Fantastic experience: Everyone involved with my visit was very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: I just cannot tell you how wonderful I find the Beauchamp House Dental Practice - so friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to arrive and be welcomed by smiling faces at the desk. And the dental treatment I receive is beyond compare wonderful. How lucky I am to have found this outstanding dental practice after the very second-rate one I was with before. The dentist I was treated by before, at this previous practice, never bothered to come round in front of me to explain what he was about to do to my teeth. The only time I would see his face when he was treating me was when he and his assistant would take a few steps forward, well away in front of me, in order to take an Xray !! In total contrast, I have to tell you that Rovena, my present dentist, usually spends several minutes standing in front of me gently explaining exactly what she is going to do, before actually performing the treatment. And - I feel I must add this - she treats her assistant so courteously, with always a 'please' or a 'thank you' for everything he hands her. Wonderful lady! Oh! why didn't I find Beauchamp House Dental Practice a great many years ago?

Positive experience: This was an emergency appointment at Beauchamp house dental surgery. I was seen promptly by Dr Prifti. She and her dental assistant Aiden were very professional at all times and explained what they were going to have to do. The procedure was done without any dramas and felt much more comfortable as a result. I was kept informed at all times. A good visit! Well done Dr Prifti and her team.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I've dealt with in many years!! My main concern has always been getting my children to a dentist and since covid it's been impossible without costing an arm and a leg! My son ended up with an absess so I was frantically trying to find a dentist to help us and on an off chance I went into Beauchamp house and they were amazing from the minute I walked in... helping my son see a dentist and get him back on track! The receptionists are all so lovely and helpful! I cannot thank this dentist enough from the bottom of my heart! Thank you all

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Beauchamp House for more years than I care to remember. I am very happy with the care that I receive from Mr Chris Parkinson. I normally see Adriana the hygienist but due to her being away on holiday I made an appointment to see Madhi Ganjar. Well what can I say - straight away I felt at ease with him. It was like having a conversation with a friend. He was very attentive and professional. He obviously cares deeply about the profession that he is in. At every stage throughout the process he made sure I was comfortable and talked through exactly what he was doing. All in all a very nice experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Both Chris and Mahdi receive 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The dental and reception staff were very accommodating recently when I, my daughter and grandchildren were delayed through no fault of our own and late arriving for our appointments. I was especially grateful to my dentist Euan Stocker who alternated another patient with me. This is especially important as I have mobility problems and am reliant on my daughter to drive me to appointments.

Fantastic experience: I'm going to need root canal treatment. X-rays were taken, explanations were clear, options were explained. Never happy about needing root canal treatment, but I feel reassured.

Fantastic experience: My goodness: route canal cleaning. Positive experience of having the procedure described so well, that I completely understood what was going to happen. I was made incredibly comfortable- and nearly fell asleep! Rescued my tooth, it was a perfect outcome

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the dental practice and as usual had excellent treatment from Dr.Reem Kaddour. She’s an excellent,thoughtful and caring dentist. I visited the practice on 29th November and was once again impressed by my dentist and the hygienist the previous week.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to treat a tooth with a filling in need of attention. I was advised at my check up that, due to the nature of the existing filling there was a minor possibility a crown may be required if the tooth could not be treated. I think it is preferable to know all possible outcomes in advance to avoid unnecessary surprises on the day. Thankfully the tooth was successfully repaired and I am aware of the possibility for additional treatment at some stage. I find my dentist, Dr Kaddour, to be very professional, informative and reassuring at all times. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction. The dentist explained all the steps of the procedure. Topical numbing and injections into my gums to deaden the pain were gentle and effective. The tooth was extracted “gradually” with loosening actions rather than yanked out, making the process easier on me. After the procedure, I was given written information about aftercare and a sterile swab should it be needed. The dentist (Euan Stocker) answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with my treatment.

Rovena described the process accurately and the result of her work means the crowns are great. Fantastic experience: I have been taking my 95 year old aunt to this practice for the last couple of years. The atmosphere as you step through the door is relaxed, helpful, friendly and efficient thanks to the lovely reception staff. She has been treated by Euan Stocker who has impressed me greatly. He treats my aunt with respect, patiently explaining procedures and treatments and he displays utmost care for her comfort. But what impresses me most of all is the holistic approach he takes, looking for treatments that will safeguard her general health, and that dental interventions will support her needs into the foreseeable future. He has allowed me to be in the surgery throughout, which, combined with the fact that in a past life I worked in dental surgeries, has put me in a good position to judge. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My regular check ups with Harjeet and hygienist visits with Adriana, who is extremely thorough yet gentle, would be very difficult to improve upon.

I Managed to get my kids into the NHS dentist as Private cost are very high for children and most family's wouldn't be able to afford it. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous dental practice, friendly, helpful and caring reception staff and the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and explained everything after I went in with broken and infected teeth. I then had an extraction which was done with so much care, I was a bit worried on the Friday that it might be infected so I rang the practice, the receptionist gave advice and also rang me back following speaking with the dentist to confirm I was just being a bit paranoid! (My words, not theirs!) overall, definitely 5 stars! Thank you to all the staff there.

However, if the practice is looking to improve its level of service, I would suggest adopting some means of advising a waiting patient how long before said patient could expect attention. This would be particularly important if the appointment were for a child.

Your nice young male dental nurse kept his back turned will the last moment, when I pounced to ask his name, and say how nice it was to see his face! Your female dental nurses are excellent at smiling and acknowledging patients. The poor chap's just being a boy, but it makes a surprising t difference not to be ignored

After examining the tooth and taking an x-ray, the dentist advised an extraction and without further ado it was removed. I was treated in a very pleasant and professional way and very pleased that Denplan covered the cost. Tip-top service from this excellent dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I started as a patient here during the start of COVID 19; back in March 2020. I saw Ewin the dentist first and found him to have a lovely way about him and the way he put me at ease. I’ve continued to see him as recommended to maintain my smile I also became a regular patient of Adriana, the Hygienist, in fact I was her first at the practice! I like her blend of professionalism & advice combined with a natural sense of humour. For me, she is the best Hygienist and I won’t go anywhere else. Top marks from me!
