Fantastic experience: I had an implant placement at Bury House Dental Practice 2 weeks ago. Today I've been for a check. The experience has been almost painless and non traumatic thanks to Vinny, implant dentist and Sikha Dental nurse, both very skilled and professional.

From the time I walked in with a warm welcome from the receptionists to to when I left, felt at ease Had AJ for extraction, as a nervous patient she was very reassuring and do not be rush, everything was explained The hygienist , was without doubt one of the best I have experienced, again not rushed , and explained everything as she progressed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to get into a dentist for years after moving i got in here. My kids and partner are registered here aswell on the nhs. They've been great with my toddler and he always walks away with a sticker. They help me when I have the toddler and baby getting up the stairs as well as always making sure my nosey toddler is included which i thinn really helps as he always sits well tobget his teeth checked as he watches me get mine done and can see all the tools and talk to the dentist The reception staff are kind polite and accommodating. There are also toys in the waiting room to keep the littlest occupied whilst waiting. Really great dentist and staff 10 out of 10!!

Fantastic experience: This was an emergency appointment and can honestly say could not have chosen a better dentist totally professional from start to finish and absolutely lovely people very understanding that your in pain and tried to make it as easy as they could would highly recommend them . To be honest I am actually looking forward to going back for a check up on what they have done for me .

Positive experience: Good Surgey got in on time but the appointment only lasted 3 minutes and cost almost £27, don't feel like I get much out of the appointment and seems a lot of money to spend for a checkup

Fantastic experience: This practice was recommended to me after really not liking another practice in Stowmarket. They are brilliant, the hygienist & dentist are great. They do what they are supposed to do for NHS patients and don't just count your teeth at a check up!! All staff are friendly and polite......the best practice locally. Really happy now and don't dread the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Bury House Dental Practice over a year now after several bad experiences at another dentist. Bury House have been great. They took my children on as NHS patients, the staff are friendly and the dentist is fab with my children. We’ve always been able to get appointments that suit us and it’s been easy to rearrange appointments when needed without issue. I’ve been really pleased with the service, so I’m happy to recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of the dentist but this place is fantastic. They seem to be very person centred. From the moment I walked in to when I walked out I felt cared for. The dentist was lovely very kind and gentle and has a hand like velvet. I hardly felt anything during my appointment. Don’t just judge this practice on the negative reviews. Pay them a visit and decide for ur self. A 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Company and highly recommended

Fantastic experience: First time in bury house dental today and It was for routine check up, I walked in with my 3 year old son and my girlfriend and was greeted by a very polite Receptionist who made effort with my son and was very surprised to see a box of toys in the reception area for him to play with which was great. I then Met my dentist and this is by far the best dentist I have ever had so polite so reassuring and every detail was explained and showed to myself. Honestly amazing job thankyou

Positive experience: The receptionist on duty on this particular day was not easy to understand and twice called me 'darling' which is very unprofessional. Today when I had to phone to change my appointment the receptionist was very polite, friendly yet professional and very efficient. I know I am only an NHS patient but feel that a check-up lasting less than 3 minutes is very poor value and shows a lack of patient care or personal attention.

Fantastic experience: Went to Bury House Dental practice and saw Sai Sowmya Kanumuru. She was very attentive and thorough. I really rated her and felt that had I had any dent Al issues she would have found them. Although I’ve never met her before I don’t think she could have given s better level of service even if I’d been a family member. I will try to ensure that I see her in future.

Negative experience: Dentist was rude abd abrupt. Told me I need Root Canal treatment or I can have the tooth removed ! Told me I needed to go to Bury to have the treatment at a cost of £800 . I have since seen and joined another dentist , they have taken 3 X - rays and confirmed I DO NOT need Root Canal treatment . All about making money or just ripping out your teeth . Disgusting to be told if I am not having the treatment I can't be in that much pain. Shame on you and terrible way to treat patients!

Fantastic experience: Urgent appointment needed, googled dentists around Stowmarket and chose Bury House because of its 5 star ratings. Receptionist very welcoming. The dentist and her team were very friendly and professional, talked to me throughout the issues I had, informed me of the costs prior to treatment and made sure it was acceptable, carried out the treatment required without any adverse issues. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been having work done on my teeth at this practice and am absolutely thrilled with the results so far! Bhanodaya has been brilliant at trying to get the best results but also trying to keep the cost down. Both her and Sowjanya have done wonders with my teeth and even stayed after hours as I had a Wedding to attend and a holiday and I wanted to be able to smile! I can not recommend this practice enough! All the staff are friendly and I actually look forward to going as the results so far are amazing.
