Fantastic experience: Seen by Dr Randhir once again. He fails to disappoint. Such a friendly genuine guy who pays an interest in my life, health as well as my dental health. Great treatment but the again I do look after my teeth (I get rewarded with praise).

Fantastic experience: Friendly and very professional reception staff. Just had my 6 monthly check up with Mr Stone....no problems. Dentists are not normally places that you look forward to visiting but Lowestoft Dental Design Studio are the exception to the rule.

Negative experience: The people were very rude to me when I asked what work would need to be done

Fantastic experience: I have just had my 6monthly check up with Dr Milea on 11th Feb and had to have a wisdom tooth extracted which Dr Milea was able to do on that appointment. I have always been very nervous at the dentis to say the very least but I have to say that Dr Milea extracted the tooth and I didn't feel a thing not even the injection, I couldn't beleave that the tooth was out completely pain free. Dr Milea is the best, so gentle and professional along with his staff. I would recommend him and this practice to anyone. Rosetta

Negative experience: Turned up for my appointment to be told I was late. Despite having email evidence from the practice showing I clearly wasn't late (i.e. I was in time for the appointment clearly stated in the email), this was deemed irrelevant and had to rebook for another time and have been marked down for "missing" it. Pathetic to be blaming the patient for the practice's mistake.

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much to Dr Randhir Buguth and his nurse Hannah. I was extremely anxious and nervous all 4 times I had to return for fillings. And each and every time he toke the time (and Hannah) to make sure I was calm and created completely normal conversation with me to take my mind off of things. I never once felt the injections and even on the last round I didn’t need injections as I felt so comfortable. Never once felt pain during, and was always reassured and told what was happening throughout. I would thoroughly recommended Dr Buguth and his Nurse Hannah who make me feel comfortable and less anxious!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with Dr Buguth and Hannah. He is very kind and has 40 years experience and it shows, his work is excellent. I had an issue and he was quick to fix any problems and didn't give up when I needed him. Thank you for this great experience.

Negative experience: This must the worst dental surgery in the UK. I joined this appalling dentist hoping to get night guards and 10 months later I have had 2 check-ups, 1 filling and 4 cancelled appointments. Today I thought I was going in to have my guards fitted finally but it turned out they booked me for a generic appointment. The guy 'cleaned' my teeth so I didn't travel for 2 hours for nothing but the hack left my gums all scarred up and now I have to wait yet another 2 months for the gum guards.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Buguth to get a 2nd Opinion on a molar extraction that couldn't initially be pulled. After an X-Ray he was very confident he could remove it and pulled it during the same appointment! He also did some restoration work on a tooth to prevent it from needing to be removed and kept me informed on when to return. He explained everything he was doing, was very kind and understanding of my own anxieties and I felt very well looked after. Very happy with my appointment, and thank you for helping me avoid uneccesary surgery for these teeth!

Fantastic experience: Always have a friendly welcome my dentist is brilliant.... Woke up early hours Friday thought my head was gonna explode nerve pain was unbearable... Toothache n earaches i don't do ☹️... popped in demetrio see me there n then advised me to the treatment possibilities made it more comfortable and antibiotics brilliant top marks from me thank you appreciated muchly

Negative experience: Refuses to take NHS referrals. Only has spaces available for those that can afford to pay privately.

Negative experience: Very disappointed was told to ring up at 8am for help. I ended up in a&e due to being in so much pain and taking so much pain relief and then was advised by 111 to go to this surgery. We went first thing this morning as they opened to be told that don’t do emergency appointments on the day which is different to what they told us on the phone yesterday. All in all they won’t not helpful at all and they are rude.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough today to have an appointment with Dr. Randhir Buguth. What an amazing man!! His work is so gentle, I didn't even feel the couple of injections going in, let alone the work he proceeded to do for the next hour rebuilding my front tooth. Fantastic experience: Called 9am yesterday morning desperately needing an emergency appointment and they sorted me one for 11.30 am which was amazing, especially as it was a Sunday and Bank Holiday weekend! I'm very nervous at the best of times and Dr Milea and his lovely nurse (sorry I didn't get your name) were so patient and caring. After showing me the x-rays and explaining the problem Dr Milea and I agreed the best course of treatment was to remove the tooth. Great care was taken to ensure I felt no pain during the procedure and I can't believe how quickly the tooth was taken out! Thank you so much Dr Milea and the team for sorting me out so quickly and highly recommend them to anyone, especially those of a nervous dental disposition!

Fantastic experience: Dr Randhir Beguth worked his magic again today, making me confident to smile again. Dr Beguth and his Nurse Hannah, are always welcoming, treat me and my Husband with respect, and make us feel listened to. We have been seeing Dr Beguth for several years now and trust him to take care of us.

Negative experience: Stay away from this butcher of a dentist after destroying my gum and then refusing any duty of care at all I was sent to the hospital as he refused to see me and then refused to speak to the hospital when they called been left with and exposed jawbone for weeks you should be ashamed of your self !!!!

Negative experience: DO NOT Use the Greek male dentist, I actually am still shaking from my experience, he shoved an x-ray so hard my mouth it is bruised. I was tutted at throughout, he demanded me to give up smoking and when I said yes, he was still shaking his head at me. I have never in nearly 60 years been treated so barbarically, I paid for privilege as well . He wouldn't do any treatment, absolutely evil man, SHOULD not be allowed to practice anymore.

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky and always had excellent dentists over my years, but I must say that Dr. Randhir Buguth is beyond the best. He is fantastic, patient and the work he does should be classed as an art. I am so impressed with Dr.Buguth, it is an absolute pleasure to go and see him. I used to dread the dentist, but love seeing him. If you are lucky enough to get onto his patient list he will not disappoint! The best!

Negative experience: Only found out my appointment was cancelled when I arrived at the surgery and it was closed, I was then told an email was sent and voice mail was sent as the dentist was leaving. Plus i'd no longer be able to have an NHS appointment because the girl shouldn't have booked me in for one in the first place. Very disappointing, unprofessional and unorganised.

They have gone through a lot with me,it's been a journey of having only 6 teeth in my lower jaw and none in my top jaw for almost a year now. But today I finally have a full set of dentures. Fantastic experience: We are so greatful with the amazing job Micheal & Kathryn have completed on my daughter Daisy’s teeth. The transformation is superb, we can not thank you enough, Daisy is constantly getting compliments about her perfect teeth now her brace is off. The service has always been outstanding, we would highly recommend Micheal as the best Dentist in town.

Negative experience: Had to pay private as not taking NHS patients. Felt extremely rushed, poor communication, no care taken and made me feel like a cash cow, keen to whizz through and onto next person!

Fantastic experience: I had some work done with Dimitrios, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service from start to finish. He even adjusted previous work done by another dentist, transforming everything to look smooth and completely natural. I highly recommend him for anyone considering dental work! Also, Lucy the dental nurse, makes the consultation feel joyous and friendly. Perfect duo.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing guy dr Randhir is. After my 19 year old son lost his front tooth just 1 day before New Year’s Eve we were given an appointment the very same day. On the spot root canal treatment was given and we went back the following day for an implanted screw and a fully build tooth. In less than 24hours in his care and my son has his smile back. Just amazing service and couldn’t have been achieved without his amazing nurse Hannah

Fantastic experience: I can’t begin to explain the difference Micheal Linehan has made to my daughter’s teeth and smile. His work is truly first class. Eva’s teeth were in a bad state to begin with, and from the very start Micheal explained he was going to correct her teeth, if he could, without the stress of any extractions, which he succeeded in doing. Eva has had braces for 3 years, and last week had them off, and we were honestly blown away by the amazing job he did! I can’t stop looking at them! Thank you Micheal!

Negative experience: I was charged a hundred and fifty pounds to reset my crown! It took five minutes. I was told when booking the appointment it would cost fifty pounds. Have now changed dentist to one that doesn’t rip you off.Avoid

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing the lovely Micheal and Kathryn for my Invisalign and whitening for over a year, not straight forward due to bridge work by another dentist 28 years ago. He has been honest and understanding the whole time and has been trying to save me money where possible, I am over the moon with the results, the photos don’t give the work justice as you can’t see the side profile but give you an idea. Reception staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful (even when I was repeatedly late for appointments.) Would highly recommend this surgery and the Invisalign Process with Micheals work.

Fantastic experience: I've just been looked after by Demetrio, Sianne & Sheryl and I couldn't be more grateful for their patience, smiles and support. I was particularly anxious today and burst into tears on arrival, but Demetrio took his time to explain each step which was reassuring and Sianne let me squeeze her hand! Luckily i didnt need much but as adults we often just have to deal with situations by ourselves, and some days it can just feel too much. And if you're prone to anxiety like me, at times overwhelming. I couldn't recommend this team enough today, including Sheryl on the desk who made me laugh and was empathetic. Thanks everyone, I already feel better about if I need a return visit and feel very lucky to have recieved prompt treatment today when I needed it by people who care (and are probably under a lot of pressure these days) in the NHS dental profession. Negative experience: £66 for the check up - ok fine, it is private. My teeth were good, but when you dont even get a quick clean or plaque scrape (even NHS dentist do this for free) then you have to question where is the value in this service?! I'm being generous giving 2 stars only because Dr Randhir Buguth seems to have done a nice filling a cpl of years ago.

Negative experience: Extremely rude and snotty on the phone, appointments never on time. Waited 40mins once and then had to just leave because I had work. Removed children from their surgery and signed up elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Have recently been moved to have Nadia and Lucy look after me and I could not be happier. After having some awful experiences with my old dentist and being truly terrified of going to the dentist I am now left almost falling asleep in her chair I’m that relaxed. Negative experience: Called this morning. Had maxillary tumor removed along with extractions at the same time. Possible infection and need a check up and possibly prescription. Receptionist asked no details after, put me on hold and came back to say "we don't do NHS patients go back to hospital" She assumed I was an NHS patient without even asking me, and when I said about her assumption she said bye and ended the call. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from so called professionals. Avoid. I'll put my money somewhere that cares and doesn't assume we are all after free treatment

Fantastic experience: I saw Nazeeya and Evie for a checkup and then returned for a dental clean. They were very professional but also very friendly and approachable. They made me feel at ease and fully explained my treatment. A good experience and I will return in 6 months for a checkup.

Fantastic experience: The Dental Design Studio in Lowestoft are definitely the best dental practice I have ever been registered with, and I have been with them for several years. The reception staff are always very helpful and do their best to find you an appointment as soon as possible. I have seen Sushma (Dental Therapist) for my most recent appointments and she and her dental nurse are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very gentle and kind whilst doing a really good job of examining and suggesting appropriate treatments. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: My dentist is Dr Karavassilis. I have given this dentist nothing but kindness and politeness everytime I have an appointment. (Shame I didn't receive the same back)Everytime I go in he is rude. My crown fell out after having a serious fall with my son which resulted in hospital for 5 days their was no compassion he told me bruptly that he can't put my crown back in left a bodge job filling baring in mind we are talking about my front tooth! He done an x-ray and pretty much shaved the mouth piece in my mouth which made me feel extremely uneasy. I have suffered a lot of mental health issues and anxiety issueswhich I tell him all the time and he is so rude about it. My back tooth cracked 3 months ago and it's been left of which has now resulted in agonising pain I suffer of severe jaw pain which means when I have treatment I can very quickly get in a lot of pain. Which again he is very rude about I had a tooth extracted last year and he was so rough even my mum had to tell him to be more gentle because he was hurting me I'm now even more terrified of going to the dentist .EVERYONE SHOULD BE TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND COMPASION weather you are a NHS patient or PRIVATE

Fantastic experience: Posted for my mother as she doesn’t have a Google account. She went in for a check up but unfortunately needed an extraction. Dr Randhir was very kind and gentle, reassured her she wouldn’t feel any pain, Hannah was a comfort, both did their jobs incredibly well. She is happy to return, a surprise since she’s scared of dentists.

Negative experience: Clean and presentable. Tracey on reception was very polite - thank you (5* for you) Unfortunately my dentist was not very friendly. Insisted my 1 year old doesn’t come back with me in future and to sit quietly in the corner. Also told he only wants to do private patients not NHS while I’m sat there as a NHS patient. Fantastic experience: I did observation work experience with Dr. Randhir Buguth and his dental nurse Hannah and I learnt so much to help me with my future studies. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: After having the same dentist for 22 years, moving 140 miles to a new town, then Covid, you can imagine it took a bit of courage to try a new dentist. Well today I saw Dr Buguth and this assistant Hannah, and I was very much put at ease by Dr Buguth’s kind and considerate manner, he is a real gentleman, he asked lots of questions to ascertain my level of knowledge of oral health, offered advice, thoroughly examined my teeth and gums, did two Xray’s, and then gave me the fabulous news that I needed nothing doing, but to come back in 12 months, and, congratulated me on ability to maintain such a level of oral health… I went out of his treatment room with a big smile on my face. He has also treated my husband, who needed a tooth extracted last December, two fillings last week, and is currently in the throws of having a crown made. Dr Buguth told me has 36 years’ experience as a dentist, so you know you are in safe hands, I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful too.
