Fantastic experience: Lovely and friendly dentist. The facility is lovely and spacious and the staff are very welcoming. The dentist was super friendly to my child and explained everything in a way they would understand.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to any dentist in some time. They saw me at very short notice when no-one else could squeeze me in. I enjoyed the experience (as much as you can enjoy a visit to the dentist) so much I signed on as a new patient. Mark and the staff were friendly and professional, and everything he was doing was explained fully. Very reasonable rates too.

I had a dental emergency while on holiday in the area, and they managed to squeeze me in on the same day, sorting out my problem quickly and easily. If I was local I'd be registering with them in a heartbeat! All of the staff I met were lovely, friendly and welcoming, and did all they could to help.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional. Very pleased with my treatment plan. All of the staff, from the front desk to the management team are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.This is a very professional outfit. I had my dental work done by Konrad, ably assisted by Nicole and my hygiene done by Lyn. What a team! I went in with trepidation not thinking that they could do much for me after my teeth and gums were left in a disgraceful state after radiation treatment, but I came away with much more than I expected. Composite is my new best friend. My confidence has grown immeasurably, and the treatment costs were very affordable. My dental work was extensive and over a period of 4 months. All at times and dates to suit me. X-rays, cleaning scaping, polishing, gum tests, Numerous fillings, composite re-builds, extractions and denture making and fitting are just the ones that I can remember. I have a few small bits left to be done and will definitely be going back to Archway. If you need anything dental, from new teeth to just a clean and polish give them a call. ps. They are not scary.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at Archway Dental, Kelly Bray and specifically to Dr Ann Cummins since moving to Cornwall. My sta nav beame horribly confused like me in finding the location in the labarynth of roads but having located the surgery there was satisfactory parking. The surgery is located on the first floor and to reach it is a litlle uninspiring.However once the enter the reception area it is a very inviting environment with friendly a professionaland helpful receptionists with free drinks machines and comfortable seating. Dr Ann Cummins came to greet me in a timely and friendly manner and led me into her surgery to meet the nursing team before carrying out a full assessment of my dental condition. Her appraoch was very professional thorough and friendly. A full mouth x ray was taken and fully explained in simple terms with advice on improvement in my tooth brushing regime. A full treatment plan was prepared and shown to me and was e mailed to me prior to my return home. Further appointments were then made and e mailed to me. Therefore whilst negotiating my way to the surgery was challenging, I found the surgery , the dental surgeon and her staff to be of an excellent standard and would reccommend it to anyone seeking a new dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice, my daughter smashed her front teeth in an accident just before Christmas so booked an emergency appointment. When we arrived the staff made her feel immediately welcome and at ease. They displayed high professional standards making sure the work was perfect and we were completely happy with it. Would highly recommend for children and adults alike.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered archway dental surgery Kelly Bray, I was greeted & offered a refreshment. My dentist Mark Burrows & his nurse Bell were very friendly & welcoming. A very thorough examination & a dental plan was produced after listening to my needs . As an ex dental nurse I was thoroughly impressed.

Fantastic experience: Initially visited the Callington branch for emergency treatment - I was fitted in immediately and saw Chloe who was very reassuring. Subsequently I signed up to the practice and have just had my first consultation again with Chloe. It was extremely thorough and I was very impressed with the equipment available. Chloe was very patient in explaining recommended treatments and alternatives. A good experience so far as visiting a dentist ever can be!

Fantastic experience: The staff on the desk always greet you with a smile and a hello and make you feel welcome . The premises are very clean and inviting once inside. My wife is disabled and they have good access to the building . There is a disabled space for parking outside allowing you too park but sometimes you can't as people have parked there with no badge. I guess that's life. But the thing to remember is that when you go to Arch way they treat you as an individual with care and they really have a lot of passion and make you feel special.

Fantastic experience: I’m a nervous dental patient. Two weeks ago I broke a tooth. I was absolutely dreading going to the dentist. I went and told by my lovely dentist it could be fixed, so I had a temporary fixing and went back a week later. I had injections, 45 minutes of treatment and I didn’t feel anything and very happy! I even dare to say I think I’ve overcome my fear thanks to Archway! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I rate Archway dentist as possibly the best dentist practice I have been too, and over the years that is quite a few! My teeth have been a problem for me over these last five years, again trying to find a dentist who would listen to what I wanted! That is quite a rare thing, dentists normally tell you what you need! My experience was different with Archway, they listened and understood how important it was for me to get rid of the mercury fillings I have, I know most dentists say if they are in tack leave them alone, that is not what I am trying to achieve! Archway are helping me achieve this, bit by bit, by the end of February I should have a healthy mouth with no mercury, hooray I approached Archway reception, who were as helpful and kind as they could be and advised me as best they could, then booked me in for an initial examination with Chloe which I attended shortly after that, she listened!! And advised and we came up with a treatment plan that suited and I wanted to achieve. I then saw a plan operator who again was very kind and professional and who scheduled in and booked my appointments, who also helped me with a monthly dental plan, so my teeth will be looked after going forward and I won’t have to face big dental bills going into the future anymore, which will be a real help Then I saw the best hygienist I have ever seen, sadly I can’t remember his name! I think your mind goes a bit blank when you are nervous but I shouldn’t have been, he was excellent, really gentle when doing the necessary cleaning and advised of my future care going forward, yet another tick ✔️ Then I saw Chloe who took two teeth out and we are trying to save the third, I’m not sure still but Chloe has said she will remove it if it still causes me problems, but we both wanted to try to save the tooth if possible The removals were remarkable straight forward, the filing took far more time and effort, but again, far easier than the concern warranted before I attended, really reassuring going forward That is the stage I am currently at, now waiting to heal, before I go back for the final two teeth to be worked on. I know dentistry is not cheap, I think Archway is the normal price around, but I do think there service goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them, I have found them to be extremely professional, helpful and compassionate when dealing with your health care, because I believe teeth health is as important as all your other health needs, if not more important Sorry this is a bit of a long winded review but where dentistry is concerned it can be very daunting experience for a lot of people so I wanted to write a truthful review to help others having to go through it to find a good team who will be helpful and yet professional throughout it, I can’t rate them highly enough

Fantastic experience: Went to Archway for my regular hygienist appointment. Agata was very thorough and took X-rays of my teeth Very happy with Archway. The thing that let's Archway down is its location on a very downtrodden industrial estate that has the roughest roads (potholes, bumps and unmade parts) I have come across. The old address in Well Lane was far more salubrious than where they are now. Service and staff 5 stars Location and access 1 star Update. The access road has been completely revamped and it is now a far more place to visit compared to how it used to be

Fantastic experience: The staff here are happy, they smile a lot and are very efficient :o) My initial consultation with Conrad and his two dental assistants was thorough and professional, resulting in an agreed treatment plan which meets my needs. Pricing was clear, payment options available and, most importantly to me, no attempt was made to coerce or persuade me to have any 'additional' treatments which were not required - i.e. no hard sell. I came away from my consultation feeling confident that I had a dedicated and motivated team of specialists looking after my treatment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Extremely prompt, friendly and efficient service, with clear explanations throughout. I had an old broken filling removed and a new super smooth white permanent composite filling in its place. It is pricey but I am delighted with results and the dentist Cynthia checked that I was ok throughout

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Archway dentists for many years. I currently see Mrs Millard who is so helpful and kind (which makes it easier for me!). The rooms are always clean, uncluttered and bright. The reception team are always welcoming and the staff in general are very friendly. There is free parking just outside and access to the surgery for those with mobility issues. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: On the outside it's like entering an industrial building, but once you get to reception everything is extremely clean, modern and very pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful. The Nurses are caring and try to make you feel relaxed I had an extraction performed by Dr. Ann Cummins, she is wonderful, explains everything, is very gentle and I didn't feel any pain at the time or afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I have been having all my dental work done at Archway Dental, Kelly Bray, for a good couple of years. Every visit has been not only worthwhile, but actually pleasant. Yes, pleasant...a feeling few people connect with dentistry. But it is. My dentist, Mark Barrow, has never caused me a moment's pain, and I've had both big jobs and little 'no numbing' jobs done. He is also a very pleasant man and knowledgeable about many things. The entire staff, however, also impresses me. I have yet to encounter a single member of staff, from reception/booking to chairside assistants, who fail to have 'kind eyes.' Oddly, I was just remembering that today--I needed a small emergency treatment they did as last appointment yesterday. And despite the end of the day and people wanting to get home, everyone I encountered greeted me with kind eyes. That's the sort of practice it is, and I could not possibly be more happy for having found them.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment in Kelly Bray with Mark and had an assessment of the work I know needs doing. Mark was extremely thorough, listened to my concerns and gave me a clear plan and timeframe. I felt very well looked after and the costs are proportionate and fair. I haven’t had any work done yet, but so far I’m very impressed and I like my new dentist very much.

Fantastic experience: I first visited this practice back in December when I had a terrible gum infection and wasn’t very well. Since then I have undergone a course of gum therapy so I have visited several times. From the first day onwards, the team were amazing. I was treated with sympathy and kindness by everyone, and Lynn and Jasmine have been amazing every time I’ve visited. I’ve since signed my children up too. If you have to go private, I would highly recommend Archway Dental.

Fantastic experience: Very good. The establishment was a little difficult to find. However, once discovered a joy. Staff very knowledgeable and they treat you with care and respect. Cynthia, the dental clinician was wonderful. I have recently had some life difficulties. This manifested some sadness. Cynthia was empathetic and kind. The technology produced a survey of my teeth in detail. Combined with a translated explanation from Cynthia I now have a plan for getting oral health back on track. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Nobody wants to visit the Dentist, however if you have to visit one then visit Archway. They are friendly, professional and their customer focus is excellent. For me they are one of the best practices I have been a customer of.

Positive experience: It is never an unpleasant experience visiting this dental team in Kelly Brae. Very satisfied, thank you. The only reservation is regarding the driveway to the premises which offers potential low speed accident potential and the possibility of shredding a tyre or kerbing an alloy!

Fantastic experience: I saw Cynthia, I was pretty nervous but Cynthia was brilliant, she calmed me immediately. My experience was good. I was told everything that was about to happen and Cynthia's presence itself was just so reassuring. The dental nurse with Cynthia was also lovely and calming, a very helpful young girl. I would definitely recommend this practice. Claire, the treatment organiser is also lovely and helpful, a true Angel. Reception staff very inviting and welcoming. Overall everyone I met was lovely. Fantastic experience: Visited yesterday for the first time and as a nervous patient, my dentist was very good with me and explained everything that was happening. The surgery was gorgeous and although I have treatment to come, I'm feeling very optimistic about it. Update: Visited today for my first lot of treatment and Mark was amazing as was his dental nurse. Kept checking I was OK the whole way through. I'm so pleased I found Archway

Fantastic experience: I am an incredibly nervous patient. I had 2 fillings and a clean. My word, Chloe and her lovely assistant could not have been kinder. I didn't have any pain at all. Wish I had found this practice a long time ago. Totally recommend 100% All the staff are extremely kind and friendly.
