Fantastic experience: My children and I have been a patient with Diamond Dental for some time, and the team always make us feel relaxed and comfortable having a slight fair of the dentist I sometimes can feel nervous and anxious and having experienced a sore gum and swollen cheek while on holiday, after calling and asking for some advice the member of staff was so helpful and managed to get me an appointment. Miss Diamond was so helpful and was able to diagnose my problem, and prescribed me some medication and I'm booked in for a follow-up appointment. Thank you to all the staff at Diamond Dental care. Fantastic experience: I saw Marc Sherwood the dental hygienist recently. He was a lovely bubbly guy. Very knowledgeable and obviously cares about his patients. He doesn't lecture you about oral hygiene. He just tells you what is best and how to achieve it. The lady dentist saw me when I was experiencing pain. It turned out it was an abscess. I was given a prescription for antibiotics. I really like this dental practice.

Negative experience: cancelled my appointment with short notice and no excuse - this is everything but professional.

Negative experience: In 2022 they removed me from the NHS list and forced me to go private. In doing so their delay in treatment caused me to get a very nasty infection which resulted in weeks of agony before I eventually had to get my tooth removed at the dental hospital as an emergency. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am an absolute nightmare of a patient at the dentist. This practice really do have a handpicked team who are all so kind and genuinely caring. I am embarrassed with the state I get into but they all do their best to help and I get the best care. The staff at reception are so welcoming and you can tell they love their work and want to do their best. I have never had anything but a lovely genuine welcome from them all. My usual dentist is Dr Claire Walker. She deserves a medal with how she has coped with my nerves! She has a very calming influence. Today I was seen by Dr Tara Diamond and she was amazing and I got such great service. Tara treats you like a friend and she wants to help you. Cant recommend this place enough.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would have. This practice is knowingly putting children through traumatic procedures claiming there is no other option. Despite me finding out what to do, and how to do a required referral, they are still trying to persuade me to put my daughter in a situation that will haunt her. When I asked to speak to Tara, the owner, I was told she will be too busy to talk to me! Thankfully I have found a dentist who knows (and is willing) to do referral. Shocking service.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with the practice for over twenty years. I have watched it blossom and grow under the leadership of Tara Diamond, the practice owner. The staff are great, very welcoming, understanding, capable, helpful and execute their interactions with patients with a smile - a genuine one - not put on. I have significant health problems and Tara is very cognisant of what this implies for my present and future dental care. She is a highly qualified and capable professional. So is Marc, who takes care of my dental hygiene. He is a lovely person as well. In addition to routine dental services they also provide a wide range of other treatments, such as cosmetic treatments, some of which I have had, administered by Tara. I would not consider going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I joined this practice over a year ago . I have to say found the staff ,care and service therein second to none ! I have had the occasion to see all of the Dentists within the practice at some point this last while with ongoing issues and ALL of them have been incredibly patient , understanding and accommodating . Any work carried out has been incomparable (particularly given the current climate and the challenges it must pose for them .) The surgery is scrupulously clean with hand sanitising ports in situ now as well . I’m not a “nervous patient “ but I would imagine if you had any sort of “Fear of the Dentist” this would unquestionably be your Port of Call . Thank you to Emma, Amy ,Tara ,Rachel and indeed all of the staff , I’m not quite sure you all realise what little gems you all are ! Clare

He has put me so much at ease with his calm, pleasant, professional manner that I feel confident enough to have the treatment I need done by him and not under sedation, which is a massive feat in itself. Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment that was pain-free and discomfort-free. To me, that combined with a successful outcome is the Holy Grail. By way of background, I visited the Diamond Practice last week with an expectation of needing fillings and that was confirmed by XRay. Before the fillings, I expressed that I have a fair pain threshold peripherally, but my mouth is exceptionally sensitive. We discussed this and how pain or discomfort can be managed. I agreed the proposal and the result was the most comfortable Dental appointment I have ever experienced. It is nice when a Clinician listens and is attentive to a patient's apprehensions and addresses those so practically and effectively. All in all, my visit exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this practice without reservation.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to diamond dental, I’m a mature lady with a nervous disposition. I need extensive dental care and was so worried about being judged by the practitioner. I wanted a female dentist and my daughter found diamond dental care and Emma online she also was able to book the appointment there and then. I was feeling so terrible about my dental issue and very anxious. I felt completely different leaving the practice. Right from the get go I was met by two smashing and friendly reception girls, that put me at ease right away, my consultation with the lovely Emma went well, I did not feel judged in any way in fact I felt hopeful and Emma exceeded my expectations. What a terrific young woman she is, I could continue to sing the praises of diamond dental but folk would think I had shares in it.......diamond service highly recommend.
