Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient with toothache, I was really apprehensive about calling the dentist. From my very first appointment, when it was confirmed I needed a root canal, to my final appointment completing the treatment, I have never felt so at ease. Even when I thought I might need to be seen again after my first visit, the dental nurse was incredibly reassuring and explained that everything I was experiencing was normal. Dr. Charis Aristidou and his brilliant dental assistant created such a calm and supportive environment throughout my treatment. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made what I feared would be a stressful experience feel manageable and positive. If you feel anxious about attending the dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Charis Aristidou.

Fantastic experience: Swiftly dealt with at reception, a short wait for treatment. Comprehensive discussion with the Hygienist and resulting treatment performed expertly. Subsequent treatment by the Dentist was professionally executed and a use ful discussion was had and encouragement to maintian the good standards that I was demonstrating.

Negative experience: The hygienist broke my permanent retainer bar leaving a sharp wire poking into my mouth and then wanted to charge me £75 to fix it or told me to put ‘baby bell wax’ on it. They are constantly cancelling appointments and the staff turn over is very high. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Great team, always welcoming from the moment you step in the door. Reception team put you at ease and have the amazing ability to pick up on clients if they are feeling anxious. Dental team, I think are a well oiled team, at one point I even mentioned "while in the chair" that it was like a ballet on wheels as they moved around effortlessly. Top notch and very well done on a great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a rear molar fall to pieces and going on holiday in 2 days time. I got an emergency appointment next morning. Very good service, excellent dentist and helpful reception staff. Harry and Kayleigh very calming and helpful. Altogether as pleasant as a visit to the Dentist could be. A mention too for Aleysha on Reception - efficient and friendly. Positive experience: I use to be with Clove House years ago through NHS but then like everywhere the Dentist left then I had to go private so went elsewhere, I am now back with Clove House as a Private patient, I contacted through email and was met with great professionalism and was welcomed back, then when I met my dentist for the first time, I stated to him I want a dentist that cares about the health of my teeth more than how much money can be earned, so far I am very happy with the service and care Clove House are showing

While not a comfortable experience by its very nature, the dentist, Dr Olivia Nixon, and her assistant, made it as painless and stress-free as possible. Nothing was rushed; she explained what was about to happen at every stage and gave me time to take a breath when I needed to. She explained possible after effects, which was reinforced in writing. As good a dental experience as one could hope for.

Fantastic experience: I attended my regular 6 month hygienist this week with Emma Macdonald, I have always been a bit of a gagger when it comes down to this treatment however, Emma suggested and used some olbas oil, saying that it had really helped with previous patients. So a huge thankyou to Emma & her assistant because this enabled me to have the best experience with the hygienist I have ever had, with absolutely no gagging at all.

She is very knowledgable and helpful, she offered me a range of treatment options. So far I have been impressed! I now have fixed braces and will be in for regular checkups until my treatment is complete. All the staff, receptionists and dental nurses are lovely. They make you feel at ease and very comfortable

Fantastic experience: Very friendly. Booking system needs sorting. Email confirmation for 230. They were running late so changed on the system to 245 while I was and tried saying it was booked for 230 . Showed the email. When I got to Harry they changed again to 250 so it looked like I was on time. Don't have an issue apart from being told ' well our system says 245'
