Fantastic experience: My treatment with hygienist Hayley was absolutely first class. I knew from the first minute I was in great hands and I was the recipient of a superb inspection, descaling and polish. Hayley’s work was extremely impressive. Btw, the clinic itself is looking very smart indeed - quite a transformation!

Negative experience: Absolute shambles of a place. The hygienist damaged my tooth and refused to admit any responsibility. I booked a new appointment specifically requesting a different hygienist, but the clinic decided to book me in with the sister of the hygienist who caused the damage in the first place. When I refused to attend, they then charged me for a “missed appointment.” The whole operation feels like a bad joke run by con merchants. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very kind and friendly, making you feel relaxed. I saw the hygienist Anca and her assistant this time , she explained very clearly how to keep your teeth in good health.

Fantastic experience: Anca is the most amazing hygienist. Very patient and gentle but is so invested in her patients. I have been battling chronic gum disease and at last the hard work is paying off and it is definitely down to Anca’s care. Such a good dentist surgery!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for many years & am ver happy with the service I receive. Receptionists are pleasant & efficient as are all the dental nurses & the dentists I have seen over the years - Ed, then Amy & now Asham Joy - have been absolutely brilliant & extremely patient & kind to me as a highly nervous patient. I trust them completely; so much so that having moved to Margate a few years ago they are worth travelling back to High Brooms for as I feel in such good hands.

She was very professional and given simple but powerful tips to keep the teeth and gum healthy. The nurse Keerthi was very welcoming and helpful as well. I am with the High Brooms Dentist for a few years now and always had amazing experiences with the Dentists, Hygienists as well as the reception team. Looking forward for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I visited the newly renovated High Brooms Dental Clinic this morning - what a transformation - looks amazing! I was greeted my a very welcoming and professional receptionist who issued me with a treatment consent form to sign and then asked me to take a seat in the waiting area. My dental nurse, Nurse Amantle came through to greet and collect me and took me to the practice room where my dentist Dr Asin was waiting to greet me and get me settled in the chair. I had a thorough check up; some gentle coaching/coaxing about my need to use tp brushes and floss daily and then Dr Asin checked the appointment system and advised me that there were two available hygienist slots for the that afternoon - fantastic! I went back to reception, whereby another kind member of three person front of house team, booked my 9 month check up for January 2026, booked my hygienist appointment for this afternoon and collected payment for my check up! Excellent customer care throughout my patient journey today - thank you all! I know that I am very lucky to be a patient with this fantastic NHS dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and Amantle are a great team that made me feel comfortable and at ease even whilst carrying out some tricky procedures in the most difficult to reach areas.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival and arranged for the Hygienist to see me on a ground level surgery (avoiding stairs). The Hygienist and her nurse were so kind, as was the dentist and nurse, whom I saw next. This is a lovely surgery with amazing staff and I would highly recommend. As an aside, the entrance and reception is so smart and modern. Very posh!

Positive experience: Whilst the treatment by Dr Bob and Nurse Amantle was the usual high standard, I was not happy waiting outside in the rain for 8 minutes because they would not open the door until 9am. Surely, it would not be a problem to let people inside to wait when it is raining.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I’ve had as a patient at this practice. Lat year during my treatment I had a medical emergency! All the staff were so helpful and concerned. And I was the last patient before closing. As I had driven there, they insisted I should not drive home and due to the seriousness of my condition called an ambulance and waited until it arrived long after the time they should have gone home. First class thank you all

Fantastic experience: Every time we come and see Dr Charlotte she makes us all feel comfortable and the kids are relaxed and actually enjoy the dentist now. She is amazing, skilled and a brilliant dentist- in fact the best we have ever had! Also Mihaela her assistant is great too and always ready with stickers for the kids. The Dentist practice now has lovely comfortable seating and is in the process of having a modern makeover. It is really bright and light and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have a complete phobia of dentists. Not only did this clinic call me before my appointment to make sure I was comfortable, they have taken the time to explaine everything- checked in with me throughout the appointment and didn't judge me when I burst into tears. They are so lovely and compassionate and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.
