Positive experience: I visited the clinic twice for hygienist appointments. During the first session, the result was not fully achieved, as the appointment lasted only about 20 minutes instead of the planned 40 minutes. Because of this, I had to book a second appointment (and of course pay again). Unfortunately, the second session also felt a little rushed (around 30 minutes), and I still cannot say the result was fully achieved. The staff were polite and friendly, but overall the treatment did not meet my expectations completely. For this reason, I am giving 4 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: When my dentist of many years had retired I was worried. No need! My new dentist Sally at clover house is brilliant. Professional, kind, & with a sense of humour. Both she & Jane, her wonderful dental assistant, made having a filling a joy, ridiculous as that sounds! I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! The care & professionalism they both showed me was outstanding. I highly recommend them!!!

Encourages self support for teeth and gums. Care and attention to detail and leaves no tooth untouched .relaxed and laid back too which is great if you’re a bit nervous.

Fantastic experience: I have been really overwhelmed at how amazing the staff and Dentists are at Clover House. I have had a number of issues with my teeth this past year and the care I have received has been attentive, thorough and the dentists have gone above and beyond with my care and the whole time l have been a patient at Clover House has been exceptional care and service. I would highly recommend it and there is absolutely no comparison with previous dentists l have had. I went today and saw the new dentist Sally who was really great too.

Fantastic experience: Attended to Simran, 28.06.25 with a very sore tooth, analysed that tooth had internal cracks harbouring an infection. Solution A. Clean & use antibiotics but really requiring Solution B. surgical extraction of lower "molar" especially its location. Dental Nurse Cherry mentioned it could be done next morning. So next morning, 29th, Gabriel, assisted by Jane, very skillfully did the surgical extraction PAINLESSLY with local anaesthetic. Hooray !!! Enormous thank, from the bottom of my heart, to all the "Clover House" staff including Jack & Kat in addition to those already mentioned. Wonderful after-care through the following few days.

Fantastic experience: Within the space of three weeks I've had appointments with the dentist, who did an excellent job in replacing a large & two smaller fillings & the dental hygienist. Top class professional advice and treatment throughout both appointments. The people at Clover House achieve a perfect balance of client friendliness & engagement with confident, assured dental treatment. I'm really glad I moved to them 18 months ago. Their administrative and organisational skills far surpass the standards at the previous practice I attended.

Update March 2022 After 40yrs of dentist-phobia I was lucky enough to discover this dental practice nearly 30 years ago & have received nothing but kindness, reassurance and friendship from all the members of the team ever since. Circumstances mean that I am shortly having to move about 160 miles away but I fully intend to return to Clover House for my regular dental care. It is not just the excellent treatment but the follow-up care: after major work eg an extraction, I have been phoned the following day to check that I'm okay. The receptionists are always cheerful, welcoming and helpful, so I've felt cared for from the moment I've entered the surgery. The whole team is very special. Updated November 2024 I now commute from Herefordshire for my appointments!

I've found in the past, appointments can feel a little rushed and the experience was rather painful, which put me off booking in again (and I love the dentist). Positive experience: Fantastic next day high quality treatment of a chipped tooth although it did require me to pitch up in person to book the appointment as there was no response to my telephone message or online form filled in the day before. Profuse apologies from reception team…not sure what the issue was

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and had avoided the dentist for some years. I plucked up the courage and chose Clover House from reviews and personal recommendations and very glad I did. The lovely dentist Simran and the nurses have been very patient with me and although I will always be nervous they have made going to dentist less scary and highly recommend this practice and all the staff.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience, I used to be worried about going to the dentist but Clover have changed that to a positive experience. Very friendly and gentle dentists. Yesterday I got home from holiday with pain in my mouth. I walked in to Clover House Dentist at 17:30 and they saw me immediately, giving me a course of Antibiotics and now hopefully on the mend. This was just axwalk in no appointment. Fantastic service again.

Laura Zhang is my new dentist and she’s the best! Honest, attentive and she was able to repair a couple of chipped teeth I had in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Start with my long held view of previous experience of hygienists, that being negative. I saw a locum today. I'm not the best of patients but felt this wasn't taken into account. I did explain everything but despite this I felt rushed and belittled. I've booked again with Hazel and am hoping for more empathy, but here hoping

When I moved away I couldn’t find a good quality dentist close to my new home in West Yorkshire, so I returned to Clover House. It’s worth the hour long journey. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: It's now 18 months since I first attended Clover House and met Mr Sagoo and his team. My treatment is now complete and I want to thank them all. It's been a long journey but I finally have a smile back. From the very start my unease at attending was clear but all his team made me feel comfortable and welcome. After receiving my proposed treatment plan I knew I was to spend many hours in the dental chair but knew it had to be done. So for months I made the 4 hour round trip and very quickly felt relaxed during the sessions. All stages were explained to me in terminology I understood. I have to say that the whole process was painless and I have a totally different mindset towards attending now. I have a smile I am proud of and cannot thank Mr Sagoo and his team enough. All I can say is thank you so much. To anyone else thinking about having major dental work done I would say try here. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly dental practice. Easy to book appointments, and the practitioners who work there are so professional. I've been there for a few years and find that the dentist (Neil) really spends time getting to know me and always puts me at ease when work is needed. The practice has top of the range technology and their check-ups are very thorough so they're always on top of my dental hygiene and focus on prevention rather than cure.
