Positive experience: I've changed my review because after my frustration with the difficulty to get an appointment through the receptionist, they phoned me to rearrange a time that could work for me. The dentists and the nurses are very professional, and the clinic is really clean and hygienic.

Fantastic experience: Miss Aml Amish is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is kind, gentle, adjusting the amount of water for me on my sensitive teeth. Does not cause undue pain and discomfort. She is the best.

Positive experience: Fantastic dentist in Marylene. She’s always very friendly. Only downside is I never seem to get in on time to any of my appointments. I appreciate delays happen, sometimes it can be over 30 minutes though. Thank you though for being such a great dentists

Fantastic experience: We have been patients for over 16 years. Nicola has been a great dentist, very caring, proactive and helpful. We are very sad that she is retiring from the NHS provision. All the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever we visit.

Negative experience: What a shocking, rude and unhelpful staff. I have been taking my son to this clinic for years and I never has received such a patronising treatment by the reception staff. I asked to get an appointment for my son and the receptionist asked me what time/s would I like the appointment in May, so I obviously thought there was some space that month. She said that no appointment in the afternoon for May and offered me one in June. I then asked if she could check any other time in May and she responded that there were no appointments in May. No sure why she ask me in the first place what times in May. Anyway, she was extremely unhelpful and basically with the attitude of “computer say nooo”. I asked her to send me the reminder to my email which I didn’t receive, so I have to call again and another lady responded. I have to asked her to send again but this new lady asked me to wait, but I had to insist to send me the email again because I was certain the other lady would not have sent the email. I mean, I don’t think is a massive deal to resend an email, is it? I don’t understand why people like that work for the public, if they’re unhappy with their job, please quit or do something else but far away from the public

Fantastic experience: The reception staff, the hygienist, the dental nurse AND the dentist all show immense professionalism and care for their patients. I moved here from a previous practice (where I'd been for 40 years) with some trepidation and am delighted!

My dentist has been very efficient, thoughtful and considerate, treating an awkward set of teeth and carefully discussing the options at each stage. The hygienist, too, has worked miracles and my teeth are transformed! I am really grateful to them and to the helpful nurse and very obliging and sympathetic receptionists. This is obviously an outstandingly effective and caring practice - I have had no discomfort and, it is a pleasure to attend

Fantastic experience: Dr. Konstantinos Lentzos and Nurse Agata Wrobe were both very kind and friendly. My daughter is pretty shy, but they made an effort to chat with her in a fun, relaxed way, which really helped her feel comfortable. The check-up was quick and smooth, and the reception staff were efficient and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Histon Dental Surgery. Every time I visit my dentist Dr Nicola Courtney-Jones, I receive exceptional treatment and care. I recently had an appointment with the hygienist Miss Price too. I couldn't believe how clean and white my teeth were after the appointment. The nursing team is always helpful, kind, and polite. The admin team do their best to book appointments that fit my schedule and responds to any queries thoroughly and promptly. The surgeries are clean and organised to the highest standard. This clinic offers a wide range of specialised services and dental treatments and is equipped with modern technology and equipment.

Fantastic experience: Efficient and reliable service over quite a few years

Negative experience: Dentist check up was fantastic cannot fault 5 * however booked an appointment after my first check up (nhs) for a basic hygienist as i was unable to attend called and emailed having a mouth sore confirmed by a pharmacist couldn't attend it ,I was asked by Iwona to send a photo of proof..wow! ,insisting on the £79 change...which i will pay soon. Has anyone else been asked to send photo mouth sore proof anywhere?

Fantastic experience: I had a large re-filling of a molar. It looks very good. Thank you Marylene! I was in the chair for nearly an hour and found the headrest got increasingly uncomfortable. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shonia Nayar Atchu is very kind & professional. She took care of my feeling very well. She compared my latest X-ray vs my last one and explained to me in detail. She even provided a best solution for my easy-get-stain problem which was out of my expectation.

Fantastic experience: Not my favourite way to spend a Friday morning - having a root canal filling! Marylene was however attentive and informative, the whole process was relatively pain-free, and I felt genuinely cared for, and kept appropriately aware of what was happening throughout. I take it as a mark of skilful surgery that I suffered no significant pain after the anaesthetic wore off.

Fantastic experience: Appointment with hygienist Miss Ami Amish, I was seen promptly, very courteous and clear in explaining what I needed to do with my future brushing etc. The cleaning process was very thorough and not at all painful, the best hygienist visit I have ever had! I now need to wield my TePe brushes & toothbrush to maintain my gleaming gnashers in their pristine state. Thoroughly Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Rang on day due to suspected abscess. I know how busy the practise is but they were able to fit me in despite my own dentist at the practice being on holiday. In these days of oversubscribed and under pressure dental practices it is indeed a rarity to have such a gem. Everything from the receptionist dealing with me on the phone to the treatment was exceptional and i know they saved me a great deal of pain by their prompt intervention. Regards Kelvin
