Fantastic experience: Root canal treatment. This experience with Calm and Gentle couldn't have been more different from the last time I had root canal treatment (a long time ago at a different practice). Hardly any discomfort at all, I had a little pain once the anaesthetic had worn off but by the next day that had gone. By the 2nd day my tooth felt almost normal. Pieter and the dental nurse were absolutely marvelous, talking to me whilst the treatment was happening, letting me know that it was going well and reassuring me. It was over before I knew it. Thankyou so much.

I’m not a good dental patient and find it really stressful but both dentists were extremely patient with me and the whole process was made as comfortable as possible for me. Josh’s tips on breathing were very useful. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Usually I don't do reviews but I feel to do this time. For people like me that don't like needles and anaesthetic normally this was just perfect. Very gentle and I very please with the results The overall experience in the clinic is done in a professional and conscientious manner . Fantastic experience: Having had a wisdom tooth decide to come through over Easter and cause awful pain and swelling, I managed to get an appointment on the Tuesday morning with dentist Peter. I was so nervous which I think he picked up on and his assistant, jade (I think) were both really nice and calm with me. Options were given and treatment began with antibiotics and a mouthwash. The dentist said the tablets wouldn’t start working until day 3 and he was spot on. A week later the swelling had gone completely and my mouth is back to normal. I can’t thank this practice enough for their service and the way they treated me. Gemma on reception was very welcoming too. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Look, no one likes going to the dentist! With most it is an unpleasant and even painful experience. Not so with Pieter. "Calm and Gentle" is the promise and that is what I experienced. I didn't feel a thing. If you need an implant, don't risk a trip to Turkey or further. Right here in Tonbridge, we have the best. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I am so impressed at the level of work which is absolutely outstanding, and my teeth look amazing. They really are calm and gentle as every treatment was painless. Fantastic experience: II had a bad fall onto my face and needed some dental care. I was given an emergency appointment with Noor Hassan. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptioninst and only waited a few minutes. Noor explained the process of replacig a filling without the use of a local anaesthetic . I felt no pain at all and the process was completed in 15 minutes. I always feel very relaxed here knowing I will have a positive experience.

Positive experience: Josh was very clear on what he was doing , explaining all the of the process. I felt reassured and comfortable with his approach. I would have liked to have had a few more breaks to have time to swallow more and to resettle.

Fantastic experience: I cannot reccomend this practice enough, the staff and dentists here are confidently some of the kindest and most welcoming I’ve ever experienced. Today I came back with an issue with one of my prior extractions, and the staff managed to get me in for an appointment the same day to deal with it completely- all within the span of hours. I don’t think I can truly speak to how well I felt I was treated. If you’re looking for staff that are skilled in both dentistry and people, this is the place to go. Fantastic experience: Just joined as a patient after recommendation from family. As a nervous dental patient....I left feeling at ease and looked after. I had to return for a urgent appointment today and was booked in without hesitation to see Pieter. All the staff are very caring and friendly which really helps a nervous patient like me! Fantastic experience: I am an exceptionally nervous patient who has incredibly bad anxiety. Having historically avoided the dentist to my detriment. But I am definitely a changed person following my treatment at Calm & Gentle. You could not ask for a more understanding, kind and non-judgemental team of people not to mention the pain free treatment. For anyone who struggles with dental anxiety I cannot recommend Calm & Gentle enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a crown fitted today. I’d previously been so scared of the dentist and hadn’t visited a dentist in years. For my appointment I was offered an oral sedative which was gentle but effective at reducing my nerves, enough to be comfortable during my treatment. I struggle to get numb and explained this to Pieter. He gave me extra shots of anaesthetic and topped this up during my procedure. The crown is amazing, all made on site so no return visit required, which is great for me as I’m anxious. Pieter really took his time and his assistant was lovely! As are all the staff I’ve encountered there! I will return though and feel confident to attend regularly with my dentist. I’ve signed up to the monthly plan so I can kept my teeth in top condition.

Positive experience: Need to get an emergency appointment and Estie and Peter were very accommodating, the treatment wasn’t long so it was done on the day. Very happy to have found excellent service and that they are really good at what they do and on the plus side, they are also very nice.

Fantastic experience: What FANTASTIC treatment I received today at Calm&Gentle Dental Care, Tonbridge- in the care of the most talented Dr Pieter Caassen! The treatment was both first world and out-of-this world and at a very reasonable price (less 50%) being on their cost-efficient & comprehensive dental plan. I received a new porcelain crown to replace a previous old, metal based one - and in less than and hour and a half from start to finish - with a most splendid result! Not only this, but I felt no discomfort at all, not even from the initial injection! I cannot sing high enough praises for this well-established practice here in Tonbridge! Fantastic experience: Excellent in all respects. Friendly, professional and got a rather complicated emergency job (involving the removal of a wisdom tooth) done effectively and efficiently. I am writing this review 24 hours afterwards, and there have been no side-effects whatsoever. I feel as comfortable as if I has never had an operation.

Fantastic experience: Another positive visit to Estie for a hygenist appointment. After my 1st appointment, last year, my gums no longer bleed which means i clean my teeth more thoroughly. Estie was very pleased with the improvement. I wish i had come here years ago! Not all dentists and hygenists are this friendly and informative as i know to my cost!

Just yesterday I took my seven year old daughter there and Josh was absolutely brilliant reassuring me on a couple of concerns I had with my daughter’s teeth. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to make a quick phone call for emergency appointment as my implant had become loose and therefore my denture did not stay in and I was due to go to work. Jade very quickly contacted Peter on his day off he so kindly came in so I could have my implant re-fitted and as true to their name, they put me at ease. I had some fragment bone coming away. Sometimes dentist appointments are not always something that you look forward to, but today I was made to feel comfortable and calm. I was told exactly what was happening and was constantly asked if I was ok, and If I felt uncomfortable just to let them know. I have an autoimmune condition and I can have some issues with my gums but was continually asked if I was ok. I could not recommend enough Thank you so much.
