Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at IKON. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. After recently breaking my retainer, I visited Dr. Xavier, who treated me with great care. He used advanced scanning equipment to take impressions of my teeth, making the appointment quick, comfortable, and stress-free. My new retainer was ready in just two days!

Fantastic experience: I required a front tooth implant. After research I found Ikon Dental Suite. I visited the surgery ,unannounced and met Anca who kindly took the time to explain the process and gave me leaflets to read. My first appointment was with Dr Manish Bose who under took a full examination , then explained to me in detail, a treatment plan on how the procedure would progress stage by stage. I knew at this point that I had found the right professional team. At completion of the new implant I was very pleased. I found everyone at Ikon to be Professional, Smart, Polite and Caring. I fully recommend Dr Bose and all the Ikon team, They were brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Referred by my own dentist for an extraction I found an exceptionally pleasant team and Dr Manish removed the tooth very quickly and with no fuss. Perhaps an odd reaction but it was a not unpleasant experience. My sincere thanks to all at Ikon.

The care provided was exemplary and despite my keenness to resolve the problem quickly, the dentist encouraged me to follow his advice to be patient and explained all the options clearly and accurately. Fantastic experience: Have been to Ikon Dental Specialists before and had excellent care for implants from Dr Manish Bose. This occasion was for the commencement of teeth whitening treatment. Everything went well and once again an excellent experience with hygienist, Eloise, who did a thorough professional pre-procedure examination and explained everything about the upcoming process. Subsequent visits monitoring and assisting in the actual whitening proved very effective and led to great results. A return visit, this time to hygienist, Pam, who is another highly experienced and professional member of the Ikon Dental Specialists team, working with expertise to support maintaining oral health. 02/06/25 Another ongoing return visit for check-up with Dr Manish Bose and hygienist appointment with Pam. All went very well, as usual Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Ikon Dental for a about two years now. My most recent visit was to have a dental implant. I had an extraction over 25 years ago at my local dental practice which was very traumatising. My dentist referred me to Ikon for another issue and I was so impressed with Dr Makori and the work he did that I broached the idea of having a dental implant. I was introduced to Dr Bose who informed me of the dental training school and the specialised treatment I would require. I was a bit apprehensive about the work and also the fact that the work would be done by a 'student'. My reservations were soon put to rest when I met Dr Udeh, my 'student'. He was very professional and knowledgable, he was very good at managing my anxiety. He gave me a thorough examination with scans etc, informed me of the process, was patient and answered all my questions. He was mentored by Dr Bose throughout. On the day Dr Udeh did my sedation too. I 'woke' with relatively no pain and my recovery was standard. During the procedure I had a bone graft and was fitted with the implant. Dr Bose and Dr Udeh also prepared another area for a future procedure. It really was a pleasure meeting and being a patient of Dr Udeh and I wish him all the best in his future endeavours. I returned to Ikon after the healing process and had impressions taken for my new tooth which was subsequently installed by Dr Makori. I am 100% happy. I will have another implant in due course and would have no reservations with using the dental school again. I hope you will find this review useful and that it allays any reservations that you may have about using the dental school. I am glad that I went down this route. The work was professional and I felt safe at all times. Dr Bose is a excellent teacher/mentor and I cannot thank him enough for his attention and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Frankly Doctor Bose and the team saved my teeth. Had a nightmare bacterial attack on my gums that required serious treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr Bose was lovely, and very skilled. He performed a procedure that 2 dentists had said they weren’t confident to do, and it only took him a few minutes. I have a chronic illness that makes visits to the dentist difficult - Dr Bose was attentive to this and did all he could to make me comfortable. The facilities were modern, well decorated, and clean. Fantastic experience: Have just completed a fairly complicated procedure over 8 months, involving several extractions and the fitting of a single implant and an implant retained bridge. I am very pleased with the results. Throughout the period I have been impressed by the professionalism, care and responsiveness of Dr Bose and the rest of the Ikon team, and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment for a root canal treatment. It was the first time with Dr Schirru and I can't recommend him enough. He was very friendly, very patient (I have a huge anxiety issue when I need to see a dentist) and most importantly, he did a fantastic (and painless) job! Generally speaking, the staff in the clinic is super welcoming and friendly as well. Bravo!

Negative experience: Was recommended Dr Mahash Boha yet unfortunately very disappointed by a lady who called me back regarding my free consultation which I had to still pay £50 to book how is this a free consultation then ? Sad to say to many dentists are just busy making money off of people’s misfortune. The lady that I spoke to was highly unprofessional her name was Manisha claimed she was the director yet she accused me of wanting to wave the cost every time here on after. I’m so disappointed I will not be recommending utterly disgusted

Fantastic experience: IKON Dental Specialists were recommended to me by my dentist as I required three implants due to decay in my teeth a few years ago. Manish and his wonderful team at IKON were very professional and personable throughout the whole process which took several procedures. I have had the implants for nearly 4 years and they are still in perfect health.

Fantastic experience: First visit for an assessment of a complicated procedure. Very well appointed premises and amazing technology in the way of scans, photos, instantly on to computer for viewing as the process was explained clearly, including moderate risks. Everyone friendly. Whole impression is that you are in safe competent hands. So, today, 20th September 2024, I had the first session to get an implant. Anchor peg inserted and some packing to encourage bone to restore itself. Met more friendly staff and had a fearless, painless procedure. All carefully explained, constant checking I was OK (great local anaesthetic). Dr Bose totally professional and reassuring. Same for his two assistants who completed my aftercare pack and gave clear home instructions. Good distraction film to watch too! And a final word for the pleasant reception team. Back today, 5th February for the next stage of my treatment. All checked and going well. Impression taken for the final tooth fitting . Usual first class friendly service. Special effort made to get me back in to fit with my own schedule. 24th February and back for the final fitting of top incisor.Very pleased with the result. Whole process excellent value. Thanks to all the kind and competent staff.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Max enough! He did an incredible job fixing my overbite, which has made a huge difference, less stress on my jaw and a big reduction in grinding. Throughout the entire process, he was thorough, professional, responsive, and incredibly patient, always taking the time to explain each step. It’s rare to find someone who combines such expertise with genuine care for their patients. I’ve been recommending him to everyone I know, truly the best!

Dr Bose and my hygienist, Pam, go out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible, especially since I am a very anxious patient. They tailor the treatment to my changing needs, when necessary, to ensure I get good results. Anca, one of the receptionists, is very welcoming and kind, she is always able to answer or relay any questions you may have. Fantastic experience: I visited Ikon Dental Specialists yesterday and saw Dr Makori about a couple of minor matters. His dental examination was thorough and painless and his explanations and advice were detailed and clear. It was all very reassuring. More than happy to recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure to have been referred to this practice and seen by Stacy. I’ve got multiple oral issues but somehow she made treatment options all seem logically and not harrowingly attainable. I like that she listened and responded to my wider health issues allowing for her to understand my needs more holistically - which included the impact on my mental health/stress and concerns; and financial status. Going forward I intend to carry out the dental plan she has recommended at IKON in order to have cohesive treatments and follow ups. IKON is up a flight of stairs - I didn't notice if they’re able to offer treatments on the ground floor as there’s another business occupying the ground floor so may have accessibility limitations. On a lighter note, the environment literally was like going to a pals home as the practice is set in a lovely well kept house with a comfy lounge / seatings and a very welcoming receptionist; and a modern clean washroom. From my first visit, I would recommend IKON.

Fantastic experience: Due to change of personal circumstances and location move, I was unable to see Dr Bose for 6 years after he completed my 2 implants. My new dentist wanted Dr Bose to check on them as there had been a little gum bleeding. Dr Bose was patient and very kind to understand my difficult personal circumstances. On checking the teeth and an xray, Dr Bose found that they were in excellent condition, with no deterioration in the surrounding bone. I will be returning to Dr Bose in the future for more implants. I cannot recommend him enough. He is kind and understanding, with exceptional professional knowledge and skills. His supporting team are very good too.

Fantastic experience: Polite, efficient and courteous. The car parking was a necessity as difficult to park locally, and public transport would have taken me almost 2 hours to travel there. Prompt response to requests and follow up call to check all was well.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at IKON Dental. Getting implants is a daunting prospect, and you need to know the people treating you are top-notch. Dr Bose is an absolute gentleman, and explains everything clearly and plainly, and when injecting anaesthetic, does so in a way where you can barely feel a thing. A true professional who personally guarantees his work. HIs support staff are great too, and the reception staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended; you get what you pay for!

Fantastic experience: A very professional team with a near perfect service 2 implants 3 crones and a bit of fixing The only reason why I hesitated to give 5 stars is that they are very expensive (even more so for one who does not have any insurance) and a bit too much into spending more. Fantastic experience: I attended IKON Dental Specialists needing an implant to replace a tooth that had been extracted 4 years earlier. I feared there'd be bone loss, but after Dr. Bose explained the entire procedure to me in detail with great professionalism and care it took away my anxiety and he managed to place an implant in my lower jaw without a bone graft or impact on the lower nerves. After about 3 weeks, I had some discomfort and needed to see him twice. He fixed the problem without any extra charge and was very kind through it all. The implant has been perfect since, and it's been over 6 months, and I've had no issues with it whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Bose. His communication, patience, composure, empathy, and the way he listens to concerns are what make a patient trust him through it all. A big thank you to the lovely reception team as well.

Fantastic experience: Ikon are honestly great. I first came to Fiona completely dental phobic and with some issues due to previous health issues. From first coming in and meeting Anka to consultations and getting things sorted everyone has been so kind and compassionate. I couldn’t recommend them all highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Joe Bansal is absolutely AMAZING!!! Having ordontontic work is never fun but Dr Joe made this as painless as possible. I had a one hour appointment with Dr Joe.. He was professional and extremely competent. He was also, patient, pleasant and kind. He made me feel very relaxed during the procedure and constantly check to ensure i was not in any pain or uncomfortable. I can not recommend Dr Joe, highly enough - definitely a a Rock Star Orthodontist!!

Fantastic experience: I had an implant put in place by Dr Bose 7 years ago and I visit his clinic every 18 months for a check-up. Dr Bose is very friendly and explains everything clearly. His staff are also very friendly and polite. It’s always a pleasure to make a visit to the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the practise for the last 7 years, for my dental needs, and I highly recommend it, first of all for their friendly staff specially Anca who explains everything in details, I had my braces fitted in July 22 and had them removed after 2 years and 1 month (August 2024) it was worth it, very happy with the results I cant stop smiling. From, Doctors, Hygenist, Orthodonist, Cosmetic Teeth Surgeons all make you feel as comfortable as possible, and off course their friendly nature which is great to make the patient feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at IKON Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction. The welcome was friendly, the Dr was patient and thorough in explaining everything. The extraction and the follow up care were excellent. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Quick and efficient assessment and minor surgery at same appointment with Dr Yvonna. I later had two implants completed successfully after a professional and carefully planned initial assessment and follow-up process over a period of 7 months, also by Dr Yvonna. The standard of care and service was reassuring at all times, and everything was explained clearly at every stage. Dr Yvonna also took the trouble to consult carefully with the lab making the implants regarding the strongest and most appropriate material to use for the implants because of my exceptionally strong bite and tendency to break porcelain caps and a previous porcelain implant done elsewhere. She has also taken the trouble to book a follow-up appointment 8 weeks after final completion to make sure all is OK. The pricing / fee structure was transparent and clear and was paid in stages as the process progressed. Highly recommended. I would be very happy to use Ikon's and Dr Yvonna's services again.

Fantastic experience: Though we hate going to dentists, this is the one place that I am happy to go to. I am always impressed by the efficiency and personal care I receive at this practice . Earlier when I had a tooth extracted by Manish Bose, it was done so quickly and skilfully I hadn't realised it had come out. Their Hygienist Pam, with whom I have had a few sessions, is equally brilliant. Other than their professionalism and care, they also have the latest high-tech dental equipment.

Fantastic experience: I went for a consult re Invisalign. Saw two different dentists. They were both excellent, professional, kind and reassuring. The dental nurse was also lovely as were the receptionists. What a lovely experience. Definitely a five star experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a back tooth removed. It was a difficult removal due to the shape of my teeth. However the removal was very skilled. The after care was great with attention to my healing.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with no pain. Had an implant which another dentist wanted to make me wear dentures for 6 months. Manish did it in one appointment and fitted temporary crown too, so no space anymore! Can’t believe it has been such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I attended this practice for the very first time today, having researched & read the great reviews online. I was extremely worried about receding gums and extensive enamel wear & erosion. I met with Manish who is the principal head & owner of the practice. I was extremely distressed & he was understanding & calm. He was able to listen to my concerns, put my mind at ease regarding my gum recession & he also was able to advise & refer me to a restoration specialist who works at the practice. Due to my concerns, he on his own accord even managed to fit me in for an appointment the very next day (tomorrow) to see the specialist & he also did not charge me for todays time but transferred my deposit to the appointment tomorrow. I went in for a periodontic consultation, yet based on his observations he nipped my gum concerns in the bud & did not just take my money for an appointment which he felt i did not really need at this moment. This shows he is professional & human, not just business minded. Based on today, i had a great experience & would recommend. I look forward to meeting with the restoration specialist tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend, the staff are beyond kind and professional. They are real experts in what they do and ane always trying to find a solution which the patient is comfortable with. I travel from North London to Ealing to have treatment but I trust ikon implicitly and would never consider seeing anyone else. From my first consultation the service, advice was extremely professional and well explained and at no time did I feel pressurised and was able to make an informed choice of the treatment plan I chose. In 2022 I had a new prostesis fitted by Dr Manush , this sadly did not prove successful , but after gratis repeated remedy attempts Dr Manush voluntarily offered , ordered and fitted recently a new prosthesis at his own cost and time . I am ever so grateful to Dr Mansh Bose and his lovely supporting Team for their exceptional care and kind consideration to me as a patient , as I am sure from my many visits to the Practice I noted the same kind , friendly and high professional care they afford to all their patients . Fantastic experience: I was seen as an urgent case the very next day after calling the surgery. The dentist and his assistant stayed on into the evening to treat me, long after closing hours. Now that's what I call DEDICATION!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with them. I had a rather complicated procedure to do and after my regular dentist offered me a few options, I went ahead with this clinic as they're in my neighbourhood and prices are more or less the same as other clinics. I can say that everything was perfect. They were professional but also friendly and very well-mannered. Also the place was spotless clean which does matter for me a lot. I had a great experience at the front-end desk, registration was easy (you fill everything on a tablet) and Ms. Anca vas very kind and helpful. The dental procedure I underwent was handled with expertise and proficiency. I usually have a bit of stress on the dentist chair but somehow they managed to make the experience very easy for me. Dr. Schirru and the team did the work quickly and with confidence. Also although the procedure was quite invasive on the tooth, I had no pain afterwards. All in all, it's a great clinic. Hopefully my teeth won't need much work in the future but if so I'll definitely choose Ikon Dental again.
