Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Alex and the staff Phoned up with gum pain from a denture,got a return call within five minutes and asked to come up straight away.was see immediately I got there ,and Alex identified the problem as a ulcer and cut on my gum. Adjusted my denture to relieve pressure on the ulcer ,and given advice on how to treat. Job done ,pain gone . Thank you to all at the practice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our dentist Alex is fantastic. She’s brilliant with the children, spends enough time making them feel happy and relaxed but doesn’t prolong it either. It was our 9 month olds first time going and although he only has 1 tooth she took time to make him laugh which made our older two children laugh as well! Having such a lovely dentist makes the whole experience one that you don’t dread! She’s also to the point with us too but in a good way. Thank you Alex x

Fantastic experience: First rate service. Although we moved from this area, we were advised to keep using this practice as it is so difficult to register with a NHS dentist. This practice is great. From receptionists that are friendly to the dentist that is thorough, you won’t find a better practice. We will continue using this despite the 4 hour round trip to attend.

Fantastic experience: Swadlincote Dental Practice Visiting the dentist can sometimes be a daunting experience. The Dentist I saw today was fantastic! She was very personable, courteous and professional. She was very careful and precise with her actions of cleaning my teeth. She took her time and I felt very safe with her placing mechanical and potentially dangerous devices onto my teeth. It is a shame that she is leaving.

She explained everything that she was going to do and throughout My Check up plus X-Rays I was totally at ease. I’ve got to go back in April to have a bit of work done.

The staff at the reception managed to give me an urgent appointment the next day and treated my cavity there and then. Amazing service I will not change my dentist as long as Uma works there

Negative experience: It is the first time when I wasn’t treated with courtesy the dentist was very efficient. Hardly said a word to me. I think I had two feelings and was out of the place in about eight minutes. I’m literally being pushed out of the door. I don’t think that even as in an inch space that I should be treated in this way a little bit more a tiny bit more courtesy would’ve been much appreciated. It made me walk away feeling I was a second-class citizen.

Fantastic experience: I came here with my daughter a month ago for her first appointment which was great!and everyone was so friendly. However what I didn't expect was to cross paths with a dentist there called Rashak in regards to a sleep mandibular devise, upon asking at reception if they did anything like that as I suffer with sleep apnea and despite using a cpap machine I feel no better so I was researching other avenues. It was meant to be that day, as that's when they said we actually have a lady who has a passion for this sort of thing and does the devises. Rashak saw me there and then for a chat, and I can honestly say I have never ever in my life felt more welcome, and listened to than I did with her. Her passion for helping in regards to what I was talking about shone through like I've never seen, she didn't rush me, she empathised, and was just so knowledgeable. I came home after that chat and actually cried, as for years I've not felt listened too and when you suffer with such severe sleep deprivation believe me, this is a huge deal!. I've had my first check up appointment with her today to start the ball rolling, Rashak was very thorough! and just lovely, again I left feeling heard and her passion for this shines, she genuinely wants to help people. I know that this devise may not help me, but I'm desperate and willing to try. Even if it doesn't I just want to say to Rashak thankyou, and don't ever change your approach to this as for me whether it works or not I've felt hope for the first time in years! Which is ALOT when someone is suffering so much. Huge thankyou, I hope you get to see this Looking forward to my next appointment!
