Fantastic experience: Really happy about my service today. Leyla at the desk was really helpful and accomodating. I did my filling with Dr Misha and Nurse Lucy, they were really nice and made my experience comfortable!

Negative experience: This is my new NHS dentist that I'm meant to go and yesterday was my first appointment. I have a front tooth that needs root canal treatment but because I'm pregnant I'm just getting temporary fillings in that tooth till I give birth. The dentist has filled the temporary filling and I now have an infection, my mouth is swollen..this never happened to me before returning from a dentist. I'm pregnant so I can't take heavy painkillers I was screaming and crying in pain all night from that tooth. I never went to a dentist for a treatment and came back with an infection. This is not only dangerous for me but for my baby. This is negligence of practice, I want the deposit for my future appointment to be refunded and appointment cancelled.

Fantastic experience: The reception desk is always very nice and polite. A lady came downstairs to get me who was also very nice and once I went for the check-up upstairs was greeted by a lovely woman who took an interest in my health concerns and booked another appointment. It didn't pass me that all who work at Dental Beauty are themselves beautiful!

Negative experience: On the 29th of November, I took my daughter to the clinic because she had a small area of tooth decay. The dentist at the time said he would refer us to a paediatric dentist to have it treated, but he didn’t take any further action or provide any treatment. By February, I still hadn’t received any referral, so I went back to the clinic. The dentist there placed a temporary white filling but didn’t treat the decay. She told me again that she would make a referral to a pediatric dentist. Over time, the temporary filling fell out, and the decay worsened. I eventually booked an emergency appointment. When I arrived, the dentist didn’t even realise it was an urgent case. She once again said she would refer my daughter to a pediatric dentist. I explained that I had already been waiting for nearly seven months and had not received a single referral. What started as a minor issue that could have been easily fixed has now progressed to the point where the tooth needs to be removed. This is completely unacceptable. It should not take seven months and multiple visits for a simple tooth decay to be treated, especially when it involves a child’s dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adam listened to my concerns, answered questions honestly and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I felt at ease, and that I could trust him. I’m excited to start my smile journey with him.

Negative experience: Recently joined this surgery as an NhS Patient. Disappointed to find out they expect me to spend £79 x 3 on hygienist appointments across 1 year when previous surgeries would only require an appmt once every 6 months and complete work within 30 min slot. This was also not communicated ahead of time. The dentist knew how much work was required so should have advised a longer appointment was needed. Being NHS patient means nothing here.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic based on a trusted recommendation but unfortunately had a deeply distressing experience with Dr. Sawsan Silan during a private check-up and hygiene appointment. The procedure was extremely painful despite my repeated requests for a gentler approach nothing changed and I left in tears with a swollen face that lasted for hours. I have a high pain tolerance and have never had such a traumatic dental experience. While the clinic may have other excellent practitioners I cannot recommend Dr Sawsan Silan after this painful and traumatizing experience. I do not see myself returning after this and am incredibly disappointed in their response to the formal complaint I’ve made. Appalling service.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting my hygienist, Sejal Patel, for three years now. I like that she listened to my concerns and her treatments have been effective but not painful.

Positive experience: I recently had my first hygienist appointment at this dentist, the reception staff are always lovely and the clean I had was very good but my hygienist really wasn’t very welcoming, I understand it was the end of the day but for paying £74 I would’ve expected a bit more service rather than a kind of “hang your coat up, shut the door and sit down” attitude. I probably won’t have another hygienist appointment after this

Negative experience: I want to share my experience regarding registering as an NHS patient with this practice for almost 7 years, if not more. My child had two appointments with Dr. Sawsan Silan, the most recent being on 18th February 2025. Unfortunately, I found the professionalism exhibited during these visits to be lacking. After I sustained a knee injury and requested to sit down, I felt that I was not treated with the respect I expected. Additionally, my child has expressed concerns about her prior experience with the same doctor. Given these circumstances, I felt it was in our best interest to request that my child's name be removed from the system to prevent any further distress. I understand that the practice may face challenges with NHS patients and may not be financially beneficial. However, during our visits, my child and I would have benefited from a more supportive and understanding approach. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Fantastic experience: Got to say, I can't fault them. The ladies at reception are courteous and efficient, never had any issues. My usual dentist is Dr Sasha Patel and she is superb. Professional, friendly, always has a nice smile (a good advert for keeping your teeth healthy ) and puts you at ease. Prompt invoices helped so I can submit my Dental insurance claims in a timely manner. Hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and offer great advice.

Fantastic experience: I would give 10 stars if I could. I cannot thank Dr Yusuf and Lucia enough. Not only did you listen to my concerns prior to my procedure, but you took them seriously and made accommodations to make the experience as relaxed and pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today [04/07/2024] at 4:00 , I arrived to the reception at 4:03 exactly. I approached the receptionist who was a black woman, so I can be admitted to my appointment. She was on the phone talking to someone else and completely ignored me and didn't even look at me or talk to me. I was standing there waiting for her to finish her call for 20 minutes, she could have easily put the other person on hold while she admitted me to my appointment which only would have taken a minute. After 20 minutes , another patient who had a later appointment than mine walked into the reception , the receptionist ended the call and first dealt with the patient who just walked in and left me standing there without communicating with me at all even though I arrived before him. She admitted him on time while she caused a 20 minute delay for my appointment because of a phone call. I was admitted late to my appointment with doctor sasha and only had around 8 minutes with her whereas my appointment would have been 30 minutes if it wasn't for that long call. The receptionist spoke to doctor sasha discretely before I walked in, most likely talking to her about me and my delay without mentioning her absurdly long phone call. The receptionist dealt with me in a way which gave the impression that she was apparently doing me a favour for admitting me to my late 8 minute appointment. Doctor Sasha didn't even bother asking me why I was late to my now 8 minute appointment (thanks to the receptionist) after hearing what the receptionist had to say about me. I've been a long time patient for 5 years mainly dealing with Doctor Adam which is a good and respectful dentist and he is mainly the reason why I've still been going to this clinic after moving far away from the clinic, I'm shocked at how such a disrespectful person can be hired to work as a receptionist in a dentistry clinic disregarding a patients time. I've spent around £4000 for my invisalign treatment and to be treated in such a way is completely unacceptable. I hope Doctor Adam takes this message into consideration, and I hope the rude receptionist learns to deal with patients in a suitable manner. I'm cancelling my registration to this clinic and I won't be returning. After all this all happened over just a 3 minute delay.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Adam and his nurse for saving my weekend. After a yoga class I was shocked to suddenly find my bridge had fallen out ( not a pretty sight), it was Friday lunch and I thought the end of what was to be a busy and happy weekend for me. However Adam agreed to see me and with the help of his nurse returned the bridge and my smile that afternoon. I can honestly say I was treated quickly, efficiently and my dignity was restored with great kindness. Thank you to the team

Not only is Sasha incredibly talented at her job, she explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Negative experience: I have been a patient of theirs for a few years with an ongoing issue with my tooth which was not addressed properly. I had to finally get a proper dentist in Malaysia to get my tooth finally sealed and also told I did not need a shield for my teeth. Waste of money. ☹️

I’ve also had a fantastic experience and result with private care for Invisalign. Dr Sasha and her team are knowledgeable, professional and even somehow make dentistry fun again! Fantastic experience: My mother recently carried out implants and other complex treatments with both Dr. Jihad Kader and Dr. Sawsin Silan . Several visits to the clinic were required and the service provided was excellent , staff were vastly experienced, friendly and professional. The final results were brilliant and my mother is extremely happy. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The practice recently moved a couple of doors down and also had a makeover. Brand new equipment and a very nice waiting room. Staff are friendly as always and the work carried out is top notch.

Negative experience: For dental hygiene appointment, which costs £70 I had to pay £45 deposit. I was late for the appointment and hence lost my deposit amount. While I acknowledge it's my mistake to arrive late, I think it's unfair that the deposit amount is £45 for a total fee of £75, which is 60%. I would expect deposit to be not more than 20%. I advise Dental Beauty to review their policy in this regard.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful community dentists in Northfields, Ealing. Everyone from Ally on reception, through to my great and very understanding dentist Dr Sawsam Silan and my periodontist Dr Haniyeh Maven have been so incredibly helpful, professional and caring. I've been having a lot of serious issues and actually went to the surgery as an emergency patient on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing work! I came to get a broken crown replaced. The team were extraordinarily friendly and professional. The dentist and the assisting nurses were absolutely top quality and they helped me understand what they were doing at each step of the process. Nobody ever wants to ‘need’ a tooth repair but if you find yourself in that position I can’t think of a better place to get the work done. 10/10

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend registering as an NHS patient with this practice. I had a couple of appointments in the last few months with Sawsan Silan and it was a rather disappointing, uncomfortable and useless experience. While I appreciate the practice doesn't make money from NHS patients, I had 2 very unpleasant appointments and I did not enjoy how I was treated. Since then, I have seen other specialists and dentists that align better with the expertise and support I require.

Negative experience: I did all teeths and the teeths isn't professional ,we paid 1800£ to doctor sawsen for the teeths and we ask her to repaired the teeths but she said no repaired and no fixed ,I told her the teeths isn't comfortable, she said after one week you will comfortable with your teeths but I used them two weeks but the teeths isn't comfortable, I spend too much money for no thing.

Fantastic experience: Dental beauty is one of the best so far, Adam is very knowledgeable and great guys, had great tips and advice on how to use the whitening dental kit… we started using it after we did an hygiene deep clean and the results were just amazing, really happy on how he guided us from start to finish of the process and I am looking forward to getting more of his dental services done soon. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dental beauty now for just over a year and must say I am very impressed with the service and competitive pricing. Adam and his entire team are very welcoming and professional and efficient. I now would not consider another practice.

Fantastic experience: Visited Dental Beauty on a number of occasions. Adam and his team are very welcoming and accommodated me when I had a dental emergency. I broke my permanent brace but they got me in quickly to avoid my teeth morning. Very grateful for the fast turnaround and excellent service.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the management. I went there for a free consultation. The doctor adviced me to get an X-ray and charted out the whole treatment plan along with the cost structure for me. The receptionist and doctor had an internal argument/disagreement about my free consultation. Anyway, I happily paid 28£ for the X-ray and paid the deposit of 45£ for booking the next appointment. (Appointment 2) as i urgently wanted my teeth to be fixed. One week before the appointment I get a call from the clinic saying they decided to change the cost of Air polish to 100£ instead of 35£ as apparently there was some confusion and mistake, which I found was extremely ridiculous! Both doctor and the receptionist at the time of my free consultation went through the treatment plan and price structure with me in detail. They also gave me a printout (attached herewith for proof). I was happy with the plan. But they suddenly decided to alter the prices, which is absolutely unfair! Please be careful before booking any appointments. They just want to charge bizarre prices and change them according to their will and mood. I wanted to get teeth cleaning done urgently as I have bleeding gums/ sudden discolouration. They have wasted my time and energy. As a matter on inconvenience, they should have refunded me the cost of X-ray as well (£of 28) along with the deposit. The entire point of getting the X-ray done was to avail the service. Very poorly managed.

Negative experience: Prices are outrageous. They wanted £375 to glue back a gold onlay that had become loose. I found another dentist who not only glued it back but did a full checkup, 2 x-rays, 2 small composite fillings and a clean and polish all for £270.

Fantastic experience: As a previously anxious patient at another dental clinic, I now enjoy my dental appointments with Adam he is always very courteous and friendly and is a fabulous dentist. I am so lucky to have him as my dentist as he truly cares :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my lip fillers done by Dr. Keshana today and I absolutely love it!! She was very gentle and professional and I would definitely recommend! What a confidence boost and it looks naturally full too. I honestly can’t stop looking at it! Definitely the best place to get your fillers done ladies! ;)

Negative experience: Sometime ago, we had the decency to call to say we will be 10min late. We were told by a rude staff not to bother coming. Fast forward 6 months, we had to wait 45min for being seen today. It’s all about consistency.

Negative experience: I have been a client at dental Beauty for several years. Despite have a wonderful dentist and Alison the receptionist, who is beyond professional and kind. The services of the hygienist Segil was appalling.. her attitude is dismissive and quite frankly rude. This is the 3rd bad experience with this hygienist. Highly recommend the dentist overall but spare yourself the irritation and avoid Segil at all costs. I’m quite angry at having to pay for such poor service and rudeness plain and simple.

Fantastic experience: I attended an Invisalign open day back in February of this year to get more information and do some fact finding. I met Sasha and straight away she was friendly and super professional and I signed up there and then! I’ve just completed my Invisalign treatment and I couldn’t be happier. My teeth and smile have been made considerably better and I’m very happy with the result. All the staff at Northfields are lovely, but a special thanks to Sasha. She’s kind and great at providing information in a way that’s easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend Northfields Dental Beauty to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Misha, she is very professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout the procedure. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and explained what she was doing- it was so easy and painless. I also love the results so thank you !

Positive experience: Not a great first impression: The door was quite heavy so I had to knock and the reception (the more mature lady) opened it, didn’t bother to say hello and abruptly said “the door IS open” and walked off. She also tried to only offer private hygiene appointments and I had to inform her my partner was on the NHS and only required basic descaling which is definitely covered by the NHS. She was adamant they don’t do that for free, checked with the dentist - who told her in fact they DO do basic descaling for free- and to her obvious annoyance booked in his appointment. As a first time patient we were put off by this obvious money-making behaviour and passive rudeness. I am left wondering if the staff gain commission off of private sales? Not a very health-focused service if so. Thank god for the lovely dentist and his assistant otherwise we would have found a new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with my experience at Dental Beauty Northfields with Dr Misha Sahba. She was very informative with the information given about my different options for my filling. The experience was not painful at all and I felt extremely safe in her care. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Me and kids are NHS here. The receptionist that works here is the best lady ever, I don't know how she keeps so calm and friendly, I have witnessed her deal with so many people at once and nothing is a bother for her. The dentist that looked after my 9 yo son was excellent, so caring and really put my child at ease when having a filling. Best NHS dentist i've been to. Thanks all!

Fantastic experience: Had a visit with Sejal - the dental hygienist - today, and I would highly recommend her. She was empathetic and explained what she was doing and why - and more importantly - why I should look after my teeth in the way she recommended. I will definitely be going to have my teeth cleaned regularly by her.

The dentist I saw was smiley, warm, professional and confident. The hygenist made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as I was quite nervous. She was also very competent in her manner and delivery of information.
