I broke my tooth whilst on holiday and when I called the practice Charlotte answered the call and was extremely helpful. I was booked in for an appointment that morning which was perfect and was seen by Dr Stephen Fellowes. He was also extremely helpful and was able to repair my tooth flawlessly on the spot - no follow up appointments required. Excellent customer service all round, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental practice. I emailed after knocking my tooth out and being in shock after my fall. They were very sympathetic and got me in to see the dentist the same afternoon. I was very nervous and in pain, let alone being very conscious of my mouth and injured face. The dentist was very informative, and very gentle when touching my face and gums. He took and x-ray and explained what my options were from there on, putting my mind at risk that he would be able to fix it with no problems. He charged me half an appointment fee, as he said he wanted me to go back and was eager to help me..I will be going back as soon as the swelling has gone down, but don't feel as anxious about going back. The receptionists, nurse and dentist I saw, were all very nice and understanding.

Negative experience: Don't seem to do fillings that don't fall out. Had 3 fills of same tooth all fell out and I'm booked in for the 4th filling on same tooth and don't hold much hope that will last very long too. Also had a booking today and they gave it to someone else and i was there 15 mins before,so not happy at all.

Fantastic experience: I'm willing to travel a distance to see my dentist because he is excellent. He cares about his patients, and takes time to explain everything, ensuring that you feel comfortable with what he is proposing as well as ensuring that you are well informed and updated during treatment. The other staff I've interacted with are supportive, efficient and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Having been blessed with teeth that would not be out of place in Jurassic Park, and having taken them in some embarrassment to the best dentists in many countries, I can honestly say that Ben and his dental nurse, whose name I'm afraid I didn't catch, are not just among the best, but they are the best of the best. Their professional skill, care and kindness are second to none. The Practice as a whole is one, on everyone's part, of heartfelt patient care, and that , in my experience, makes it unique. Were it possible to give more than five stars, I would, however many there were, give all of them.

I needed to go for a root canal and I was absolutely terrified. However this experience was totally different and the fear has now gone. Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. I needed emergency dental treatment and from my initial call - both Charlottes’ were lovely to my treatment everything was exemplary. Dan reassured me, talked me through every step and had me back same day to make sure I was out of pain. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the dental nurses name, but she was amazing too. Fantastic experience: I will preface this by stating that I struggle with going to the dentist and it gives me massive anxiety. I recently had my first visit at park chambers with Dan. I can honestly say it was single handedly the best dental experience I've ever had. I needed some work doing and at no point was I spoken down to or treated in a patronising way. I saw Dan and he was very professional, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and fully explained everything that needed to be done with follow up appointments. After many poor experiences at dentists during my life I think I might finally have found a good practice…If anyone is worried or apprehensive about visiting the dentist I would suggest you call Park Chambers…

Fantastic experience: Freindly reassuring staff. I was very impressed with my initial examination where the dentist, George Kolaitis, checked all my teeth and gums, as to be expected, but also my jaw alignment and movement. He went carefully through my x-rays explaining the issues I had and the treatment plan to deal with them. I am so glad I picked this practice. I thought George was good but just been to see Dan as George as moved on and he's even better.

Fantastic experience: Today I had extensive treatment from Dan. He was absolutely brilliant. Took time to speak to me in the waiting room and reassured me that everything would be okay. And it was! He explained everything and the whole experience was virtually painless. I am delighted so far and look forward to my follow up appointment in 10 days time. A big thank you to all the team.

Fantastic experience: We came here today for an emergency dentist appointment( we're not local- on holiday) they managed to fit us in. My wife had horrendous tooth pain to which it was found she had an abcess had grown on the root, her tooth was taken out. The dentist was very friendly, explained everything, professional. The dentist surgery itself was very clean and welcoming. We were welcomed from start to finish and then seemed to genuinely care which was really nice. She is now in so much relief thanks to these guys, her previous dentist told her she would need a different treatment that would have been into the thousands which was rubbish and that an extraction wasnt possible. We cant thank you enough!! To anyone considering going here 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't even gone through a consultation as a new patient, when I rushed in today in agony, crying, I was a mess. They got me in as an emergency within 2 hours! The lovely receptionist, Dan, and his dental nurse were the most friendly, calming dental staff I've met. I've been terrified of the dentist since I was a child from a traumatic experience with a dentist with no bedside manner. I can only describe what he did to me, as torture. Even years later when I needed a filling, I went under sedation as I was so terrified. My experience at Park Chambers today was nothing like that! Dan was so so patient and calming with me, even though I had to have a tooth extraction, I was completely put at ease. Their absolute priority was to immediately stop my pain, i was pain free within 10 minutes of being in that building. I am no longer scared and i am crying happy tears. Fantastic experience: I've just finished the last of four treatments to replace a number of old crowns. A fairly gruelling experience but I had the best treatment anyone could expect. Ben and the dental nurse work quietly and calmly at all times even when I can tell things are a bit tricky. Nothing is hurried and I have developed confidence and trust in them and all the other people on the team over the few years since I became a client. No one likes going to the dentist but I'd recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Had emergency appointment, as just after lockdown, they were great. I had a broken filling/tooth repaired with no anaesthetic, no problem or pain. I’d recommend highly. Recently broke a tooth and crown at same time! Seen within 48 hours, both repaired efficiently. Highly recommended

But, I can honestly say that my experience at Park Chambers was brilliant, especially Dan who explained everything very clearly and made me feel so relaxed. In fact the whole team there are great. The result of the work done has given me more confidence and has let me smile again. Fantastic experience: I am such an anxious patient (from past experience). I am talking about automatic trembling I cant control and fear that distresses me.
I had some hypnotherapy and other counselling from a friend. I took Homeopathic remedies for Fear. I arrived at Park Chambers Wadebridge.

Beautifully designed, turquoise colours, paintings and no chemical smells.

I saw Dan Rhodes, the nicest and kindest man, with a sense of humour. He put me at ease, gave me loads of time, no rush at all. He answered all my questions and explained everything well. He took my tooth out and I am really serious, I felt nothing, no pain at all. The anaesthetic was invisible to me. I have never, ever had a tooth taken out so easily.

I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. I felt elated to conquer my fear with Dans support. Dan is highly qualified with experience in so many areas. If you have fear Dan's your Man! Thank you so much Dan & Eliza, (dental nurse & practice mgr) for holding my hand and being so sweet. I am actually looking forward to going back and getting my teeth and denture finally done. I came to Park Chambers after my husband said it seemed like a nice surgery. They have been amazing. Iv had a consultation and seen the hygienist. So far I have been anxious but made to feel at ease. They don’t try and sell you a Hollywood smile and treat what needs treating. Everyone is lovely

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with this practice for many years and can thoroughly recommend it for being friendly and extremely efficient. Dr Ben Middleton is a wonderfully gentle dentist and his wife Danielle an expert hygienist. The front desk reception staff have always been very friendly and efficient. What more can one ask for ! The practice is situated alongside the river Camel right in the middle of Wadebridge so is convenient to combine appointments with shopping expeditions. Car parking is adjacent to an off-licence or within easy reach of the main town car park.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and up to date. Main reason for me changing from another local dentist was to find out their attitude to prices which I found most interesting. Not necessarily cheaper than my present dentist but refreshing. I will switch dentists as a result.
