Ms Saarah Darr yesterday and she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and went through everything throughly so I have a better understanding of why and things are happening which I found so helpful and insightful. She was a lovely girl and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Whilst having work done is not pleasant, the entire team from the receptionist and dental nurse, through to Nilesh treat you with care and respect. Explaining what they will do and taking care throughout. The aftercare is exemplary.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Gartside Street Dental Lounge enough. I recently had an impacted lower wisdom tooth removed by Dr Bhatt. I’m an anxious patient as it is and was extremely nervous but as soon as I stepped in the room him and the dental nurse put me straight at ease. The surgery was relatively quick and painless, and I had clear instructions for after care. Dr Bhatt even gave me an out of hours number for any questions which I really appreciated. The team booked me in multiple follow up appointments to check my progress, and when I wanted to pop in at short notice to check something they fit me in on the day. From the front desk to the dentist, truly the staff there cannot do enough for you, you are always greeted with a smile and support. A tooth extraction is generally an uncomfortable experience, but the team made it a far better and more positive experience than I imagined. Special shout out to Dr Bhatt, Gofran and the dental nurse who was in the room on the day of the extraction (apologies for not catching your name!) who have been particularly lovely throughout this process!

When I met Dr Nilesh I had had my failing implants removed and was wearing a badly fitting temporary denture. I have just got home with my brand new implant denture and I can not believe how wonderful my new teeth look and feel. What a wonderful job from a wonderful team. Dr Nilesh I can't thank you enough for your incredible expertise and dedicated customer care.I'm now half way through my treatment and very much looking forward to the rest of it with you and your team. Again I can't express how happy and grateful I am.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist, I naturally have a lot of questions about treatment and costs etc but Nilesh is always very reassuring and explains everything to its fullest, and we even had a nice chat about work etc. I really like the facilities, cleanliness and the team makes me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I had a very complicated dental problem, that required intensive surgery to remove a large cyst , 2 front teeth, bone graft, aligners to straighten my teeth. All in all it had taken near on 10 years to have this sorted. Dr Nilesh from Gartside is the best dentist I've ever had, a true skilled professional who has been the backbone of seeing me through. Today, I finally had my implants after years of wearing dentures and having a confidence issue when smiling or eating out in public. Can't thank or recommend Gartside enough.

Kirstie Chan, the dental therapist who looked after me, was outstanding — gentle, kind, and very thorough. Dr Nilesh Bhatt demonstrated excellent care to patient by explaining clearly each steps and ensuring his patient is at ease during a treatment procedure. There is a parking at this dental practice and it’s easy to get to by public transport as well. It is located in Manchester City centre .

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here with Dr Nilesh and his team. I've had very bad experiences with German dentists so have a bit of PTSD from that, but Dr Nilesh and the staff were super gentle and communicative and helped me feel at ease immediately. The polish and scale session was probably the best I've ever had. The staff are all super friendly, special shoutout to Zineb who has been really helpful and supportive every time I visited!

Fantastic experience: This is a very friendly and professional dental practice. You feel in very safe hands whatever treatment is needed. The staff always keep you well informed about what happens next so you feel comfortable through every step of your treatment. Would recommend to everyone and especially if you are a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice and speedy service. Used to go there for Hygienist and General checkup. Staff are really friendly. Had a white filling done on my wisdom tooth in 2023 I think it was by S. Patel? I moved away to another practise because I moved house, but they even said they could hardly see that it was a filling as it was done really well and said some dentists would prefer to avoid it. They said those procedures are very difficult on wisdom tooths. So 2 years later not had any issues with my filling. Although I won't be coming back for annul checkups, i'd definitely be travelling down again if I need any fillings or complex procedures. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I recently had root canal treatment and a crown and as usual I received a first class professional service from Dr Bhatt and his team. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Nilesh for more than 3 years and the minimum I can give is five stars. I had a serious problem with a wisdom tooth and my face was swollen and after the extraction not only my pain was immediately gone, but the symmetry of my face was restored in a few months. I have since removed another wisdom tooth which was also causing problem and again the service was top notch. Although I am not a dentist, every time I go for an appointment or hygiene it feels like I am on a dentist class with the explanation of the procedure. I genuinely cannot recommend another place if you need dental care.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to wait til treatment ended to post in full how much dr nilesh helped me but in the meantime I’ll say it’s been the best thing I’ve done in many years. There’s a lot of crooks about and nilesh isn’t one. That’s really rare in dentistry. People usually just want to drill and fill and will do anything for money. It’s not like that with him. Which is why I trust him pretty much with my health/life quality and I don’t really think I can say that about any other medical professional. Also just want to add that I pretty much hate going to the dentist but if I ever need to in future he’s who I’ll see. Hopefully though once I’m fixed up I’ll be free of the need for dental work for many years to come (fingers crossed) EDIT: Just want to add to this review: I saw a supposed world leading consultant in Occlusion before coming to Nilesh, I also saw someone who is a lecturer and a specialist and who worked in a hospital in a specialist tmj team - neither of them had the empathy, patience, understanding, or - dare I say it - expertise that Nilesh showed while treating me. I experienced a condition where - due to some bad luck with my teeth moving out of line and then also braces gone wrong - my teeth moved completely out of alignment to my natural bite and caused me significant discomfort to the point where I was miserable every single day and my quality of life was hugely affected. My bite felt like a bag of rocks crunching together. It was literally hell. On my very first appointment I was in tears and to be honest with you I was struggling just to get through the day. When I went to other professionals, one of them told me it was all in my head, and that while he could see that the teeth only met at the back, he couldn't understand why my bite would cause my such discomfort - asking me a series of questions on my mental health and implying mental disorder. Again, this was a supposed expert in the field. They smiled at me as they told me it was a disease of the brain, more than of the body. Naming no names! Nilesh took the time with me, he saw me over and over when truly, he had spent long enough with me already. He worked on my teeth over and over again until it was no longer just my back teeth meeting, but the middle, and then almost the front too - it took literally hours, moulds after moulds after moulds, scans and going to and from a lab, especially with a premolar that was 360 rotated and pushing my bite 'inwards' when I chewed, I was so uncomfortable for so long. Gradually, bit by bit, it got better. I went from not having function of most of my teeth, not being able to chew without jaw pain, to having full function. I can eat anything now. My back teeth no longer clash when I'm at rest so I no longer have constant headaches, my jaw feels so much more comfortable when I close my teeth, like it can rest. I'm not in pain every day. I can go swathes of time without thinking of my bite. I can begin living a life OUTSIDE of the pain and suffering that had become normal for so long. I am so mad that there are 'experts' working in this field who don't believe occlusion can mess with your bite and health and I wish more than anything that dr Nilesh gets the recognition he deserves because in no uncertain terms at all, he saved my life and the other professionals I saw - if those experts had been all that was available to me - I might not be here now. Thank you for caring.

I first visited him as part of his old practice, and I ensure to visit him at Gartside St. He has helped my family countless times, including curing my wife's severe phobia of dentists - she now looks forward to going to see him, and her family now visit Dr Batt for all dental checkups and procedures. As someone that has always looked after my teeth for many years, I have always had bad anxiety and was always nervous about going to the dentist, but that's only because of past/recent health difficulties that I suffer with on a daily basis even though my diet is good. I have been a long time patient of Dr Nilesh and I have had quite alot of treatment from him including an implant, white fillings, composite bondings, and more.....His professionalism, his knowledge, his advice, his care, his manners, his kindness and more has helped me so much over-come my fear for the dentist and I would advise anyone to him. I want to mention the reception staff also that are always very welcoming, and are always happy to help you. I also want to say how good the hygienst are also and the nursing staff are as well. The advice and knowledge given really does help me, very reassuring!! I would highly recommend you join up with the Dental plan they offer which I have which is the Gold membership. With this you get 4 hygeinists a year and 2 check ups and more benefits. there is also other plans you can do i think but I just like the fact that my routine checks and teeth are consistently checked/cleaned all year around whilst knowing each month you are covered and that your teeth are well looked after all year round. The dentist itself is very clean, (to posh for me haha) but I just love the whole experience of it from parking up (you can use there own car park spots without the stress of leaving your car abandoned somewhere else and the receptionists will help you) to being well looked after, treated and cared for and just felt like a valued patient of Gartside street Dental lounge. I want to thank all the staff at Gartside and especailly Dr Nilesh Bhatt for making my whole Dental experience more enjoyable and comfortable as it, He has also felt like a good friend also and always has time to listen to my concerns and worries with my other health issues that I have. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Gartside street dental lounge more! My visits with Dr Nilesh & Dr Saarah (I believe my dental nurse was called Maria but can’t quite remember, she was equally fantastic) were amazing, both took the time to explain everything in detail and help me feel comfortable when I was nervous. The ladies on reception are also lovely, all are an absolute credit to the practice! So glad I came across this practice and will continue to use them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely clinic. I have dental anxiety and historically have had traumatic experiences with dentists but gartside st have been amazing. Amy and Nilesh in particular have been very reassuring regarding my treatment (in my case two scale and polishes, a couple of fillings alongside maintenance) and the dental hygienists have helped me build confidence and routine with teeth brushing and flossing. There’s definitely a premium to pay (with location and quality of care for example) but the feeling of safety and calm I have felt has definitely been worth paying for and I see myself staying here for care long term. Every person I've spoken to at the clinic has been nothing short of professional, friendly, and understanding. Fantastic experience: I was recommended this clinic and a dentist by a friend who is a patient here. I contacted the clinic and was contacted through WhatsApp (not phone, which is VERY important to a millennial haha) I was already glad, then got booked in next day for my first appointment and had the treatment done there and then by Romina (who was recommended to me), best experience I've had with dentists in England and how every dentist should be, transparent, open, keep the patient in the loop of what's happening in their mouth step by step, took photos to show the problem too, it's been a few days now after I had a filling and I have no issues with it, will definitely recommend to people I know and will probably not go anywhere else as long as I stay in this city :)

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that since Romina has been my Dentist, I have not been afraid she is always friendly and reassuring and gentle. She never pushes any type of treatment on me in fact, just the opposite, persuade me to take care of the teeth I have! I have also had a whitening treatment and a filling over the past six years she has been my ;Dentist. I cannot highly recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm embarrassed to say it's been a while since visiting a dentist. Found Gartside Street Dental Lounge online. Had my fist visit yesterday. The surgery is lovely and the Reception staff very welcoming. The dentist and his staff again very welcoming. X-rays & photos taken and everything explained, problem tooth got a temporary fix. Very happy with the whole process yesterday. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It’s so hard to find good dentists especially in the city centre but it is such a pleasure to come here ! I’ve been coming for years and my partner has a monthly subscription which he loves ! Dr. Nilesh is honestly a god send ! I was having trouble with a tooth gem I got done and he was able to removed the gem and clean up the composite left behind in just a few minutes. Thank you so much for your terrific service guys !

Fantastic experience: Hello, I been first time to this clinic one year ago for a check, I met doctor Nilesh and he 's been really satisfactory explaining all the dental plan that was more suitable for my case. After a year I finished my dental plan and the results are stunning. This clinic have super charming lounge, lovely receptionist always there to provide further support or just to welcome you with a nice coffee, the hygienist team it's also fabulous provide you all the advices you need to improve your brush technique. I need to say thanks to all dental lounge team and to Mr Nilesh for all cares that provided to me with excellent service. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist for years. My teeth were in a pretty bad state and needed quite a lot of work to get them back to normal. Dr Bhatt and his team were fantastic from the start. They put me at my ease, helping me get over the initial shame I felt at letting my teeth get so bad. Dr Bhatt came up with a comprehensive plan to restore my teeth back to the way they used to be. I've had crowns, bridges and implants fitted and bone grafts carried out. His work is exemplary and I am so pleased with the results. I can highly recommend Dr Bhatt and Gartside Street Dental Lounge.

Fantastic experience: I rarely see the dentist and have been a bit negligent with my dental health over the years, so I started to have problems recently and was recommended Gartside. I have consulted with both Dr Nilesh and Dr Romina and both have been thorough in their assessments, good at explaining things and recommending the most appropriate and safest treatment options for me. Very knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff are also friendly and welcoming, the clinic is really nice and clean inside, and the booking system which is also online is very convenient. In terms of comparison I have only had experience with two other private dental clinics in my life, and Gartside have been excellent, overall I have had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Bhatt and all the staff at Gartside Street Dental Lounge for the wonderful care I have received with regards to my dental journey. I had quite a bad experience with numerous dentists in the past which made me very anxious about attending the dentist again. My teeth were not in a good shape due to medical negligence and so could not smile the way I wanted to and was afraid they would fall out. However at GSDL my treatment plan was thoroughly explained and any questions I had were answered in a clear understanding way which put my mind at ease. The staff provided excellent patient care throughout and are very happy to help. During the process of my implant treatment Nilesh made sure I always felt comfortable with minimal discomfort. Everything was to a high standard and you can see the professionalism in his work. This has made me have a renewed trust in dentist’s especially in Nilesh.
