Fantastic experience: Dr. Salam at Toothclub is absolutely wonderful with kids. My children love him, and he made them feel completely at ease during their dental visit. Fantastic experience: Would give 10 stars if I could. I booked in for a consultation with Toni the branch manager, and she was so welcoming and helpful. I explained what I was self conscious about, and she explained the process very well, and I was booked in within 10 days to start my new smile journey with composite bonding. Toni was very helpful with all my questions via email, which settled my worries. I had my composite bonding on my top teeth done by Damla, I could not fault her at all, friendly, gentle and explained things and gave me time to think about options. I have now booked in already to have my bottom set done in a few weeks time with Damla again. Thank you so much

Negative experience: Do not use this place. They are utterly rubbish. I’ve been using them for about 5 years. My appointment 5 months ago I was told I needed 5 fillings. So I took out one of there loans as they are £150 each. After a few days I decided not to have the treatment as I’m wondering why do I need 5 fillings now and not since my last appointment. I have recently had an appointment and now I only need 2 fillings . 6 months later I am still waiting a refund. Phone calls do not get returned. Numerous emails. Absolute rubbish business. I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: Just went in there today , few minutes ago. I wanted to ask about getting an appointment as it will be my first ever dentist appointment. A blonde girl at the front desk with lip fillers was very rude has zero customer service and doesn’t know how to talk with people. Shame I didn’t get the name but I won’t even go back there to book.

Visiting the dentist is never pleasant but the reception staff Evelina and Elina were wonderfully friendly and helpful and the Dentist Hygienist Swarga and dentist Nurse Fathima were amazing. Sensitive and patient, excuse the pun. So much so I have requested my next visit with Swarga. Brilliant

Negative experience: Diabolical service, charged me £1000 up front, couldnt provide the service they charged me for, they blamed the Lab, then refused to refund me for 28 working days, and after today, im not in the Uk, they take money straight away, then keep it, do not trust this dentists, i will now report them to the relevent authority, disgraceful treatment

Negative experience: Back in April, after multiple emails back and forth, I was told I’d receive a £100 partial refund after a receptionist at the Ipswich branch admitted there had been a miscommunication from the dentist regarding treatment and pricing. I paid for a treatment plan that doesn’t actually exist (in-house whitening AS WELL AS at-home trays/gels for maintenance). She clearly stated that this was why the refund was being authorised, as the dentist had given me false information. I was told I’d receive the money within 28 working days — which has long passed — and I still haven’t received a thing. I’ve contacted head office multiple times, only to be told they couldn’t reach the branch manager and would “leave a message.” No one ever called me back. Today, after calling 4 times in the space of a week, I finally received a call back from head office. They told me they had finally spoken to the branch manager (Toni) — who is now saying that the receptionist who authorised the refund is on annual leave, so she can’t chase it up until next week. Frankly, this is just the latest in a long line of excuses and delays, and I’ve completely lost faith in this company’s ability to take responsibility for its own mistakes. If I don’t receive an answer within the next 7 days, I’ll be attempting to obtain the full treatment cost back via small claims, not just the £100 initially promised. Avoid this place if you value transparency, professionalism, or basic customer service.

Negative experience: When I first went to tooth club hygiene visits/check ups all good so I joined the monthly plan, I saw a new dentist said I needed filling, my cap had dropped so needed replacement so I decided to add whitening also, now the tooth that had had composite bonding no pain or problems before, since having it done sensitivity pain, headaches in that side, when I went to pick up whitening I mentioned this didn’t even bother to check the tooth, this morning I have paid another dentist practice to check my teeth and that tooth needs redoing, the cap hasn’t dropped and suggested not having it done due to fact I might end up loosing that tooth and would need over £2000 back up if that happened and needed to have my bite corrected prior to that, I appreciated his honesty, but considering I have now whitened the teeth ready to change the cap I am now deeply disappointed! I didn’t get 10% of either of them treatments considering I am on the monthly plan so have wasted nearly £600 plus then £80 for a second opinion this morning and left with tooth ache that I have never suffered with before not one to leave reviews normally but wouldn’t want anyone else to be put in this position ! The dentist I spoke to this morning said to ask to be redone or refund I don’t want to step into that clinic again !

Negative experience: Absolutely awful, I’ve paid in the thousands at this practice and the attitude is plain rude, had an appointment, for Monday coming don’t bother to contact you, just send an email, when I call up the woman in the phone was like yes so, what do you want me to do, i ask to be booked back in, i need this appointment before my appointment on the 2nd apparently couldn’t get me in for weeks, when i said i will be making a complaint, and I wanted to speak to the manager, i was put on hold for 10 minutes and then i can have an appointment for the 26th absolute joke, so once had my teeth done this time I would rather pay more else where, they don’t care just want to con people out of money. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else

Negative experience: Ipswich branch miss informing patients and procedures and deliberately booking follow up appointments after 30 days so they can re charge you £75 for a continual ongoing treatment. My wife has been very badly treated and not listened to by staff or manager of Ipswich branch. Such a shame as they started off ok.

Dr Aya Zaghwan I attended the Clinic to have Composite Bonding Applied by the Dr due to the fact that in my mid Sixties my teeth had become badly chipped and stained. Fantastic experience: We had a very good experience with Dr. Syed Salman Shah at the dental clinic. My daughter had her upper front tooth chipped and she was very anxious about the appointment and the procedure. But Dr. Salman was patient with her and performed the proceedure perfectly. He's quite capable at his job and loyal to his profession. He explained what had been done and gave valuable advice. After the procedure, my daughter was very happy when the repaired tooth was revealed to her and that the tooth had been skillfully repaired. In addition, the environment and other staff at the clinic were very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with a recent tooth filling at this dental practice. It was clear that the assistants lacked proper training, and what concerned me most was the difficulty in communicating with the dentist after the treatment when issues arose. Due to this, I decided to cancel all upcoming appointments I had booked for my entire family. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional and reliable dental care.

Negative experience: Shocking experience, they attempted to upsell the whole time and I felt like their aim wasn’t to help it was to make more money. Never normally leave bad reviews but I felt I needed to as I would never recommend the tooth club and for everyone to avoid this place.

Negative experience: I was booked in for a hygiene clean and examination. The dentist Aya Zaghwan who did my hygiene clean spent 5 minutes on session I was done. hygiene clean is a 30 minutes session. After I wanted voice my complaint about the poor service I was met by a the manager Tony her angry tone and clearly has no people skills. Claimed my hygiene was cancelled and voice mail was left. Which is completely false if my hygiene session was cancelled why did the dentist do it? Also if a session is cancelled and follow email would be sent to reschedule. Tony (Manager) claimed this is not what they do again I phoned the head office to clarify if this is true and they came back to me saying what Tony (Manager) said is completely false. Tony (Manager) clearly is under pressure and not cut for the job just the way she addressed me in very rude tone and quite shouty. She is actually very pathetic person and taught basic manners. I would keep clear of this place until they retrained their staff and get a new manager

Negative experience: Update After several months without seeing a dentist I finally managed to get booked in, once I arrived at the clinic it became clear that the dentist was not trained in Invisalign so could not help me at all? She decided to do my next clincheck for me and proceeded to become very stressed about this probably due to the lack of organisation here and dealing with complaints. After ringing tooth club a week later to check if my next Invisalign was in, I was told once they were I would be informed however due to how unreliable they are I called them to chase this up the following week to be told that my clincheck wasn’t completely properly and that I would need to come back in wasting yet more of my time! Please avoid this place if you’re thinking about Invisalign or any treatments for that matter. It is beyond a joke. Can anyone advise me on how to take this matter further as I would like to seek compensation for this shocking treatment. My experience with the Tooth Club has been flawed from the start by a series of frustrating experiences. The process has been plagued by disorganisation and changes in dentists, leading to a lack of continuity in care. This has been going on for well over 2 years. Appointments were frequently cancelled, worsening the already stressful situation. Communication throughout the process was poor, with vital information regarding pricing, package inclusions, and changes in finance options being unclear or provided last minute. Once I had begun my Invisalign treatment, the Tooth Club attempted to switch me to another provider without adequately informing me or providing details about the new aligner company. Despite initially feeling comfortable and supported by my first dentist, particularly considering the challenges posed by the pandemic, I now question as to whether the treatment should have been offered if the Tooth Club could not guarantee a consistent and reliable service. I have since been made aware that my second dentist lacked qualifications in orthodontics and should have been supervised, raising concerns about the standard of care I have received. The dentist has now left the practice and there is no resolution in sight, I have waited months to get an appointment in with the new dentist who has fobbed me off as I am an existing patient, and it seems as though they only want to deal with new Invisalign patients rather than clearing up the mess the previous dentist has left. The Tooth Club has added me to a list of "disgruntled patients" to determine the fate of my treatment and this only adds insult to injury, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and uncertain about the future of my Invisalign treatment with this practice.

Negative experience: My Struggle with NHS Dental Care: A Frustrated Patient’s Journey In June 2024, I was scheduled for what should have been a straightforward procedure: removing a decayed tooth under a bridge and then getting a denture replacement. I paid £100 upfront, expecting a smooth process. Instead, my experience has turned into a long, agonizing wait filled with administrative errors and a lack of empathy. The Long Wait and Shifting Appointments After my initial appointment, a referral for tooth removal was sent to another dentist—resulting in a one-year waiting list. By October 2024, my condition worsened dramatically as my tooth became badly infected. I managed to secure an emergency appointment (starting at 12 am and leaving at 3 pm), yet even the emergency services couldn’t escape the NHS’s systemic delays. Prescription Problems and Communication Breakdowns During this crisis, I had to resort to purchasing a private prescription for £36 while trying to get an NHS one. My journey took me back and forth between treatment centers (TC) and even to Boots. At one point, I waited an hour during a lunch break just to see a dentist while in severe pain. The most baffling moment came when I was handed a new NHS prescription at Boots—only to be told it hadn’t been signed. I returned to the TC, where I was rudely instructed to sign the prescription myself. This raised a troubling question: is it even legal for a patient to be forced to sign their own NHS prescription? According to guidance I’ve seen online, prescriptions must be signed by a registered prescriber. If a dentist is asking you to sign it, that’s not standard practice and might be a breach of protocol. The Ongoing Cycle of Delays With my dentist having left the TC, I was forced to have my referral done again, only to be hit by another setback: my additional X-rays, which were supposed to expedite the process, meant I’d face a three-month wait. The new referral was rejected, and I’ve now been pushed back to the bottom of the list. Reflecting on the Experience As an NHS patient, I expected a system designed to care for me, not to leave me in pain with endless administrative hurdles. The repeated delays, conflicting messages, and the outright dismissal of my concerns have left me not only in discomfort but also deeply frustrated with a system that seems to have forgotten the value of patient care. While I’m not a legal expert, the insistence that I sign my own prescription raises serious concerns about professional responsibility and patient rights. I hope that sharing my experience will spark a conversation about how NHS dental services can improve and truly meet the needs of those they serve. My tooth is due to come out in the next six months. This started in June 2024. I'm am at the bottom of the list.

Negative experience: Avoid this place ! Experience with Tooth Club is shocking from the very beginning. First of all , they booked an appointment for Tuesday 7th (event wrote a date on my coupon my husband gifted to me) then the we received an email that it’s booked for Monday 13th. On the appointment day receptionist sent me to the wrong waiting room. Thank God my husband had an appointment before me and found me there. Then I had dental hygiene and teeth whitening. It was so painful and unpleasant the whole time. I told to hygienist that my gums are quite sensitive, they didn’t seem to care. After my appointment I was in such an agony and noticed red mark on gums. And it just got worse and worse. My gums were burnt terribly. It’s been over a week now and they still in a very bad state, live on painkillers. And now there’s a big gap in my gums. Very unprofessional team. Didn’t bother to contact them after reading all the bad reviews, they never get it sorted.

Negative experience: My review comes at the back of frustrating experiences with this practice and if I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a private patient with this practice since 2021. Today (28/10/2024) I went for a composite bonding ‘consultation’ booked at 9am. I got checked in by the woman at reception and was told by her to go to the waiting room. I waited in the waiting room and waited. I saw two sets of patients coming in and being seen before me, and I’m assuming these are NHS patients because it’s their children that were being seen. After waiting for 25 minutes I decided to go to reception to find out what was happening as I had actually taken time out of work to attend this appointment. It turned out that the person I was seeing was the same woman who checked me in. She wasn’t even a clinician, it turned out she was a glorified receptionist. I complained, about my wait. I didn’t even get an apology. She asked me if I want to rebook and I told her no, I will see her now as I’ve come all this way and the appointment, really shouldn’t have taken more than 5mins. I saw that same gloried receptionist, who I don’t even know the name of because she didn’t have the courtesy to introduce herself. After speaking to her I established that the composite bonding would be £250. It’s worth noting that this is conversation which I could have had over the telephone, rather than wasting 30 minutes of my day waiting to see a glorified receptionist. I’ve already done investigations as to what it would cost to have this procedure done at more professional practices and I’ve been quoted £350. Frankly, I’d rather pay £350 than waste £250 at Toothclub. The only reason I decided to inquire from Tooth Club is because I’d been a long standing customer and thought I may as well find out what they can do despite being very sceptical about their cosmetic treatments if the customer reviews are anything to go by. Generally the admin staff at this practice are very unprofessional. This orgnisation must be trying to cut costs by employing people who aren’t well trained. The clinicians have been hit and miss, but on the whole very unprofessional. The only reason I stayed with this practice for so long is because I was being seen by Dr Nicholas who was very professional and took his time to understand patient’s needs and delivered a decent service. I suspect Dr Mostafa would have been good too, but I saw him only once because he wasn’t available on Fridays which was the best day for me to have my 6 month check ups. Sam the dental hygienist was very very good. Unfortunately I don’t have positive things to say for the last dentist I saw, Dr Lana. The first time I saw her was when Dr Nicholas had left, I thought she was okay during that first appointment and was happy to continue with her. However my second check up with her was very very weird. It felt very rushed and I didn’t know what her problem was. She was very distracted and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was dealing with complaints; I suspect she is always putting out fires based on those reviews alone. Whatever the reason, I found her behaviour very strange. When Dr Nicholas left, the surgery didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that they were booking me with a new dentist, and because that’s how unprofessional they are. The model is very much about making money and less about customer care or continuity of customer care. They also want to paint themselves as top of the class in cosmetic treatments, but I’ve always been sceptical of their claims. It’s very clear that there’s a lot of marketing being done to distort reality, using TOWIE and Love Island type of influencers who haven’t even done their teeth there. The turnover of dentists is rather telling. Future customers beware, especially those paying for private treatment and those looking for professional family practices should also be aware that you would just be an another number in the books. I know of a girl who won a legal claim against this practice and that is very telling. I'm done with this practice.

Negative experience: Dissapointing that you are not listened too. Third visit for my husband with the same tooth . Extreme pain for weeks I asked for emergency appointment and he got a young person who could only look at it and suggest another appointment for a dentist ??? Is this because we are NHS .

Fantastic experience: Let's just say, I'm not exactly a "dentist enthusiast." I've always avoided them like a sugar-craving toddler avoids a vegetable patch. But when my tooth started acting like a drama queen every time I touched a cold drink or a piece of chocolate, I knew it was time to face the music (or, in this case, the drill). My friend told me about Tooth Club, so I took the plunge and met Dr. Shah. He was like a calming oasis in the middle of a dentist's office! He eased my anxiety and explained everything so clearly. I even knew what to expect during the filling, which was like a mini-vacation compared to my usual dental nightmares. It was actually a pleasant experience, who knew? Fantastic experience: Very welcoming atmosphere, staff are all chatty and polite. I’m not one for going to the dentist as I have severe anxiety and although that was still there they talked me through my initial consultation and advised what would need doing. The manager was lovely when very informative when talking me through options. I have yet to decide if I shall have the work completed but if I do this will be my first port of call. Fantastic experience: Had whitening & composite bonding done over two years ago with Dr Mostafa at Ipswich who is lovely! 10000% recommend! My teeth are still looking nice and white 2 years later. Went in this week to grab some more whitening syringes as thought you could pop in and purchase but was a bit of a mix up and I needed an appointment - as this is a prescription and due to the length of time since treatment the dentist needed to check over my teeth to make sure everything was ok! Which is good to know they care about your safety first and foremost. Francesca on reception and Toni the manager were both fab and tried to get me seen whilst I was there as I had driven a bit of a way but unfortunately Dr Mostafa was busy. Francesca secured me an appointment the next day though which was great! Thank you to all the staff I dealt with at The Tooth Club Ipswich- every time i’ve visited it’s been friendly and nice and i’ve felt at ease.

Negative experience: If there is a star below one star, Tooth Club Ipswich deserves it. I started my Brace journey early last year, when my friends recommended there(they no longer go there because of the same problem). The orthodontist started well for 3 months, then I started getting calls and emails about the cancellation of my appointment because he is on compassionate leave. I had to wait months for a new orthodontist to come in after so many back and forth. The new orthodontist, examined my teeth and noticed I had two teeth fused in a spot. And she suggested I extract one of it before she could start a new brace journey with me. My question is, If the first orthodontist is a professional, why didn’t he suggest it before I even fixed the brace? I agreed to the tooth extraction and was left hanging. I go there severally to speak to the manager, she said it was my duty to chase my referral for the tooth extraction. I spoke to the orthodontist, she was yet to make a referral. Obviously someone is lying here. This isn’t the first time I am being lied to. I waited months, yet it was still the same tennis conversation. There was no transparency. During this process, I had sensitivity, I couldn’t eat or drink. It was winter, I had to wear a mask outside because the slightest air goes into my mouth, touches my teeth and sends shivers down my brain. I had temperature, I was stuck to taking paracetamol all the time without eating or drinking so well. At first, when it started, I called in the receptionist booked me in to see a dentist. He put wax in there and told me it was temporal. After few days, it went back to the same pain. I spoke to the manager about it, I couldn’t sleep well those period. My referral wasn’t done, I was in pain. She was yelling at me and said I should call 111. I called 111, they kept referring me back to my dental practice. I spoke to the manager again, she said I need to pay extra charges before I get attended to by the dentist. Like why? After being charged £4200? I requested for a refund at least I need to go to somewhere I will get value for my money. She said I should go home, that she would call me before the end of the day. I waited one week, yet no call. I got there and explained that for every time I come there, I miss work and don’t get paid for that day. That was when they pushed my referral for tooth extraction. I wasn’t comfortable with the idea and she said I should send an email requesting for a refund and wait 28 days. I waited over 40 days. I went there explaining that my wait period was over I need my money back. The manager said I should go for my extraction first and she would speak to the orthodontist. After the extraction, I went there, I spoke about my refund. Instead I was given a paper to sign to continue my brace journey with the new orthodontist. I told her I wasn’t happy with the service and i feel I am being restrained here. She fixed a new brace and said I eat soft food after 2 hours. I waited 5 hours without eating or drinking. my first food was banana. Immediately one brace broke off. I started having only smoothie, and in less than 48hours, 3 braces had already pulled off the bracket. Now the problem, the orthodontist comes in once a month. I had the wires poking each corner of my gum. I had to wait in frustration till the following month. When I went to her, she had them cut and filed off and refused to replace the braces that went off. She said because it might be the pressure from the teeth while pulling out a tooth. So I have to wait for the next appointment. The next appointment was yesterday and the orthodontist said they had no braces ordered for my lower teeth. After searching everywhere, luckily they found set of braces. It’s less than 24 hours, another brace fell off. My gum are spreading all over my teeth, she said she will use a laser after the braces are off, but some part not all of it because I need to speak to the manager about it. That means more money. At this point, I just need my money back.

Negative experience: very organised and fast turn around, with a good job done, but now i have had my teeth done, they don’t care. The situation was the fact that i had got charged more than i was meant to be, so i have been trying to follow it up for the past week nearly but got no where, as the women who always helped me on whatsapp all of a sudden won’t reply, so i call the reception and they ask me to email a certain email to sort it out, so i emailed and nothing, not even a reply. i then send another email and they responded the email is very busy and that they will have to do it over the phone, so it goes back round in a circle. i just feel like once you’ve had your treatment and paid, they don’t give you the same attention or help as they did before.

Negative experience: They preformed a deep filling on my 10 year old daughter without consent or any numbing injections. I was told they was just removing decay from the top and she was in absolute agony. I didn't understand why, however 4 days after the appointment at the dentists i was still popping paracetamol and ibuprofen down her. I assumed she was being over dramatic. However we had issues this year with the same tooth and was now expecting a filling to resolve the issues so we attended the tooth club (only dentist to touch her teeth) where i had been informed her tooth was beyond repair of a filling as shes already had one deep and close to the nerve! So now she must face a root canal or removal of an adult tooth because they failed to provide the adequate care in the first place. I have requested all medical records they hold for her however they have now gone over their 28day processing date as they have been made aware I've contacted legal support as my child shouldn't have too loose an adult tooth at her age! The service here is disgusting, they made us attend 3 different appointments over the same tooth for 3 different people to say it was just an inital appointment to assess her teeth. They have abused my child and are very reluctant to take responsibility for that. However as an adult I wouldn't have a deep filling without numbing so why put a child through it? Wheres the medical records I requested on 13th June? Take responsibility for the abuse my child experienced at the hands of one of your dentists whom have conviently "left now"

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs!! I first came to tooth club April 2023 as I was insecure about my teeth. I decided after being persuaded by Toni that composite bonding was the correct root for me as I was assured I would have the “perfect smile” I had a full set of composite bonding carried out by Larna, just 3 days after the procedure I had a whole composite fall out and nothing but issues since then. I have been back monthly for the same issues. I have had appointments canceled on the day, leaving me out of pocket due to having to take time out of work and also feeling insecure. I’ve had phone calls and emails ignored. Toni has been caught out lying to me on a number of occasions. The list goes on, that I have full evidence of. I have also been given advice on my next steps if necessary. At my last appointment I was offered a full refund. I have now taken up the offer of my refund and once again been ignored. Avoid tooth club!!!! EDIT: To the response below. I have now got a full understanding that composite bonding can chip, but I was not made aware of this until after my procedure and after my money had been taken. The dentist Larna and the manager Toni DID NOT inform me that this would be an issue until a later date and I had already had my teeth done. … chipping is the least of my concerns. As tooth club and the team are aware, the reason for them offering me a full refund is the following. My bite was incorrect, and I was unable to eat due to my teeth smashing together until the practice agreed to see me again… 3 DAYS after my procedure I had a full front Composite bond full off while sleeping. (Good job I didn’t choke) I have been back monthly for CHIPPING, LOSS OF WHOLE COMPOSITE BOND’S on a number of occasions. Currently writing this review with my whole bottom row of teeth chipped and a missing composite on the top row of my teeth. As tooth club stated in there response “as we explained during your visit and is also written in the consent forms” this is proof that a refund would not be illegible for chipping and is proof that my full refund is for other issues that I have faced during my poor experience with tooth club. I cannot stress enough this dentist is a scam, they will lie to your face. They are unprofessional and it seems to me that they are all under qualified. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her fist appointment after 2 years. As soon as you open the door, you feel comfortable and welcomed by the reception staff. Negative experience: Went to the hygienist the other day, was greeted by a RUDE dentist nurse who could barely manage to talk! (that or she doesn’t speak English? ) she then proceeded to push the sucker under my tongue so hard she took off some flesh, and continued to push it hard into my gums leaving them very sore and my tongue attachment red swollen and bruised! I can honestly say it was the worst experience of suction I have ever experienced in my whole life? I couldn’t eat that evening! If her attitude is SO Bad why is she even bothering to work in that environment? She needs to learn some etiquette OR QUIT?? Awful!!

Fantastic experience: I really can't give these guys enough credit for how helpful they have been for me. I have had a few issues with my teeth that needed sorting and also wanted some whitening and composite bonding, I had my initial consultation with Toni who really put me at ease and since then I have been back a number of times for appointments and to talk with Toni as certain things had to be changed. The staff have been so friendly, the dentists very informative and attentive and Toni has really given me service that is unparalleled with anywhere else I have been to. I highly recommend Toothclub Ipswich, I just can't fault them at all. Amazing service.

Negative experience: I underwent a series of appointments at Tooth Club Ipswich for a routine filling procedure. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by several instances of the filling failing to meet expectations. After the initial placement, I returned for adjustments on three subsequent occasions due to issues such as premature detachment, chipping, and discomfort. Despite the efforts to rectify the situation, the final outcome left much to be desired as the filling exhibited rough edges and a hollowed surface, leading to persistent food entrapment. While the staff demonstrated attentiveness, the overall outcome fell short of satisfactory standards."

Negative experience: Had an implant with them on a tooth that later I found out that could have been saved. This being my front tooth. the implant was not inserted into the right position, it was inserted into my nose bone, the pain was excruciating throughout the duration of the procedure and healing process , and I was left without a front tooth or even a mask for over 8 months. on top of this, it has been inserted into a bone that was not mature enough or not enough bone matter, where I should have had a bone graft added prior to the implant, due to this I developed perimplantitis, the implant had to be removed last month with a different practice and restart the whole procedure again. on top of this, the crown was not build properly, it was way too big, not letting me speak properly for over a year, and the implant was visible through the gap they left between the gum and the crown. the ''dentist'' has recommended me to leave it like this, as he left the implant exposed to facilitate easier cleaning. Absolute butchers!
