Fantastic experience: Dr. Junaid explained everything in ways that I can understand and made me feel reassured. Matt and Zoya were very accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in 3 years now it's unavoidable but I look forward to my appointments.

Negative experience: I have been there for my wife root canal treatment. Iam not happy with their service, my wife in pain allover after first and second treatment. They are not professional and organised. After 1 week i been there with her for intense pain they told me can i go to milton keynes , got told doctors are in holiday, why shall travel 1 hour for dentist while you got clinic at Wycombe? There is not specialist available there, you may face dentist with 2,3 years experience. Right now she is in very intensive pain, We went there they want to refer us to faraway town clinic. I won’t recommend them for root canal treatment, they don’t have specialist dentist working in Wycombe clinic. Do not let them play with your health. Pros: In general they are new clinics it looks brand new and clean, no parking issues. Reception is helpful.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this highly enough. A phobia of dentists from an early age meant my teeth and gums were in dire need of help. The work they’ve carried out has resulted in a transformation. Always friendly, reassuring and informative when carrying out the work.

My visit today was definitely my stand out appointment. Jas was fab! Made me feel so at ease and the procedure was quick and painless. Dental nurse was great too -apologies for missing her name!

Negative experience: Frustrating Experience – £300 Lost with No Help I came to Wycombe Dental Hub, expecting professional, straightforward service, but instead faced confusion and poor communication. I paid £600 upfront for composite bonding on two teeth. Due to a delayed flight, I missed the 48-hour cancellation window. As soon as I landed, I found a phone number on Google showing the practice name and called. The receptionist confirmed the clinic name, took my details, and said I could reschedule. At no point was I told I’d actually called the wrong practice, so I believed everything was sorted. (Side note: There are multiple Wycombe dental practices with nearly identical names listed on Google. It's a misunderstanding waiting to happen.) Later, the real Wycombe Dental Hub called to say I’d missed my appointment. When I explained, the person I spoke to was immediately defensive and passive-aggressive. He kept cutting me off and refused to let me finish explaining. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told, quite bluntly, that I was not allowed to talk to any of the managers. Despite saying they have five managers, none would speak to me or even escalate the issue. At first, I was told there was nothing they could do, no refund, no rescheduling. Eventually, they said they could refund me £300 but would keep the other £300. This was supposedly a “non-refundable deposit” to hold my 1.5-hour slot in case of emergency walk-ins. But when I went to the practice during my appointment time, it was completely empty, with no emergencies, no walk-ins, nothing. So, which is it? Am I paying for my treatment, or am I just paying to reserve a chair that stays empty? Losing £300 is a significant amount, especially when I didn’t receive any treatment. The lack of empathy and refusal to even let me speak to a manager made me feel dismissed and powerless. To add insult to injury, the supervisor smiled while telling me it was all my fault and offered to reschedule for an extra £200. I understand cancellation policies are necessary, but this was cold, inflexible service with zero understanding and no willingness to help a genuine mistake. Once they have your money, the door is closed. I’m now £300 out of pocket, with no treatment and no support. I won’t be going back, and I strongly suggest anyone thinking about this practice think twice before handing over their money. *UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE* They’ve since commented publicly that they always act with empathy and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was met with passive-aggressive responses, had no flexibility, and was essentially told the loss of £300 was my own fault—with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Definitely my dentist of choice now! I booked an emergency appointment for a painful wisdom tooth. Firstly the receptionists were lovely and I was seen by Dr R.Sohrab. He was extremely efficient and professional, after a quick but thorough assessment, he talked me through all my options. Rather than pushing for the more expensive route of removing all my wisdom teeth, he recommended just dealing with the one causing pain for now, which I really appreciated. He then extracted the tooth there and then, quickly and smoothly. Excellent service, honest advice, and a reassuring experience overall!
