Fantastic experience: Was able to fit me in for an emergency treatment on the same day by staying open past hours. Treatment was reasonably priced given it was an emergency. Dr. Alex also really makes you feel calm and has great music choice! Something you defiantly want from your dentist, especially as I'm scared of them!

Fantastic experience: I had a great first visit with Dr. Edina Jude, and their team, one of whom I’m already familiar with. From the moment I walked in, Dr Jude was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. My matter is quite complex and so Dr Jude took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely seemed to have cared about my dental health. I really appreciated how they answered all my questions and didn’t rush the process, or try and hard sell any of the treatments. They used their real life circumstances to help put things into context for me. I’m glad I found Dr Jude and cannot wait to resume my treatment; I’ve already been coming to the practice for 2+ years and definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled dentist!

Fantastic experience: Today I visited for an airflow hygienist treatment. I saw Dr Edina Jude who explained everything very clearly and then sent me an email detailing further treatment that I may need in the future. Dr Edina Jude Has amazing energy. She is engaging and makes you feel so welcome. I have to say this is the best treatment that I have received from Highfield dental. Don’t get me wrong I have always been treated well hence why I keep returning it’s been about around 8years! But today I have to mention was first class. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy with the check up and filling I got at this practice! I've now registered with them as my dentist going forwards. I had a check up elsewhere at a practice which wasn't very good, and they identified one filling which I needed, and I decided to get a second opinion and came here. This practice was much better, told me more about my teeth and actually I needed three!! Thank you to Dr Alex for being super reassuring and explaining everything - he was wonderful and clearly so knowledgeable. Dr Edina did three of my fillings in one sitting and she was so kind, careful and the outcome is excellent. She explained everything to me and checking I was okay through the procedure, and even asked what music I wanted on before we started to make me feel comfortable. She showed me afterwards photos she took of the decay/ my tooth so I could understand and see the work she did. The fillings look amazing - I got composite (white) fillings and you can't even see where they are. I am so, so glad I came to this dentist practice and can't recommend them highly enough, they are very experienced (especially after the rubbish one I went to initially). It's worth getting a good dentist!!! If I'd have kept with the last one and not got the fillings I needed now, I would have needed more severe work done in the future. Fantastic experience: I got couple molar implants done via this dental clinic. It was an excellent and straight forward experience. I could have gone abroad to get it done. But i am glad i kept it to london. The clinic is in Brent Cross / Golders Green area. Which is pefect location if driving, coming off the m1 in no time. Not far from the underground station if ever coming that way. The total for the 2 molars was just under £3k for me. After initial consultation i had to get 3D mouth xray scan done. This was done via specialist in central london. Not this clinic itself. Once that scan was done, to see if i got enough bone in the gum / jaw, it was, so it was  game on to get procedure done. Alex who was the surgeon dentist set out the plan. It took a couple months going back and forth with appointments. But when he started the procedure he anesthetised the mouth, cut into the gum, drilled holes into the jaw, placed the pegs, it was done. For me it was no more invasive or painful than root canal surgery. Alex ordered the toothes. We waited for the abutements to fully set into the jaw over a couple month. He then placed zirconium teeth in place, filed it down a little bit & it was done. I now have my missing molars back. After a few weeks the teeth now feel natural. The whole experience was faultless. I cannot criticise any aspect of it. I cant speak for anyone else but it all went to plan for me, start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Had an extraction of a wisdom tooth and an Implant replacement and both went so well, Alex really made me feel comfortable and can tell he is an expert in his field. All around a 5 star experience

Fantastic experience: I finally got to be seen by Dr G Brander, the Dentist, and what a compassionate affable professional he is! Right from the reception, i was given a warm welcome and after a few minutes wait in a comfortable settee was ushered in to see him. Any trepidation that's usually associated with that reclining chair at a dentist's evaporated into the cool breeze of the air conditioned consultation room on what was a hot and humid summer's day. Travelling from Essex to this Golders Green practice was a bit of a stretch but with the experience of the reception staff, the consultative visit and the x-rays that Dr Brander explained understandably well, the distance in commuting paled into nothingness, and I'd happily recommend this place to anyone searching for a good dentist in London.

Negative experience: I found this dentist on groupon. When I call them they explained to me how its work,i have to come for check up what cost £50and at the end they say they will give me this same price like on groupon without booking through them. 17/08/2023 i had an appointment. After that doctor say that after 10 day they will send me email with idea how my tooth will looks after treatment. They took money but never contact me

Fantastic experience: I had an awful nerve pain on my tooth thought was going to have to get root canal but I was saved from spending all that money as found a gum issue on 9 of my teeth caused from grinding which I didn’t even know I did ! Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental surgery. Gaston Brander has been helping me with aligners to straighten teeth, for the past 7 months, and did some cosmetic bonding. Gaston is kind, professional, and friendly. He consistently checked that I was happy with the treatment and wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with the treatment at the end. Negative experience: Scammers . They ask for £50 to book an initial appointment and won’t refund it if you are not suitable for treatment . Receptionist is rude as ever and dentist won’t speak to you to answer no questions you might have without being paid first . Staff no helpful , policies are a way to take money from people .Horrible dentist practise

Fantastic experience: Dr Gaston is an amazing dentist. He is friendly, thorough and patient. He never recommends treatments you don’t need (something I’ve experienced at other dentists in the past, unfortunately) and will help you find the best solution for your needs/wants/budget. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have Dr Gaston Brander to work on my teeth. My case was pretty complicated, but his perseverance to get my smile right meant the world to me. He's a perfectionist and offered me multiple options to achieve my smile, for both top and bottom. The entire team there are always so helpful and friendly, and I honestly can't thank them enough for giving me the confidence again to smile. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Negative experience: Went for a hygienist clean. Their price is £70 for approx 30min. Mine lasted approx 15min and was charged the full £70! Dentist response was the time was appropriate for the clean and he could have worked slowly and used up 30min. I felt that was a sarcastic reply. At the end of the day charging a customer £70 for a 15 min appointment is daylight robbery. Talk about being ripped off! Surely, if it took 15min then a fairer way would be to pro rata their charges accordingly. I'm a loyal Customer but I don't think I will be returning to this practice. Update (20/04/22): I visited my local NHS practice for a check-up and they recommended I have another hygienist clean. Upshot is: Urgent Dental Care did not do a good job at cleaning my teeth. I now need to pay a further £90 to get another clean done and it's less than a couple of months after the clean by Urgent Dental Care! Also, my local NHS practice identified an issue with one of my molars which Urgent Dental Care didn't identify via multiple X-Rays.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I am making a Google review, which says something. I first became a patient of Dr. Diego a few years ago. I recently had an issue with my veneers (caused by another dentist) and I returned to Dr. Diego for a solution. Diego was able to get me in for an appointment, promptly after I contacted him. He explained very clearly my options and is always happy to answer any questions throughly. Most importantly, he manages expectations extremely well and will always recommend the the least invasive treatment first opposed to trying to upsell more expensive treatments that are not required. I highly recommend this practice.

He sorted a huge problem with my teeth that was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort so I am very thankful for the appointment I had with him. Thank you very much urgent dental care. I would also like to thank Dr. Gaston Brander for seeing me so quickly for my fillings and deep cleaning. He is so informative and nice.
