Fantastic experience: Couldn’t fault the service from, all the receptionist’/team, right down dentist! Laura has always been fantastic, along with her dental nurse. Painless, fast and made my day. I never had any faults! It’s nice to hear people been upbeat and positive. It’s a breath of fresh air!! I needed antibiotics, (The practice manager, who not only polite & responsive, with high praise made the antibiotics happen and fast). The care they gave/give to there patients is second to none. This is the best practice I’ve, ever gone to. Highly recommend!!

All actions were fully explained before delivery, during treatment I frequently gagged from the water being used, the dentist was very patient with me and frequently stopped to allow me to clear my throat. Negative experience: Had no issues with the dentists but the receptionists make it not worth going there. We were 5 min late for the appointment due to traffic and we were not allowed to go in. The manager was "of course" not there! And when I asked for the receptionist to have a word with the dentist, which I know is a very sweet person, she rudely refused and said she won't as the dentist is seeing someone else. She couldn't wait to say we are now banned from this dentist just for being 5min late. Will not recommend it to anyone and we have happily already found a new much nicer dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: At this visit I had a night time teeth protector completed and a broken front tooth remade. I was treated with politeness and caring. My teeth protector is perfect and my front tooth is so good the join is invisible. It looks like an original tooth, not a repair. My dentist is obviously an artist and NOT once did she say "Please open your mouth wider" which I found very reassuring. This practice is so wonderful that I have no worries attending and having treatment.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for the dentist, Dr Laura Palmer and the lovely dental nurse that works with her. Honestly, this duo has turned my opinion of this dental surgery around. We had terrible experiences a few years back with a male dentist and our son which led to my son snapping a tooth at gym line due to that dentist's ineptness HOWEVER these two goddesses have genuinely washed that experience away and I am eternally grateful to them. I have an ASD&ADHD son with sensory issues and I kid you not the genuine care and love they show him goes above and beyond. They explain everything, offer reasonable adjustments, answer questions and made his experience a curious and pleasant one. He can now sit in the seat and have treatment and tolerate the light and tools in his mouth and this is down solely to them. They deserve all the accolades and praise. Thank you so much for what you do and your gentle natures. Never change.

Positive experience: The dentists are always lovely but I keep having troubles with the receptionists as they are rude. They don’t salute you when you come in or go out, they don’t look at you when they are talking to you and they address to you in an impolite manner. They seem they don’t want to be there and make your stay really uncomfortable. I have been going to this dental practice for years now and I go often due to my kids revision and it is always the same. Apart from that, the service is great. Dentists are friendly and professional and they know how to deal with kids.

Fantastic experience: The practice is extremely popular and the team is very good at making sure you comfortable and if you’re nervous like myself I need reassurance, I get told exactly what is going to happen and keep me calm during my treatments

Positive experience: I only had a check up today which was very quick. All staff are pleasant. However I am hard of hearing and even with my hearing aids in, I struggle to understand what people are saying, especially when wearing a mask and not facing me. Also, when you phone, you are prompted to leave a message if no one answers. However, nobody bothers to phone back so why bother with this system. Update: I have had further check ups and a visit to the hygienist and on both occasions I was seen forty minutes late and twenty minutes late after my appointment time. Staff are apologetic but to me it's not good enough. I'm fortunate because I am retired but for those who are working this would be more time out of their day.

Fantastic experience: Have had quite a few appointments recently, good with waiting times and getting me booked in when needed. Everyone in the building are lovely - whether that’s the dentists I’ve seen, the dental nurses and the receptionists. I am a horrendous, nervous patient and they’ve all been so great with me, put me at ease, very understanding and comforting. All treatment has been explained, aftercare and what to expect etc. They were also good with my children who were sometimes at appointments with me. I can highly recommend this lovely surgery, thankyou all x

Fantastic experience: I had a phone call that my appointment is, at 9.40am instead of 10.55am. I havr found the reception managing my enquire what looked pretty good to feel. There was a lovely reception calling me. I entered the dental practice and the receptionist who I have turned to to check into my appointment was very friendly and welcoming. I have told her my issue and she resolved it a kind friendly manner. Erum Fahad was very friendly and told her my issue and she was very happy to help me. Her assistant was really nice too. Erum Fahad has made action on my problem immediately. The 10 star score goes to Erum Fahad with not even thinking about it. Really made my day. The front desk was very friendly. Melissa and Kat are supportive and empathetic, even when there is no flexibility within the tight schedule they still go above and beyond to accommodate. Consultants are genuine and valuable advice was received.

Fantastic experience: I had been referred to get a root taken out. The dentist, who I’ve unfortunately forget his name, was so lovely, funny and comforting through the procedure. After I was told I’d have severe swelling and bruising, and be in a lot of pain. However, due to the dentists incredible work, and expertise, I’ve felt 0 pain. It’s hardly sore, no swelling, and no pain whatsoever. Can’t thank him enough!
