Fantastic experience: After being initially told in Dublin that I couldn't get Invisalign because of my underbite I chanced my arm looking online. I'd no prior knowledge of Gentle Dental when I found their site so went by the reviews. From the first consultation through all the check-ups and procedures throughout my Invisalign treatment, Michael and his team have been unbelievable. They kept things simple and made me feel reassured when I had any questions. They are also super sound which made the average 10-minute appointment go that bit quicker In addition to the whitening kit that was part of my Invisalign treatment I got composite bonding. Aside from the price being so much cheaper than Dublin, Michael and his team have transformed my teeth, never mind my smile. Anyone from Dublin or beyond thinking of getting their teeth done forget about Turkey and book an Invisalign consultation with GD. You won't be dissapointed.

I have to get bridge work completed, and she has been very helpful and informative so far in the process!! First step of the process was completed today, 16/12/24 and everything went very smoothly, was also pain free. I am very happy with the job to date and the temporary bridge which was fitted! 8/05/12 Final bridge work was completed today, extremely happy with the professional job completed. Again was put at ease during the whole process and everything was relatively painless. Would highly recommend Had an emergency appointment today and had a tooth removed. It wasn't any easy job and it took a lot of work. The job was done with patience and very professionally. Once again, they went above and beyond. I could have been referred elsewhere more expensive work but Niamh and Michael got the job done!!

Negative experience: I paid £50.00 for a consultation fee and waited almost 2 weeks for the first available appointment . I waited 20 minutes, then I was told it would be at least another 15 minutes, this simply did not suit me as I am a carer for a very sick relative. I was told there was “An Emergency “. I am so nervous about going to the dentist and I can’t put into words how disappointed about the service I received in this clinic today

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Gentle Dental with serious damage from grinding my teeth and wisdom teeth problems. I have had large to small fillings done, my wisdom teeth removed, root canals, implants and a bone graph done. Crowns are sized fitted and made at the clinic. I have a mouth guard made to protect my teeth from grinding. I would highly recommend this clinic for expert dental care, service and premises. The staff are very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to others. There is also a facility offered to pay in instalments for dental work if required.

Negative experience: Sadly, although I left work early, traffic delays meant I was 10 minutes late. So rescheduled for 3 months time. A long time to wait for a check up but it is what is. My advice to others, don't be late.

Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted that last week my son who is a full time student with an exemption form was charged £380 for his dental appointment. I appreciate that the white filling cost money but the dentist asked did he want white fillings and did not explain these were chargeable and my son was no wiser. He advises that the receptionist he dealt with was unhelpful and told him it was a private appointment? This would never have happened when Doreen was our family dentist. Very poor information giving to allow a patient to make an informed decision. He was charged for his check up and clean as well as this was apparently a ‘private appointment’ despite the lovely reception member that I spoke to on his last visit advising me how to get the student exemption form

Fantastic experience: Very impressed by Niamh. Comes across extremely competent and works quickly and efficiently whilst still taking the time to explain. Most definitely provides a gental dental experience. Feels like she goes the extra mile and is always cheery and personable and completely puts me at ease.

Positive experience: Dentist was very nice and quite thorough. However the price is absolutely extortionate. 19 year old apprentice had to pay £50 for a routine check up. Far too much and likely to be put off attending future appointments. In response to your reply to my review, £50 for 15/20 mins in the dentists chair is extortionate regardless. Perhaps it might be an idea for dentists to make it clear how much the patient will be charged prior to completing the likes of a polish so an informed decision can be made. Just a thought.
