Fantastic experience: I came from NHS about 2 years ago. Although I felt almost forced to leave the NHS I would choose the same route again given the improvement in my mouth health since I moved. Arranging and rearranging appointments and the equipment and care is worlds apart. Being able to see more clearly the hidden health of my teeth and getting appointments when I need them means my mouth has become much much healthier. So I'm needing to go less and less. Special thanks to the always welcoming receptionists, and Tony the dentist and Phyllis and Sylvia the hygienists for their continuity of care and guidance. It has made a big difference.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Queen's Drive Dental. I've had a longstanding general fear of the dentist after a few bad experiences with pain during fillings but I knew I had to be brave for my children. I found this place post Covid and I'm so glad that I did. It has made such a difference to us all. I still get a bit nervous but nothing like how I used to and that is completely down to the team, particularly John Paul and Thurga, who are so friendly, attentive, non judgemental and communicative. I've had fillings done by John Paul and regular cleaning by Thurga and they both really helped to make this less stressful. During treatment it has been ok to stop if I need to and they never seem annoyed which is how I used to feel - like I had no choice but to suffer it. Totally not like that here. They regularly ask if you are ok during any treatment and are very patient, adjusting things where needed. This makes a massive difference. John Paul has also been great with my two kids and his advice has always been spot on including regarding my son's orthodontics. The ambience of the place is really nice and chill and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. This really helps to create a sense of calm. I am genuinely thankful to have found Queen's Drive and for all their care. They have made a big difference to our family and dental visits are no longer a drama for any of us. A small miracle indeed! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Anthony O'Keefe. I am quite a nervous patient and majority of dentists I visited before were quite distressed from me being very distressed. I greatly dislike visiting any kind of doctors, hospitals, and dental practices in particular, I usually start feeling scared, unsteady, a bit dizzy, experience strong sense of revulsion and disgust. Very grateful to Anthony for being understanding and empathetic of me.

Positive experience: My appointment today was fine, but I was disappointed that the practice had only booked me for a consultation, which I had not been told about. Since they already knew a second appointment for treatment was necessary, that should have been booked at the same time. As it is, I waited two months for the consultation appointment and now have another two month wait for treatment. EDIT - I am happy to say that the Practise contacted me to arrange a considerably sooner appointment date, and treatment has been successfully carried out. 2ND EDIT - follow up appointment today. Was seen on time, everything as one would hope. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I was dreading getting 2 troublesome molars out, knowing they'd have to cut the gum and drill them, rather than simply pull them out. I was offered the sedation, and it worked perfectly. Julie was amazing, assured me and answered all my questions, she really is an expert. I was there for around an hour and a half but it only felt like 10 minutes. Don't remember much about the procedure, and a day later I'm in no pain and healing has already begun. I couldn't recommend Queens Drive Dental Practice enough.

Negative experience: Yesterday I was at your clinic. I need a filling. The problem is not solved, I did not receive any help, they showed me where the filling is needed (I know this myself). Let's sum up: I waited 9 days, paid 9 days before the scheduled appointment, took a day off from work. I contacted them with a specific problem. I did not receive treatment, I wasted time and money. I do not understand what I paid for. I consider the clinic's actions as fraud. I think I should contact a lawyer.

I have just had composite bonding treatment and the attention to detail shown by Tony is second to none. I am an anxious patient and every step of the way the kindness shown to me was exemplary, the whole team were fabulous. I have been with the practice for almost 2 years now and John Paul Delaney has shown me the same level of care. I am a patient who needs sedation and was not at any point made to feel awkward or embarrassed during my treatment. I did manage the composite bonding without sedation, (just as well as it takes an age) I hope in future I can start to feel confident enough to no longer require sedation and this practice has certainly got me going in the right direction.. Fantastic experience: Due to a crippling fear, it had been many years since I last had a checkup. However, one broken tooth made me face my fears! Olivia and Layla were very understanding of my fear - strangely not the pain but the noise of the drill. Two crowns and a filling later I now have healthy teeth and I trust Olivia completely to do what needs to be done. I might not be fear free but I’ve now found a dentist I trust and will be coming back in 6 months time for a checkup. Thank you Olivia and Layla, you are stars ⭐️

I can honestly say that I now enjoy going to the dentist Update! 11/09/2024 After I initially registered, I was put at so much ease, I actually chose to get a few old metal fillings replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My dentist Tony is super patient, thorough and his work is perfect - you can’t even tell I have fillings anymore! I recently got 8 composite veneers done by Tony and he has completely transformed my smile. He listened to me, was so helpful, and used his expertise to create my dream smile! The whole process was so easy and explained clearly by Amber and Tony. I can’t thank you enough! I can’t stop smiling I honestly can’t believe how comfortable I am going to the dentist now, whereas before I’d be terrified going for a check up. Fantastic experience: I went to see Tony to after having composite veneers placed at a different practice. Despite the practice being well rated I was disappointed with the results - they looked unnatural shape and colour and had a poor finish. Tony replaced the the work seamlessly and I can't believe the difference in the end result. His attention to detail and skill in composite work is unmatched. He takes his time and created an environment where you feel at ease to ask questions or suggest any changes you would like. A tooth artist!

I had the worst phobia of dentists (I’ve fled many a waiting room and even once during treatment ‍♀️), so I’d let my teeth get REALLY bad before visiting Queens Drive Dental. From the moment I called them until my last treatment today, they have been exceptional. I’ve had a lot of treatment done since joining them and I can honestly say I’m over my phobia now. Dentist, Tony, is just so professional, empathetic and goes above and beyond. In all my treatments , I’ve not felt any pain at all (and I had 3 root canals). He’s a perfectionist and every treatment I’ve had has left me with a smile I’m finally proud of. I just can’t praise him highly enough. He’s explained every treatment throughly and I was made to feel so comfortable. Very long, rambling review to say, if you’re scared of dentists and ashamed of your smile, go here, they’re amazing and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I had two teeth removed by oral surgeon Julie in preparation for my Invisalign- which I put off for about 8 years- and after yesterday I cannot believe I did! I am not a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but was naturally slightly apprehensive as this was my first extraction experience. Julie made me so comfortable from the minute I walked in the room. I felt involved in the process as she talked through my x ray results and what the process of removal might look like. She ensured I was comfortable throughout and was so knowledgeable and skilled! I never thought getting teeth removed would be a nice experience!

Even though Queens Drive seemed very busy they managed to squeeze me in an hour after my phone call. Been going there since I was a baby my whole family still go, always great with us even after our dentist mike who we grew up with for over 20 odd years retired, we got John Paul and he's been amazing with us all, we where nervous at first since it was a big change for us but he made sure everything was good talked everything through with us. Now my nephew and niece are registered there now and he got his first tooth out and everyone was so patient with him as he was really nervous. They showed him what things where which really helped. One of the best dentist. All the staff are so kind and welcoming throughout the years. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this dental practice for just over a year now and the results have been life changing. I can smile in photos now, and that's something I was never able to do before. Used to have bad dental anxiety, but the team really put me at ease and now I (almost) like going in. John Paul gave me my initial treatment and was very kind while talking about issues I was self-conscious about and came up with a great plan to get the results I wanted. Tony then performed a miracle and made it so I didn't need to get a crown and gave me teeth that I'm so proud to have. If you want composite bonding, go here for sure. I now go for regular hygiene appointments with Thurga who is lovely, and very patiently reminds me to use interdental brushes instead of just floss. As someone who switched from NHS to this practice, the cost is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Great dentist but unfortunately dropped me as an NHS patient and then tried to upsell me to join privately for their expensive service which I can’t afford. Wasn’t impressed at all. Now I have no dentist and it’s hard to get one.

Negative experience: I was removed from their patient list, without warning, as I hadn't been for a check up in 2 years - this was during the pandemic. As I understood it, appointments for most places where emergency only. If this was not the case, I was not informed otherwise, until I tried to make an appointment. I am now on a lengthy waiting list to be seen elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My 15-year-old daughter broke her top two front teeth, and the empathy, professionalism, and care shown to us by the whole team was 2nd to none. Tony, who carried out the cosmetic restoration was superb. He is a miracle worker, and you can’t even tell that she has damaged them at all. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
